2022年2月10日,总公司商务总经理邱琪一行以座谈会的的形式和南京的管理层相聚一起共话2022共图新发展。
围绕“学党史,办实事”这一主题思想,邱总指出办实事实际就是要发展好经济工作,面对各种挑战,确保经营目标如期完成。
南京工厂厂长刘目珍概述了去年的基本情况,困境下大家同舟共济,在下半年取得了成绩。今年面临的是人的问题,要进一步提升人员素质,改善软环境,强化质量意识,推动南京工厂整体业绩改善,智能化提升,产品结构优化,碳中和工厂绿色化。
南京工厂副厂长顾晓峰虽然到南京时间较短,但是已经快速融入到团队中并做了很多有益的工作。利用自身资源为南京工厂建立沟通的桥梁,构建未来三年的发展格局。
各科室经理从项目总结经验,制定了切实可行的计划,包括解决自身团队的建设问题,专业攻关难题,人才发展问题,项目开展等各项举措。人事行政科经理郭慧汇报了人事管理的工作,感谢总公司在薪资结构上的调整,使得人员更加稳定。在新的一年里,首先开展员工关怀行动, 其次搭好内部人员梯队,防止人才断层,做好知识沉淀。
邱总对于我们用人的态度和思路给予了充分肯定,强调我们要搭建事业的平台,通过各方面的鼓励政策真正的留住人。
邱总提到:我们的自主研发创造了新的机遇。南京工厂APA做的很好。机会就在我们面前,希望大家做公司事业的主力军和参与者。

会中,南京工厂党总支张洪明书记代表工会,围绕2021年的工会工作的开展和实施,作总结报告。同时,张书记感谢全体工会干部和员工,呼吁大家不断进步,为梦工厂建设出谋划策。
南京工厂刘目珍厂长代表行政方,做行政工作报告。从公司运营角度出发,提炼总结了2021年研发能力提升、生产规划运营、质量攻坚、RPP实施、数字转型、绿色工厂建设等方面的工作重点和亮点。2022开启追梦之旅,全力打造“高效能+智能+绿色+成长型”理想工厂。刘总对南京工厂全体员工提出了更高的要求。
在刘总发言基础上,就梦工厂的背景、概念、结构、和发展策略南京工厂顾晓锋副厂长作了进一步阐述,帮助全体与会人员更好理解梦工厂的内涵和落地计划,目标明确,路径清晰。
此外,会议还审议通过了多项报告、和南京市五一劳动奖章候选人;听取了人事行政科的分享;进行了表彰和授牌仪式。

3月4日,绿色工厂创建月的启动仪式在南京工厂食堂一楼正式拉开帷幕,签名墙签到、团队合影、有奖问答等,活动纷呈。
南京开发区经发局的余震海副局对本次活动非常关注,启动仪式当天,他特别指派了胡明庆科长莅临现场,在对我们的绿色工厂创建给与了充分肯定的同时,也感受了一下活动的气氛,待返回时他特意交待HSE经理许文超将本次活动的海报及相关材料一并发送给他,作为标杆向开发区内其他企业推荐宣传。
启动仪式期间南京工厂厂长刘目珍、副厂长顾晓峰也带领着上海总公司的领导来到现场打卡,并参加了答题拿太阳能摇摆小花的活动,这时每个人脸上都绽放着如花般的笑容。南京工厂党总支书记、工会主席张洪明也特意过来打卡助威,他的身影驻留在每个展台前面,给我们留下了一道独特的风景线。

2022年1月25日,南京工厂质量文化建设2021年度总结表彰大会暨“QQ堂”2.0版本发布会、第一届线下挑战答题大赛顺利召开。
上午10点钟,南京工厂厂长刘目珍,副厂长顾晓峰,党总支书记、工会主席张洪明,各部门经理及广大员工参加了本次活动,质量保证科经理吕哓君主持本次活动。
各部门员工积极报名参加”QQ堂”线下挑战答题赛,赛况激烈。经过多轮现场PK,生产部张雨水勇夺冠军,亚军季军分别由生产部王宁和江正东斩获。比赛还评出多名优秀人员。
回顾2021年9月,搭建在钉钉平台上的“QQ堂”1.0版初次发布,经过短短4个月的发展,已经更新迭代到功能更完善,内容更丰富的2.0版本,包括每日答题,挑战答题、文章学习、视频学习等内容。
书记表示:质量是全员参与的质量,“QQ堂“的发展不仅让大家学习到了丰富的理论知识,更能促进全员质量意识,促进实物质量,把好质量关,更好的完成2022年的各项质量目标及KPI。
顾总强调:管理中的几大原则中,质量是第一位的,他希望通过质量文化建设及”QQ堂”平台有效提升全员质量意识。

