1921-2021 学习党史进行时
在江西井冈山革命博物馆里,珍藏着一面红色旗帜,旗帜左面写有“工农革命军第一军第一师”字样,旗帜的中央缝着一颗金黄色的大五角星,五角星内绣着镰刀和斧头图案,这是中国共产党人民军队的第一面军旗。
1927年8月1日,南昌起义打响了武装反抗国民党反动派的第一枪,这次起义虽然是中国共产党领导的,但仍然使用的是国民党的旗帜。8月中旬,毛泽东回长沙搞调研时,亲眼目睹长沙的国民党军队已经站在了反革命的立场上,他们疯狂镇压工农革命,残忍杀害共产党人和革命群众。通过深入调研,毛泽东发现人民群众对国民党的看法有了根本改变,认为秋收起义应“高高打出共产党的旗子”。于是,他以湖南省委的名义写信给中央,提出不能再打“国民党左派的旗子”“国民党的旗子已成为军阀的旗子,只有共产党的旗子才是人民的旗子”。9月初,毛泽东到达江西萍乡安源,在张家湾召开湘赣边界秋收起义军事会议,决定正式组建工农革命军第一军第一师,并对起义部队的番号、旗帜做了统一规定。根据前敌委员会的指示,制作军旗的任务落在了师部参谋何长工、参谋处处长陈树华和副官杨立三身上。
设计制作军旗的工作定在江西九江修水县进行。何长工认为,中国工农革命是在共产党的领导下进行的,通过武装斗争,使革命的星火燃遍全国,军旗里要有镰刀、斧头和五角星,他建议模仿苏联红军军旗的大概样式设计军旗。何长工的设计理念得到了杨立三、陈树华的一致赞同。他们将设计方案拿到裁缝店缝制,制作出样旗。旗底为红色,象征革命事业;旗帜中央缝着一个大五角星,象征中国共产党;五角星内是镰刀和斧头图案,代表工农;靠旗杆处镶有一条10厘米宽的白色布条,上面写着“工农革命军第一军第一师”的番号。
一面庄重、神圣、鲜艳,凝聚工农革命意义的军旗就这样诞生了。
9月9日凌晨,在修水县城紫花墩举行的秋收起义誓师大会上,工农革命军第一面军旗正式飘扬起来,部队打响了秋收起义的第一枪。从此,武装斗争的熊熊烈火迅速燃遍了湘赣边界的辽阔土地。

2021年10月11日, 博世华域转向南京研发中心启用仪式在南京工厂隆重举行。总公司商务总经理邱琪先生,党委书记、工会主席费永良先生,四地总监以及部分员工代表等70余人参加了启动仪式。
首先南京分公司厂长刘目珍回顾了南京研发中心的建设背景、意义及过程,并表示南京研发中心基建及设备就位调试离不开上海总部各部门的关注和支持。其次,原研发技术科许文超经理从南京研发中心战略目标、主要职能、应用开发能力培养,试验能力规划和体系建设、噪音分析能力建设等六大方面阐述了研发中心的规划愿景和方案。
硕果迎金秋,奋斗正当时。仪式最后,邱总作总结致辞,再次强调了自主研发能力建设和提升对于博世华域转向持续引领行业市场的战略意义,并寄望南京研发中心能从新出发,从心出发,共创博世华域转向的美好未来!

---记南京分公司研发中心正式启用
At the outset, PM Liu Reviewed the construction background, targets and establishment procedure, and he extended his sincere gratitude to the attention and support from all relative functions. And then the ex-RD manager Mr. XU Wenchao introduced the strategic planning covering the long term and short term targets, function setting, competency accumulation, testing capability planning, system construction, and noise analysis abilities enhancement.
On the morning of October 11, 2021, the inauguration ceremony of BHSS NJP R&D center was held as planned. And around 70 people including BHSS management team, directors from brother plants, and part of employee representatives joined the activity.
It is the best time for us to work hard and strive for a fruitful year during the harvest autumn. At the end of the event, Mr. Qiu summarized the event and emphasized the strategic meaning of enhancement on autonomous R&D for BHSS to steer the future. In addition, he expected the new RD center could start its new journey with BHSS together for the same mission and vision.

