 学习与交流

世华学校(CWA)的学生处老师一行前往苏州新加坡外籍人员子女学校(SSIS),进行学习与交流活动。老师们参观了苏州新加坡外籍人员子女学校的教学设施和课程设置,与SSIS的师生们进行了深入的交流和探讨。
Student Life teachers from CWA visited SSIS (Suzhou Singapore International School) for a learning and exchange activity. Teachers toured the teaching facilities and curriculum at SSIS, and had in-depth discussions and exchanges with the teachers and students there. In that way, we are able to promote friendly communication and cooperation between schools, providing students with more diverse learning resources and opportunities.

如何充实的度过高中生活? 积累更多的生活常识,并从生活常识中习得必要的知识。对学生来说是非常重要的。在资源上学校竭尽全力去提供,学生处积极的组织学生们一起学习生活技巧生活基本知识,通过互动方式让学生参与并从中习得生活常识,当遇到生活问题应该如何解决,让学生大胆的说出自己的见解,分享解决问题的方法,知道最终的目的是要获取知识。
让学生珍惜校园生活,一个个都自信满满的在成长的道路上前进,竭尽全力做力所能及的事,微笑对待生活。

As the saying goes, "Life is our best teacher!" In our daily lives, we can learn the most fundamental knowledge, and it is essential for every student to master basic life skills.
So, how can high school students make the most of their time? By accumulating more knowledge about daily life and acquiring necessary skills. This is crucial for students.  The Student Life department will organize activities to help students learn basic life skills together through interactive methods. In this way, students will learn how to solve problems that arise in their lives, and they will gain knowledge and experience by sharing their opinions and solutions.
Students should cherish their school life and move forward with confidence on their growth journey. They should do their best to tackle challenges and face life with a positive attitude.

流行性感冒Influenza

流感是流感病毒引起的急性呼吸道传染病, 流感病毒抗原性易变,传染性强,传播速度快。每年可引起季节性流行,在人群聚集场所可发生暴发疫情。
Influenza is an acute respiratory infectious disease caused by influenza virus. Influenza virus has variable antigenicity, strong infectivity and fast transmission speed. It can cause seasonal epidemics every year, and outbreaks can occur in places where people gather.

传播方式
Modes of virus transmission

流感患者和隐性感染者是主要传染源,主要通过呼吸道飞沫传播,也可以通过口腔、鼻腔、眼睛等粘膜直接或间接接触传播。
Influenza patients and asymptomatic carriers are the primary sources of infection, primarily spreading through respiratory droplets, but also through direct or indirect contact with mucous membranes such as the mouth, nose, and eyes.

主要表现
The main manifestations of the virus

流感一般起病急,主要表现为: 发 热 ( 可 出现39-40℃高热),伴畏寒、寒战、头痛、肌肉关节酸痛、乏力等全身症状,常有咽痛、咳嗽,可有鼻塞、流涕、胸骨 后不适等,也可有呕吐、腹痛、腹泻等症状。
Influenza typically has a sudden onset and is characterized by symptoms such as fever (which may reach 39-40℃), accompanied by chills, headache, muscle and joint pain, fatigue, and other systemic symptoms. It often presents with sore throat, cough, nasal congestion, runny nose, discomfort behind the sternum, and can also cause vomiting, abdominal pain, diarrhea, and other symptoms.

Special attention

轻症流感常与普通感冒表现相似,但其发热和全身症状更明显。
重症病例可出现病毒性肺炎、继发细菌性 肺炎、急性呼吸窘迫综合征、休克等多种并发症。
Mild influenza symptoms are similar to those of the common cold, but with more pronounced fever and systemic symptoms.
Severe cases may experience complications such as viral pneumonia, secondary bacterial pneumonia, acute respiratory distress syndrome, shock, and other related conditions.

● 接种流感疫苗是预防流感最有效手段。
● 保持良好个人卫生和环境卫生习惯。
常通风 , 戴口罩,勤洗手,咳嗽或喷嚏时用纸巾、毛巾等遮住口鼻。
● 避免近距离接触流感样症状患者,避免去人员密集、空气流通性差的场所活动。
● 出现流感样症状(如发热、寒战、肌肉酸
痛 ) 后 , 减少人员接触,做好防护及时就诊。
● 用药要谨遵医嘱,不盲目吃抗生素类药物。
The most effective way to prevent influenza is by getting vaccinated. It is also important to maintain good personal and environmental hygiene habits, such as frequent ventilation, wearing masks, washing hands regularly, and covering the mouth and nose with tissues or towels when coughing or sneezing. Avoid close contact with individuals who exhibit flu-like symptoms, and stay away from crowded places with poor air circulation. If you experience flu-like symptoms (such as fever, chills, or muscle soreness), minimize contact with others and seek medical attention promptly. Finally, it is essential to follow your doctor's instructions when taking medication and avoid taking antibiotics unnecessarily.
