China Gold Hongye held a signing ceremony for its high-grade tissue paper project in Shandong Zibo Base
On November 29, China Gold Hongye held an online signing ceremony for its high-grade tissue paper project in Shandong Zibo Base. The project has a total investment of 2.03 billion yuan, covers an area of 347.5 mu, and is located in Maqiao Town, Huantai County, Zibo, Shandong, China, with a total construction area of about 140,000 square meters and an annual production capacity of 240,000 tons of tissue paper after completion. China Gold Hongye Paper will give full play to its own advantages and strive to build the Zibo project into a green transformation and digital transformation project.

China Zhenxin Paper successfully put its first Weiya new crescent tissue machine into production
On December 8, Fujian Zhenxin Paper started up a new crescent tissue machine, which was designed and manufactured by Xi’an Weiya Paper Machinery, has a width of 3.9 meters and a speed of 1300 meters/minute, and adopts complete bamboo pulp to produce tissue parent rolls. With a total investment of 320 million yuan and an annual capacity of 100,000 tons, the project will build 6 tissue machines and converting lines. This is the first tissue machine started up in the project.

China Zhejiang Dexirui successfully put two Andritz neXline aXcess spunlace cross-lapping production lines into production
China Zhejiang Dexirui New Energy Technology Co., Ltd, has invested in two Andritz neXline aXcess spunlace cross-lapping lines, which were successfully put into production in November 2021 and October 2022, respectively. The neXline aXcess spunlace cross-lapping lines can process various types of fiber raw materials, including polyester fiber, viscose fiber, bleached cotton fiber, etc., and are widely used in the medical and hygiene products, disposable cleaning products, automotive interior, facial masks, wall cloth, filtration materials and other fields.

China OK Technology listed on the main board of Shenzhen Stock Exchange
On December 12, China OK Technology Co. Ltd. held a ceremony in Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Province for initial public offering of Shenzhen Stock Exchange. The number of shares issued in this public offering is 16.68 million, accounting for 25.01% of the total share capital after the issue, raising total funds of about 1.094 billion yuan, which will be used for the production and construction of intelligent equipment for tissue paper, the production and construction of biodegradable packaging materials for tissue paper, the construction of technology research and development center, the construction of after-sales and marketing network, and the replenishment of working capital.

Standards Update
China Group Standards, Evaluation Method for Storage Life of Wet Wipes and Paper and Paper Products—Carbon Footprint Accounting Method and Reporting Guidance, open call for drafting units and drafters
According to the “Announcement on the Establishment of Two Group Standards: Evaluation Method for Storage Life of Wet Wipes and Paper and Paper Products — Carbon Footprint Accounting Method and Reporting Guidance” issued by China Technical Association of Paper Industry, the two group standard plan projects have been approved.
The group standard of Evaluation Method for Storage Life of Wet Wipes will be drafted by Sinolight (Jinjiang) Hygiene Products Research Co., Ltd. and China National Pulp and Paper Research Institute Co., Ltd.
The group standard of Paper and Paper Products — Carbon Footprint Accounting Method and Reporting Guidance will be drafted by China National Pulp and Paper Research Institute Co., Ltd., Productivity Promotion Center of Paper Industry and Dual-Carbon Strategy Development Center of Paper Industry.
In order to ensure the scientificity, rationality and applicability of the standards, standard drafting units and drafters are now invited to participate in the drafting of the standards.

China Vinda officially put its new headquarters in Southeast Asia into operation
Market Dynamic
On December 16, China Vinda Group held a launching ceremony in Malaysia to announce the opening of Phase I of Vinda’s new headquarters in Southeast Asia. The 30-acre project, when fully operational, will significantly increase the efficiency and capacity of Vinda’s plants in Southeast Asia.
When the new headquarters is put into operation, it will undertake the product development, production and marketing in the Southeast Asian market, with Malaysia as the main market, radiating to many Asian countries such as Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam and the Philippines, so as to effectively strengthen the supply chain coverage of the Group in Southeast Asia and better support the business development of the Group in Southeast Asia.

China Vinda was selected as the 2022 Industrial Internet Platform Innovation Pilot Application Case by MIIT of China
Recently, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People’s Republic of China released the “List of 2022 Industrial Internet Platform Innovation Pilot Application Cases”. A total of 137 cases were selected nationwide, and the case of Jiangmen Vinda Paper (China) Co., Ltd., “Innovative Application of Intelligent Papermaking based on POI-CLOUD5.0”, was successfully selected in the list.
On December 1, China Vinda International announced that the Group won two awards including “ESG Disclosure Optimization Pioneer” in the Hong Kong Green and Sustainable Finance Awards 2022 organized by the Hong Kong Quality Assurance Agency (HKQAA), which recognized its efforts in environmental protection and social sustainability.

China Tianjin Beishute to build a demonstration base of hygiene products industry in northern China
