The production base of Henan Zhongde Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. is located in Taikang, Henan, China. A、适用燃料
本产品采用快速炉膛燃烧方式,可燃用木片、木块、木条、树皮、竹丝、服装布料、箱包、企业废料、破碎的农业秸秆等。
A. Applicable fuel
This product adopts a fast furnace combustion method, which can burn wood chips, wooden blocks, wooden strips, bark, bamboo silk, clothing fabrics, bags, enterprise waste, crushed agricultural straw, etc.
B、结构特点
(1)采用拱型管板与螺纹烟管组成锅筒,使锅筒由准钢性体变为准弹性体结构,取消了管板区的拉撑件,减少了应力。管板内烟管由两回程改为单回程,解决了管板裂纹的难题。
(2)锅筒下部由于布置了上升管排,消除了锅筒底部的死水区,使泥渣不易沉积,锅筒高温区能得到良好的冷却,预防了锅筒下部鼓包。
(3)采用高效传热螺纹烟管,获得了强化传热效果,达到锅炉升温、升压快的特点,提高了锅炉的热效率。
(4)结构紧凑,与同类型锅炉比较,外形尺寸小,节省锅炉房基建投资。
B. Structural characteristics
(1) The drum is composed of an arched tube plate and a threaded smoke pipe, which changes the structure of the drum from a quasi rigid body to a quasi elastic body, eliminates the tension braces in the tube plate area, and reduces stress. The smoke tube inside the tube plate has been changed from a two return to a single return, solving the problem of tube plate cracks.
(2) The lower part of the drum is equipped with an upward pipe row, which eliminates the stagnant water area at the bottom of the drum, making it difficult for sludge to deposit. The high-temperature area of the drum can be well cooled, preventing bulging at the lower part of the drum.
(3) The use of high-efficiency heat transfer threaded smoke pipes has achieved enhanced heat transfer effects, achieving the characteristics of fast boiler temperature rise and pressure rise, and improving the thermal efficiency of the boiler.
(4) Compact in structure, compared to similar boilers, it has a smaller external size and saves investment in boiler room infrastructure.
(5)运行稳定、调整方便、出力足。
(6)采用螺纹烟管强化传热,提高了传热系数和热效率,由于烟气在管内有扰动作用。烟管内不易积灰,起到自清扫的作用。
(7)炉膛内的八字墙、出口烟窗部分均有一定降尘作用。使锅炉的原始排尘浓度控制在标准以下,保证了锅炉烟尘排放达到国家环保规定的指标。
(8)独特的双层二次风设计,改善了生物质燃料着火条件,采用了独立风室,达到了合理布风,使炉膛内形成一个有利于燃烧的空气动力场,使得燃烧温度高、燃烧效率高。
(5)Stable operation, convenient adjustment, and sufficient output.
(6)The use of threaded smoke pipes enhances heat transfer, improves heat transfer coefficient and thermal efficiency, due to the disturbance effect of smoke inside the pipes. The smoke pipe is not prone to dust accumulation and serves as a self-cleaning function.
(7)The eight shaped wall inside the furnace and the outlet smoke window have a certain dust reduction effect. The original dust concentration of the boiler is controlled below the standard, ensuring that the boiler smoke and dust emissions meet the national environmental protection standards.
(8)The unique double-layer secondary air design improves the ignition conditions of biomass fuel, adopts independent air chambers, achieves reasonable air distribution, and forms an aerodynamic field conducive to combustion in the furnace, resulting in high combustion temperature and high combustion efficiency.
C、性能特点
(1)根据燃料特性,采用人工给料或机械给料方式;
(2)通过调整控速二次风量,可控制燃烧引燃速度;
(3)长木条(L≤2m)无需破碎即可燃烧;
(4)不要求给料均匀。

