The time to look into the future may be lonely and long. But it will be shiny and bright after effort.

向未来张望的时光，或许孤独而漫长，希望努力过后都是晴朗。

Adaptation to a new environment is always challenging, and the FP advisory sessions provide diverse life adaptation sessions. We hope FP CWAers can not only explore academic potential but also learn to build positive values and develop problem-solving abilities to fulfill their learning potential and maximize their well-being at CWA.

一直以来，适应新环境都是富有挑战的；为此，FP advisory 课程提供了多样化的生活因应技巧课程，希望FP学子发掘学术潜能之余，亦能树立正向价值观和培养问题因应能力，最大限度地提提升在 CWA 的幸福感。

    We can’t avoid frustrating situations in life, but we can choose our attitude and train our ability to deal with them.

Coping with Frustration

        生活中，我们一定会面临许多挑战；善用身边资源可以让我们达到事半功倍的效果，良好的社会支持系统亦可以帮助我们缓解负向情绪，从而提高幸福感。

   There are a lot of challenges in life. Learning how to use the resources around us can get twice the result with half the effort when we face difficult circumstances.

LINC Night 

寄宿奇妙夜

LINC Night的活动在成长导师的组织下更为多样和丰富。除了桌游、拼图等传统活动，还有LINC进行了火漆印的制作。世华礼部和世华小当家也一起组织了中秋活动木樨桂宴。

With more and more activities involved, LINC Night becomes more attractive. In addition to traditional board games and puzzles, we also introduced wax seals. In One club and Cooking Club orginaized Mid-autumn Festival activites.

Community activities have always played an indispensable role like campus are the miniature of society to a certain degree. Participating in community activities is a good rehearsal for real social life and it’s an important opportunity for students to practice communication skills, last but not least, it is vital for every student to have a good understanding of college planning. In a sense, good college planning will benefit students for their whole life.

社区活动一直扮演着不可或缺的角色，就像校园在一定程度上是社会的缩影一样。参加社区活动是现实社会生活的良好排练，也是学生练习沟通技巧的重要机会，最后重要的一点是，每个学生对大学规划有一个很好的理解是至关重要的。从某种意义上说，好的大学规划会让学生受益一辈子

The school becomes stronger only with the combination of what parents and students are concerned about. Let’s take action and devote ourselves to creating a beautiful future for students. Let’s try our best to be a school that can fullfill every student’s potential . Let’s strengthen the goal and strive to become. Let’s trust students who advance bravely, the success is just around the corner waiting for you.

只有结合家长和学生的关心，学校才会变得强大。行动起来，为学生创造美好的未来而努力。尽最大努力成为一所能够挖掘每个学生潜力的学校。让我们加强目标，努力成为。相信那些勇往直前的学生，成功就在眼前等着你。

本周三，在升学指导部门的组织和带领下，学生参加了本学年的首次大学展。希望华华子们能抓住每次机会，为未来的升学做好铺垫。

University Counseling department organized our first college fair on this Wednesday. Hope all CWAers could seize the chance to pave the way for future.

防火演练 Fire Drill

学生的安全永远是我们的第一要务。本周我们进行了夜间防火演练，邀请了消防大队的专业人事为我校老师进行培训宣讲。

Students' safety is our first priority. This week we arranged a fire drill and invited professionals to give training.

Starlight asks not those who trudge on their ways, and time fails not those who travail nights and days.
