New Projects
Guangdong Hengan Paper Co., Ltd. is the seventh production base of Hengan Group's layout in the country, the company plans to invest 1.8 billion yuan to build a tissue paper project with the annual output of 240,000 tons. The project is divided into two construction phases. At present, the 1st and 2nd production lines of the first phase of the project have been completed and put into production, and now the 3rd and 4th production lines are under construction, which are expected to be completed and put into production in December this year.

China Yunnan Investment Forestry and Pulp tissue paper phase I 24,000 tpy project safety facilities passed the completion acceptance
Recently, Yunnan Investment Forestry and Pulp carried out the completion acceptance of safety facilities for the first phase of the 24,000 tpy project with an annual production of 60,000 tons of tissue paper.
China Chongqing Lee & Man Plan to construct a 300,000 tpy tissue paper project
Chongqing Lee & Man intends to invest in the “High-grade Tissue Paper and Nursing Products Production Project (Phase I)” in Gangqiao Group Tuansuanqiao Area, Yongchuan High-tech Zone, Chongqing. It plans to build high-grade tissue parent roll project with the capacity of 300,000 tpy and set up three workshops, with six crescent tissue machines in each workshop, which makes 18 tissue machines in total, and 27 rewinders to match them. After the completion of the project, the production capacity of tissue parent roll in this production base will reach 840,000 tpy.

New Projects
On March 26, the 7th tissue machine TM69 of Suzhou Taison in Shanghai, China was successfully started and put into operation. Suzhou Taison and Shanghai Qingliang signed a total of 8 environment-friendly tissue machines, with a width of 2,850mm, a design speed of 1,600m/min, and a single machine production capacity of over 25,000 tpy.

China Anshun Pettechs Fibre’s PV project connected to the grid
Recently, Zhejiang Anshun Pettechs Fibre Co., Ltd. successfully completed the acceptance of a 1.2MWp rooftop distributed solar photovoltaic power generation project and it has been successfully connected to the grid. The project officially launched in November 2023, making full use of the roof space of the plant, installing 2,121 solar PV modules, with a total installed capacity of 1,198.3 KWp. At present, the project is running smoothly, with an estimated annual power generation capacity of 1.2 million kW·h, which saves society 684 tons of carbon emissions.

In 2023, the operating revenue of Ok Technology was about 332 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 35.71%. Net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies was approximately 114 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 37.82%.

Price of pulp and parent tissue rolls in the main regional markets in China in Mar. 2024
According to the research data of Tissue Paper & Disposable Products magazine, the average price of various types of pulps in March 2024 is rising, compared with February 2024, and the average price of some types of pulp increased by a large margin, for example, the price of Hebei bleached hardwood pulp board (imported), Sichuan and Chongqing bleached bamboo pulp board rise more than 200 yuan/t.

On April 1, the national standard GB/T 26927-2023 Water saving enterprise-Pulp and paper making industry approved by the State Market Regulatory Administration and the Standardization Administration of the People's Republic of China was officially implemented. Nantong JiangTian Chemical intends to acquire 100 percent stake in San-Dia Polymers (Nantong)

On April 16, Dr. Cao Zhenlei, Chairman of the China Technical Association of Paper Industry, visited Guangdong Wanchang Printing and Packaging Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Wanchang Company”) accompanied by Mr. Weng Zhuo, Chairman of Guangdong Paper Industry Association. During the visit, Dr. Cao had an exchange and discussion with Chairman Liang Hong, President Liang Yaoyong and the heads of the research and development department of the company.