DZL系列蒸汽锅炉

A、结构简介
新型DZL系列蒸汽锅炉为单锅筒纵置式水火管锅壳式锅炉,燃烧设备为链条炉排。炉膛左右两侧水冷壁为辐射受热面,炉膛两翼为对流受热面,锅筒内布置螺纹烟管对流受热面,炉墙采用耐热混凝土整体浇注捣制成型新工艺,锅炉主机外侧为立体形护板外壳。
锅炉本体在总体结构上采用上置锅筒,水冷壁管和集箱左右对称布置的形式。锅筒由筒体和前后管板组焊而成。该锅炉炉膛布置合理,燃烧效率高。
该系列锅炉采用最新科研成果,如:拱型管板、螺纹烟管等,解决了锅壳式锅炉的管板裂纹,水冷壁爆管、热效率低、出力不足、煤质适应性差等问题。
A. Introduction to Structure
The new DZL series steam boiler is a single drum longitudinal water fire tube shell boiler, and the combustion equipment is a chain grate. The water-cooled walls on both sides of the furnace are radiating heating surfaces, the two wings of the furnace are convective heating surfaces, and threaded smoke pipes are arranged inside the drum for convective heating surfaces. The furnace wall is formed by a new technology of integral pouring and compacting of heat-resistant concrete, and the outer side of the boiler host is a three-dimensional protective plate shell.
The overall structure of the boiler body adopts a symmetrical arrangement of an upper drum, water-cooled wall pipes, and a header on the left and right sides. The drum is composed of a cylinder body and front and rear tube plates welded together. The furnace layout of the boiler is reasonable and the combustion efficiency is high.
This series of boilers adopts the latest scientific research achievements, such as arched tube plates, threaded smoke pipes, etc., to solve the problems of tube plate cracks, water-cooled wall tube explosions, low thermal efficiency, insufficient output, and poor coal adaptability in shell boilers.
B、适用燃料
本产品采用链条炉排,适用燃料为成型颗粒燃料,可加少量小块木条、木块,也可与煤混烧。

D、性能特点
(1)可实现模拟控速燃烧,不会产生爆燃;
(2)通过调整控速二次风量,可控制燃烧引燃速度;
(3)前后拱布置二次风,保证颗粒分解后的飞灰二次燃烧,燃烧效率高;
(4)可采用小鳞片式耐高温链条炉排,机械化进料。进料均匀,漏料少,燃烧稳定,控制方便,具备不宜回火,机械清灰方便。

B、产品介绍
(1)锅炉采用快装或组装结构,2~4t/h为快装水管结构,在厂内全部整装后出厂,6~25t/h由上下两大件组成,上部大件为本体受热面,下部大件为燃烧设备。
(2)锅炉本体前端为四周布置的水冷壁,上部与锅筒连接,下部与集箱连接组成燃烧室,以吸收炉膛辐射热,其后端在上下锅筒之间布置密集的对流管束,燃烧后的高温烟气经过二次回程横向冲刷对流受热面后引至单独布置的省煤器,最后进入除尘器经烟囱排出。
(3)组装水管锅炉由前炉膛、后炉膛、对流管束、省煤器及链条炉排组成,并分别装配成整体出厂。
(4)本锅炉吸取快装锅炉的优点,结构紧凑、锅炉房为单层布置、现场安装方便、周期短、费用低、操作简便等特点。

B. Product Introduction

在当前世界能源紧缺、环境污染严重的情况下,生物质作为可再生能源,且生物质含硫量低,含氮量不高,燃烧后 NOx 和SO2 的含量很低;生物质中灰分一般也很小,所以充分燃烧后烟尘含量极低;同时生物质燃烧过程具有 CO2 零排放的特点,开发利用生物质能具有广阔的前景。
随着生物质直接燃烧利用技术的快速发展,循环流化床因具有燃料适应性好、燃烧效率高、污染物排放低等优点,使利用循环流化床技术燃烧生物质具有广阔的应用前景。
B、特点
1、循环流化床锅炉属于低温燃烧,氮氧化物排放低,可实现在燃烧过程中直接脱硫,脱硫效率高。
2、流化床锅炉与普通锅炉相比, 燃料使用性广且燃烧效率高,达 89% 以上。
3、负荷调节范围大,低负荷可降到满负荷的 30% 左右。

7、加送返料风,可提高返送量,回送量调节范围大,循环效果好,床温稳定易控制。
8、燃烧稳定运行可靠,本炉在受热面布置、炉内传热系数等选取时留有余地,能够在 60%-110% 负荷变化范围内,确保稳定运行。燃烧室内不设埋管, 有效地降低了锅炉的检修周期。

