丰富多彩的寄宿生活

周末寄宿生活是我校学习生活的重要组成部分，高质量的寄宿生活对学生的成长有着非常重要的作用。本学期我们从体育运动，手工制作，团队建设，美食共享等方面为同学们准备丰富多彩的周末活动，真正实现和践行了德智体美劳能力的综合发展！

Weekend boarding is an essential component of our school life, and high-quality boarding plays a significant role in students' growth. This semester, we have prepared a diverse range of weekend activities for our students, including sports, handicrafts, team building, and food sharing, to facilitate the comprehensive development of their moral, intellectual, physical, and creative abilities. Through these activities, we aim to provide a well-rounded and enriching experience for our students.

周末寄宿生活，分三大板块：学习板块，活动板块以及自由时间支配板块。以下是具体的时间安排：

Weekend boarding is divided into three sections: study section, activity section and free time section. The following is the specific schedule:

08:30-10:00 早餐，整理房间 Breakfast, tidy up the room

10:00-11:30 自习时间 self-study time

11:30-15:00 午餐，午休时间 Lunch, lunch break

15:00-17:00 活动时间 activity time

21:50-22:10 睡前点名时间 Bedtime roll call time

我们的学习时间：安静以及专注的学习氛围是周末寄宿生活一直秉承的，自习时间，会严格限制学生使用手机的权限，以保障自习的效率以及专注度。

Our study time is characterized by a quiet and focused atmosphere, which is carefully maintained throughout the weekend boarding program. During self-study periods, students' use of mobile phones is strictly limited to ensure maximum efficiency and concentration. We believe that this approach enables our students to make the most of their study time and achieve academic success.

Weekend life is not just about studying; we also want to enjoy good food and have fun! Hot pot is a favorite among our students, and of course, we can't forget about barbecue!

Exercise is an essential part of our weekend program and is something we encourage all students to participate in every week.

当然，我们也会组织生活技能的学习-急救知识:拯救心脏知识讲座

We also organize life skills learning opportunities such as first aid training, including lectures on how to save lives.

结束了一天的学习与活动，晚上点名的时候，我们需要确定每个学生的健康状况：点名和测量体温

At the end of each day, after a full schedule of learning and activities, we conduct roll call and temperature checks to ensure the health and well-being of every student.
