New Projects
Shanghai Qingliang received orders for two high-speed tissue machines from Guangxi Sun Paper
At the beginning of 2022, Guangxi Sun Paper ordered two 2850/1600 high-efficiency and energy-saving tissue machines from Shanghai Qingliang again.
The phase I project of China APP at Jinguang Rudong industrial base is expected to be fully completed and put into operation in the second half of the year
In June 2021, the phase I project of China APP at Jinguang Rudong industrial base was put into operation. Up to now, eight tissue machines in No.1 and No.4 workshops have been put into trial production, with a tissue paper capacity of 240,000tpy. It is expected that the first phase of the project will be fully completed and put into operation in the second half of this year.

China Hubei Libang Paper held a starting ceremony for its phase II project
On February 20, China Hubei Libang Paper held a start-up ceremony for its phase Ⅱ project, one of the 45 “Five Certificates Issued One Time” centralized start-up projects in Xiaonan District, Hubei Province. The total investment of this project is 300 million yuan, covering an area of 174 mu, with a total construction area of 42000 m². After the completion of the second phase project, the capacity of Hubei Libang will be expanded to 200,000tpy.
Hubei Libang Paper has planned a tissue paper project with a capacity of 300,000tpy. The project is divided into three phases. In April 2021, the company has started up four high-speed tissue machine production lines for the first phase, with a capacity of 100,000tpy.

China Guangxi Laibin Huasheng Paper started up its TM1
On February 13, TM1 of Huasheng Paper Industry, Laibin, Guangxi, China was successfully put into operation. The high-speed crescent tissue machine, supplied by China Qinyang Shunfu Paper-making Machinery, has a width of 2,850mm, a design speed of 1,200m/min and a design capacity of 15,000tpy.
Quanzhou Tianjiao has started up its hygiene products e-commerce park
On February 11, the completion ceremony of Shuangyang Tianjiao hygiene products e-commerce park project, invested by China Quanzhou Tianjiao, was held in the park.
The total investment of the project is 350 million yuan, covering an area of 60 mu. It includes a modern standard factory area integrating production, warehousing, logistics, sales and office. The first and second phases have a total construction area of about 77,000㎡, including warehousing and production workshops. The third phase has a construction area of about 15,000㎡, including office buildings. The project was started in December 2019, completed in August 2021, and put into full operation in February 2022.

The first rotary die-cutting factory of Maxcess is in operation in Huzhou, China
China Sun Paper intends to set up a wholly-owned subsidiary in Nanning, Guangxi, China
On February 9, China Sun Paper announced that the company intends to set up a wholly-owned subsidiary with registered capital of 1 billion yuan in Nanning, Guangxi, China. The project will further integrate with the project at Guangxi Beihai base and the “Forest-Pulp-Paper Integration Project” at Laos base. With China Sun Paper’s capital and technological advantages and the abundant forest resources and logistics transportation advantages of Guangxi, the project will step towards green, low-carbon and recyclable development.
Maxcess International has set up a rotary die-cutting product factory in China. The company’s ROTOMETRICS magnetic roller and integrated fixed circular blade will be produced in Huzhou, China, providing customers with more high-quality products and convenient localization services.
The factory is located in Changxing County, Zhejiang Province, covering an area of more than 5,000㎡. It mainly provides products and services for packaging, labeling and die-cutting processing.

China Vinda International achieved business revenue of HK $18.676 billion in 2021
In 2021, China Vinda International achieved business revenue of HK $18.676 billion, an increase of 13.1% over the same period last year. The gross profit is HK $6.596 billion, an increase of 6% over the same period last year. The profit attributable to equity holders was HK $1.638 billion, a decrease of 12.6% from the same period last year.
China Winner Medical issued its performance forecast for 2021, with an estimated net profit of 1.35 billion yuan
China Winner Medical’s performance forecast for 2021 shows that its business revenue in 2021 is 7.9 billion yuan to 8.2 billion yuan, a decrease of 34.07% to 36.48% from the same period last year. The net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies was 1.2 billion yuan to 1.35 billion yuan, down 64.57% to 68.51% year on year. After excluding mask products, the sales revenue was 3.9 billion to 4.1 billion yuan, an increase of 22.69% to 28.98% over the same period last year.
China Coco issued its performance forecast for 2021, with an estimated profit of 48 million yuan
The performance forecast of China Coco in 2021 shows that the net profit in 2021 is expected to be 34 million yuan to 48 million yuan, a decrease of 77.57% to 84.11% from the same period last year.

Imports and exports of tissue paper and hygiene products in 2021
Influenced by the shortage of shipping containers, the rise of freight prices and the change of international economic and trade caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, the export volume and export value of tissue paper and wet wipes decreased significantly in 2021, and the export of disposable hygiene products still maintained a growth trend.
In terms of the import, although the import volume and import value of tissue paper have increased, the total amount is very small, which has little impact on the market. The import volume and import value of disposable hygiene products and wet wipes have declined.

On January 21, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China revealed the “2021 Green Manufacturing List”. Among them, the enterprises and products served by CNPPRI occupy 34% of the green factories and green design products in the papermaking industry.
CNHPIA conducts brand-building research in China’s tissue paper and hygiene products industry