---记沃尔沃和博世华域合作五周年活动
沃博行五载,续能驶未来
在可持续发展领域,BHSS与沃尔沃汽车拥有同样的责任担当,一场别开生面的圆桌会议加深了彼此的了解。双方不仅在当天签署了“2025绿能•亚太”合作备忘录,承诺2025年在生产制造过程中对可再生能源的100%使用和推广,沃尔沃汽车还授予博世华域南京工厂其供应链最高荣誉---“沃尔沃汽车质量卓越奖”,激励博世华域和沃尔沃继续共同开创可持续发展的新篇章。
此外,沃尔沃团队还分享了企业战略发展方向以及其本土研发能力,并提出对供应商在商务端及工程端的期望和要求。BHSS研发团队也已具备本土自主研发能力,并表示已做好充分准备迎接客户的需求和挑战,希望双方未来在研发能力、商务等方面继续加强交流合作,共筑可持续发展之路。
2021年10月12日, 沃尔沃汽车亚太区采购副总裁李海一行到访博世华域南京工厂,与BHSS就可持续发展、供应链保证优化、碳中和碳达峰、新技术以及未来如何加深合作共赢等话题展开交流。
Actually, there are same views and undertakings between BHSS and Volvo in the light of sustainable development. A round table communication boosted mutual understanding. Therefore, both sides signed the memorandum under the theme of 2025 green energy. Asia pacific”, and committed to 100% use and promotion of renewable resources during manufacturing procedure in 2025. Meanwhile, Volvo also awarded VOE to BHSS NJ plant, it is the highest honor to supplier chain in Volvo, and the recognition would definitely motivate BHSS and Volvo to work closer for a shared bright future.
In addition, Volvo team shared their strategic blueprint, local RD capability, expectation and requirements to business partners. Accordingly, BHSS frankly showed our competency in RD as well, expressed our willingness on further cooperation with Volvo in all aspects.
Mr. Li Hai, the vice president from Volvo Asia pacific purchasing, visited BHSS NJ with his team on October 12, 2021 and made open exchanges regarding topics of sustainable development, optimization of supplier chain, peak carbon dioxide emissions, new technology, how both sides deepen the cooperation for win-win and so on.

在“知难而上”环节,工作小组以回顾的方式,识别出2021涉及限电、疫情防控、芯片短缺、生产运营、供应商管理、员工管理、技术能力建设、体系优化等14个影响重大、印象深刻的难题。
在“世界咖啡屋”环节就选中的重点问题,再分组自由交流,总结出破局的要点、实施中出现的问题和优化的建议等。

11月25日,南京工厂下半年管理层领导力提升工作坊以咖啡屋第二季的形式,如期开展。本期话题是在前期调研中产生的,主要围绕2021年遇到的突发危机如何应对、破局,展开经验总结, 就近期可预见的难题进行头脑风暴,为冲刺年度KPI 积蓄力量。
在简短的破冰环节之后,研讨会进入主题。
就不同业务单元员工轮岗的困难,在HR请你来帮忙环节进行专项讨论,分析问题的根源,搜集建设性改善意见。
除了讨论工厂运营遇到的疑难杂症,主持人还在本次工作坊中加设了鱼缸会议的环节,让管理者们敞开心扉,分享管理的心得和体会,方便彼此借鉴和提升。
最后,刘总就本次工作坊的组织和所有参与者的表现进行总结发言,肯定了管理工作阶段性回顾和经验总结的重要性和意义,勉励所有的管理层在后续的工作中担当作为,汇智前行。