A、适用燃料
本产品采用快速炉膛燃烧方式,可燃用木片、木块、5cm木条、煤、生物质成型燃料、破碎的农业秸秆等。

The boiler controller adopts Siemens/Delixi electrical components, with reliable performance. There are three forms of controllers: ordinary type, Chinese English menu type with LCD display, and touch screen type with human-machine dialogue remote control. 1、采用整体浇铸的炉拱,前后拱配合良好,炉拱的覆盖率大,使燃料着火快、反射、搅动能力强。
2、采用大倾角往复结构,使燃料呈波浪式翻滚前进,燃料之间出现挤压-移动-翻滚-塌落-疏松等过程,特别适应人造板行业燃废木料的要求,燃料燃烧充分。

(5)锅炉按规范要求进行多项检验、检测;小型锅炉炉体实现机电一体化,便于安装和配接;大型锅炉炉体与电控分体设计,杜绝电气控制部分受炉体的高温影响,保证电控器件的稳定运行。
(6)锅炉配件选用国内外优质产品,并经测试保证整套锅炉的质量与品质;采用的优质电热丝外套加厚不锈钢管,管内填充高纯度二氧化镁粉,电加热管使用寿命长。每组电热元件采用法兰连接,具有结构简单、机械强度高、安全可靠、更换方便等特点。

A、简介
热风锅炉,在许多行业已成为电热源和传统蒸汽动力热源的换代产品。热风锅炉品种多、系列全,以添加燃料方式分为手烧、机烧两种,以燃料种类分为煤、生物质、油、气等。我公司将根据客户的热风温度及热风量,进行详细的计算选型。
B、分类
1.直接换热热风锅炉
采用燃料直接燃烧,经高净化处理形成热风,而和物料直接接触加热干燥或烘烤。该种方法燃料的消耗量约比用蒸汽式或其他间接加热器减少一半左右。因此,在不影响烘干产品品质的情况下,完全可以使用直接式高净化热风。
燃料经燃烧反应后得到的高温燃烧气体进一步与外界空气接触,混合到某一温度后直接进入干燥室或烘烤房,与被干燥物料相接触,加热、蒸发水分,从而获得干燥产品。
2.间接换热热风锅炉
主要适用于被干燥物料不允许被污染,或应用于温度较低的热敏性物料干燥。如:奶粉、制药、合成树脂、精细化工等。此种加热装置,即是将蒸气、导热油、烟道气等做载体,通过多种形式的热交换器来加热空气。
间接式热风炉的最本质问题就是热交换。热交换面积越大,热转换率越高,热风炉的节能效果越好,炉体及换热器的寿命越长。热交换面积的大小也可以从烟气温度上加以识别。烟温越低,热转换率越高,热交换面积就越大。

B. Classification
1. Direct heat exchange hot air boiler
Direct combustion of fuel is used to form hot air through high purification treatment, which is then heated, dried or baked in direct contact with the material. The fuel consumption of this method is reduced by about half compared to using steam or other indirect heaters. Therefore, direct high purification hot air can be used without affecting the quality of the drying product.
The high-temperature combustion gas obtained from the combustion reaction of the fuel further comes into contact with the external air, mixes to a certain temperature, and directly enters the drying room or baking room. It comes into contact with the dried material, heats and evaporates water, thereby obtaining dry products.
2. Indirect heat exchange hot air boiler
Mainly suitable for drying materials that are not allowed to be contaminated, or for drying thermosensitive materials at lower temperatures. For example: milk powder, pharmaceuticals, synthetic resins, fine chemicals, etc. This type of heating device uses steam, thermal oil, flue gas, and other materials as carriers to heat air through various forms of heat exchangers.
The most fundamental problem of an indirect hot air stove is heat exchange. The larger the heat exchange area, the higher the heat conversion rate, the better the energy-saving effect of the hot air stove, and the longer the service life of the furnace body and heat exchanger. On the contrary, the size of the heat exchange area can also be identified from the flue gas temperature. The lower the smoke temperature, the higher the heat conversion rate, and the larger the heat exchange area.