2022年1月26日下午,赶在春节放假前,南京工厂管理层齐聚一堂,围绕2022工厂战略方向和工作计划展开了充分交流。
会议伊始,根据此前刘总提出的,将南京工厂打造成“高效能工厂、绿色工厂、智能工厂、成长型工厂“的美好愿景,顾总搭建了“梦工厂“的初步模型,并从愿景、使命和价值观的角度向科室经理们进一步诠释了梦工厂的构成。
随后,科室经理们分别围绕四个梦想分享了各科室具体的工作计划。财务科室重点关注成本控制和RPA应用;人事科室从文化建设、人才发展储备和员工满意度提升等方面进一步发力;基建安全环境科室力推绿色环保和安全健康理念的全面落实;项目科室强调提升项目管理水平,以项目的安全启动为后续的批量生产保驾护航;研发、工艺、质量等技术科室则更重视自动化和大数据应用、流程优化、能力建设以及梯队的完善和稳定;生产科室打算在能力效率提升、规范意识和持续改善等方面火力全开。物流科室则坚持以保供为要务,在智能物流中心的运营表现上精益求精。
会议尾声,刘总和顾总,分别肯定了经理们的分享,同时也提出了更高的要求,在目标分解的同时要根据优先级进一步细化工作,落地的方案才更有意义。党总支张书记则给每位经理们派发了感谢信,感谢经理们2021年的辛苦付出。

Warm children, grow together
On February 21, 2022, the Youth League Committee of Bosch Huayu Nanjing Branch, together with the Youth League Working Committee of jinniuhu street, held a love birthday party for troubled teenagers with "warm children and grow together" at the youth home in Jinshan Village.
At the beginning of the event, Ma Jun, Secretary of Bosch Huayu Youth League Committee, sent birthday wishes to the "little birthday star" on behalf of the company.

活动伊始,博世华域团委书记马军代表公司为 “小寿星”,送上生日祝福。
在生日歌声中,团委们送上蛋糕。随后,小寿星许下生日愿望。
生日会还安排了“小丑”表演环节。最后,青年们和小朋友们一起玩起了趣味游戏。
本次活动也得到经开区团工委的大力支持,团工委干事冯晓敏代表组织,也送上了生日礼物。

2022年初我司正式颁布BHSS信息安全架构体系制度,该体系架构主要以如下两部分组成:1.信息安全领导小组,2.信息安全工作小组。

主要由公司总经理和党委书记以及一级部门总监和经理担任,职责是全面指导和授权信息安全管理工作,审批信息安全相关规章制度文件,为公司整体信息安全工作提供决策和资源保障。
02信息安全工作小组
主要由信息安全管理员,IT系统管理员及各部门信息安全联络员组成,主要职责是:引导信息安全体系正常运转,组织信息安全培训教育,开展信息安全相关检查,协调组织内部外部资源处理信息安全事件。该组织架构的建立对信息安全风险进行有效的管理,并健全和完善了我司信息安全管理体系。

2022年3月,全国疫情“倒春寒”,面对疫情,南京工厂严格保障正常运作,其中,创迅保障着全工厂的饮食。后厨消杀、餐厅消毒、办公室盒饭配送,各个环节都十分重要,需要做到足够的严谨与细致,才能帮助大家吃上安全饭,放心饭。 值得一提的是,家住尧化门封控区的程大厨,为支持后勤,3月23日至3月26日留宿工厂。 虽然消毒工作步骤复杂,食品配送流程繁琐。食堂工作人员仍旧不辞劳苦,全力保障了疫情期间南京工厂的饮食供应,为他们点赞!

省级绿色工厂的创建工作从1月份启动以来,已完成70%的申报准备工作。4月15日顺利通过了ISO50001能源管理体系的审核,预计五月中旬,我们将正式获得该认证证书。下一阶段,我们准备5月底前完成申报材料的准备,6月初完成正式申报。
作为梦工厂战略的重要目标,如何将创建工作和工厂的运营实际结合在一起,是我们面对的最大挑战。我们希望借助这个创建工作,提高全体员工的绿色发展意识,为工厂做出贡献。
创建月期间,共收到各类参赛作品32件,包括了书画、手工、摄影等多种形式,让我感触最大的是其中大量员工子女的作品,孩子是祖国的未来,这也非常契合“绿色工厂,绿色未来”的主题。
我觉得这个过程主要分为以下几个阶段:
概念提出阶段:2021年10月,刘总最先提出了绿色工厂的概念,并就这个概念和上海总部进行了初步的交流,在此基础上,HSE部门开始进行一些基本的调研;
调查研究阶段:2021年11月,HSE部门对绿色工厂的概念、创建的条件和可行性、申报流程等信息进行了调查分析,并输出了初步的创建计划;
创建实施阶段:2022年1月,我们组建了创建项目组,制定了详细的培训宣贯和实施计划,在此期间与刘总、顾总和相关部门进行了多轮讨论,锁定了计划,开始正式实施,目前工作正在顺利推进;
正式申报阶段:2022年6月,完成各项资料准备,按要求与政府对接,提交申报资料;
希望经过大家的努力,在2022年成功获得省级绿色工厂的荣誉!