Crisis & Oppotunities
The second workshop with the theme of leadership improvement for BHSS NJP Management team was successfully held as planned on November 25, 2021. The main focus of the workshop is to summarize the crisis we have met in 2021 and brainstorm for feasible solutions for foreseeable problems to reach KPI 2021.
After the short warmup, the workshop went down to the business.
All participants were divided into small groups, and discerned 14 impressive thorny obstacles appeared by review 2021. And the results mainly related with limit use of electric, shortage of chips, production, supplier chain management, employee motivation, technical competency improvement, system optimization and so on.
Then the participants were reorganized and requested to discuss and exchange their views, figuring out solutions and feasible proposals to selected problems.
Furthermore, there was also a plot specially prepared by HR, making deep analysis on job rotation among employees, and collecting constructive tips for CIP.
Besides, all participants especially managers, they made open exchanges based on own working experiences during fish tank part.
Lastly, Mr. Liu highly confirmed the organization and participation, he said it did make sense for us to have review and summary on time, and he also encouraged the management team to be more initiative and be role models when lead the team move forward.

本次考核得到了质量,工艺同事的大力支持。考核过程中,他们专业询问,认真聆听;配合夜班考核需求,他们延长工作时间,敬业配合;评审过程中,他们仔细斟酌,公平公正。为他们点赞!
实操考核则是在生产现场对相应设备进行操作考核,主要考核员工对于工位的工艺操作要求,质量标准及风险,TPM点检等基本内容的了解和掌握。
报考状况
“还有十分钟开始考试,下面说一下考试纪律及要求……” 11月4日上午8:30,博世华域南京工厂第一次的职业技能认定考核工作正式开始。
职业技能等级认定工作的开展,极大地调动了一线员工的学习热情,加强了员工对于产线产品、生产工艺及质量要求的深入了解,为公司育人、选人、用人夯实了基础。下一步,南京工厂将技能认定与技师工作室开展进行结合,强化高级工在工作中的带头作用,为进一步夯实技师力量贮备人才!
考核内容
考核前期,共收到121份报名申请,报名人数达到了一线直接员工的31%。考核对象涉及机加生产线操作工和零部件装配工两个工种的中级高级两个级别技能认定。
考核内容由理论和实操两部分组成。理论考试结合生产,质量,工艺,TPM等相关模块知识,由各科室提供各模块题库,人事行政科汇总,按照一定比例整理成试卷,按照规定要求进行理论考试。

“The test will start within 10 minutes, and hereby we declare rules and requirements…” The first pilot practice for BHSS NJ plant to organize the vocational test kicked off at 8:30 am, on November 4, 2021. There are totally 121 applications received during the preparation, accounts for 31% of the quantity of our direct employees. And the target is to make technical affirmation on senior and junior technicians between manufacturing operators and assembly line workers.
The content combined by theory and practices. The former one mainly includes knowledge relative to production, quality, engineering and TPM, and the latter focus on shop floor operation on different equipment.
New Step on Talents Development
The rollout of vocational skills verification, encouraged more and more direct workers to get deep understanding on our requirements on production, quality and engineering, and established solid foundation for the long term talents cultivation. Moreover, we are planning a win-win solution via combination by the verification and technician workshop, so that all the talents can give full play to their potentials!
了解到这一情况后,刘目珍厂长立即召集生产、工艺、质量、物流、维修等团队召开会议讨论产能提升方案,根据客户需求测算,需要设备每月满开无休,最大限度地利用设备产能,日均产出不低于3850pcs才能满足近期乃至明年的客户交付需求。其中生产主管王晓晖、岛长张云、工艺工程师李钢等党员同志积极发挥先锋模范作用,带领团队从人、机、料、法、环着手发现问题并制定相应的措施:
1. 换型优化,降低换型损失,提高设备利用率;
2. 优化操作流程,节拍降低1s;
3. 优化物料流,避免物料短缺;
4. 设备维修等级提高到最高等级;
5. POT由705min提升到720min。
---机加工产能提升改善应对案例
迎难而上,使命必达
2021入冬以来,客户年底需求量激增25%,原有螺母产能(日产出3200pcs/day)无法满足交付计划。此外,现场库存低导致换型频繁,加剧了设备产能损失,改善提升迫在眉睫。
结果
经过团队的努力和付出,最终OEE从88%提升到96%,于2021年11月18日一天产出历史新高4321pcs,并持续跟踪一周日均产出高出目标3850pcs。
为激励员工,南京工厂厂长刘目珍,党总支书记、工会主席张洪明,准备了蛋糕庆祝Nut产能创新高记录, 肯定并感谢大家以客户为导向,迎难而上,使命必达的精神和行动!