LZF Series Biomass & Coal Fired Steam Boiler
LZF型立式火管蒸汽发生器采用自动燃烧技术,颗粒经过上料机投入到炉排上燃烧,烟气在炉胆内经三回程冲刷,含在烟气中的细小碳黑及灰尘,被管束切割落在炉排上重新燃烧,经烟囱排入大气。
The LZF vertical fire tube steam generator adopts automatic combustion technology. Biomass particle fuel is fed into the grate through a feeding machine and burned. The flue gas is washed through three rounds in the furnace, and the small carbon black and dust contained in the flue gas are cut by the tube bundle and burned again on the grate, and discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney.

ZWS Series Oil & Gas Fired Steam Boiler
ZWS型卧式蒸汽发生器采用自动燃烧技术,燃料在燃烧器内与空气混合后被电子点火棒点燃,喷入燃烧室中燃烧,高温烟气由炉膛进入对流烟管,烟气在炉胆内经多回程冲刷,含在烟气中的热量被充分吸收和利用,经烟囱排入大气。
The ZWS horizontal steam generator adopts automatic combustion technology. After the fuel is mixed with air in the burner, it is ignited by an electronic ignition rod and sprayed into the combustion chamber for combustion. High temperature flue gas enters the convection flue pipe from the furnace, and the flue gas undergoes multiple rounds of flushing in the furnace liner. The heat contained in the flue gas is fully absorbed and utilized, and discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney.

ZWS型卧式生物质蒸汽发生器采用碳气合烧/气化喷燃燃烧技术,匹配燃油自动点火装置,燃料被上料机投到生物质燃烧器内可自动点燃,大块燃料可由人工经炉门投入,燃料燃烧后的火焰喷入燃烧室中进行燃烧,高温烟气由炉膛进入对流烟管,烟气在本体内经多回程冲刷,含在烟气中的热量被充分吸收和利用后,经湿式除尘器及烟囱排入大气。
The ZWS horizontal biomass steam generator adopts carbon gas co firing/gasification spray combustion technology, matched with an automatic fuel ignition device. The fuel is fed into the biomass burner by the feeding machine and can be automatically ignited. Large blocks of fuel can be manually fed through the furnace door, and the flame after fuel combustion is sprayed into the combustion chamber for combustion. High temperature flue gas enters the convection flue pipe from the furnace, and the flue gas is washed through multiple return paths in the body. After the heat contained in the flue gas is fully absorbed and utilized, it is discharged into the atmosphere through a wet dust collector and chimney.

蒸压釜又称蒸养釜,是对加气混凝土、灰砂砖、煤灰砖进行蒸养的大型压力容器,在蒸压釜内完成 CaO-SiO2-H2O 的水热反应。同时也广泛用于其它需压力蒸养生产工艺过程的生产项目。本公司还可根据用户要求设计制造各种形式的蒸压釜,以满足用户多种用途的需要。本蒸压釜为钢制卧式筒型装置,蒸压釜釜盖采用整块Q345R 钢板压制而成。釜盖法兰、蒸压釜釜体法兰采用16Mn整体锻造加工而成。受压部件焊接缝均按相关标准进行了热处理和严格的无损检测。
蒸压釜釜门为活动快开门结构,靠手摇减速机进行启闭,也可根据用户采用电动、气动、液动启闭。配备有完善的安全联锁

保护装置,最大限度地避免了误操作隐患,确保了蒸压釜的安全运行和操作人员的安全。蒸压釜釜门开启型式有侧开和上开两种型式供用户选择。侧开式采用旋转臂式开门结构,转动灵活,低位操作,开启简单方便:上开式采用杠杆式开门结构,杠杆下端与釜门连接,上端装有配重装置,该型式蒸压釜开启轻便,釜侧占用空间小。
蒸压釜为大型压力容器设备,用于灰砂砖、粉煤灰砖、加气混凝士砌块、新型轻质墙体材料、混凝土管桩等建筑制品的蒸压养护。目前除应用于硅酸盐建筑制品外,还应用于化工、医药、橡胶、木材石膏、玻璃、保温材料、纺织、军工等领域的制品蒸养。