Since the winter of 2021, our nut capacity became critical due to accumulated customer demands, and the increase part accounted for 25% of the total. Besides, frequent changeover caused of the low floor stock aggravated the loss. CIP is pressing priority.
Countermeasures
Optimization actions covering changeover, standard operation procedure, material supply, equipment maintenance grade, and POT.
Results
With great teamwork, the OEE finally ascended from 88% to 96%, and the daily output on November 11 even reached 4321pcs, and good performance with output of 3850 pcs per day were tracked for one week.
Roll up Our Sleeves for Challenges
A symposium was convoked accordingly by PM, including MFO, MFE, QMM, LOG, and maintenance team. Soon, a tailored plan of increasing our daily output to 3850pcs by optimizing our OEE, was figured out based on calculation of supply and demands. Besides, the party members took the lead in action plans as role models.

Ritual is necessary for daily life, as it do make sense for us to celebrate those valuable moments. On the morning of Christmas eve, indulged with the happy background music, BHSS NJP celebrated the successful APA4 line pre-setting and BEV OTOP.
To begin with, Mr. Ling Weian, the project manager introduced the brief of BEV3 project, and shared some “first time” stories happened around APA Line4. As the first localization assembly line, our team met and overcame so many difficulties with hard work and breakthroughs.
Then Mrs. Zhang Hua, the MFO manager extended her gratitude and appreciation to the team, and pointed out that production team is the owner and more challenges will occur in daily management and SOP.

大白是《超能陆战队》里面的全能机器人,无论主人让它做什么,只要主人可以开心起来,那么他就会去做那件事,今天我们参观的机房,就像大白一样,是我们工厂网络安全运营的温暖守护神。
进入机房, 触目所及的是一排排黑色的机柜,他们忠于职守的矗立着,发出嗡嗡的响声,轻轻的震动。
究竟是什么,让他们能为我们提供稳定的网络,飞速的服务呢?
打开柜门,可以看到无数条蓝橙黄白的网线,像是神经元,将一个又一个孤立的单元链接在一起,这就组成了公司的网络核心。而核心就像一个大脑,通过机房设备将无数的机器链接在一起,形成了厂内信息高速公路。大家的日常办公,portal系统、乃至共享盘等等,都是依托它才能使用的。
交换机是一个网络设备,能连接多台设备到计算机网络中,通过数据包交换的方式,将数据转发到目的地,构成了核心局域网。
防火墙用于拦截和屏蔽内外端口等,还可以阻挡黑客攻击。就是它构成了一道保护网,保障着我们的信息安全,不被外界所攻破。
对于超能的大白,我们也要精心呵护:UPS不间断电源设备保障了我们的机房供电,即使突然停电,大脑也能持续运转;
机房内恒温恒湿,保障了电子器件的稳定运行;气体灭火室,能够瞬间扑灭电气火灾,将损失降低到最小。

Last but not least, we shall take good care of the super white: the UPS can help it keep work when power off. Besides, constant temperature and humidity ensure all electric units can work well, and the gas fire extinguishing room can prevent it from fire, and cut down the loss.
What’s the real behind that enable them to serve us with stable and speedy network?

It assures the normal work of our daily office, portal and share folder needs.

The exchange apparatus can link with many equipment to the same network, and realize the data exchange via packet switching, and this is our core LAN. Firewall ensures our information security by blocking the hacker attacks and ports.
