下午，南京工厂工程师吴磊对APA4线ST210Sensor插入力大的问题进行了介绍，上海电气主管周庄赵军对KGT ST20铆点深度问题进行了背景介绍。大家纷纷对以上案例展开深入探讨和经验分享，提供了宝贵的意见和建议。
最后，上海工厂厂长华子英对本次设备管理研讨会给予高度评价，并提出了设备管理团队未来的重点工作方向：加强维修人才的培养，备件本土化，维修知识库的建立和分享，维修与工艺团队的紧密合作，以及从故障维修到设备管理的理念转变。
6月15日，四地设备管理团队在南京工厂举行首次机修专题讨论会。会议伊始，南京工厂厂长顾晓锋向四地维修团队表达了热烈的欢迎，期待本次研讨会解决南京工厂当前面临的痛点问题。 首先，上海工厂维修经理徐韬详细 介绍了新版TSR的要求以及设备设计制造审核流程，强调今后的设备设计和制造必须更加符合标准，为后续设备维护工作提供便利的条件。接着，大家围绕设备安全、易于维护、硬件选型、电气设计和机械设计五大维度展开讨论，收集想法。
In the afternoon, Wu Lei, an engineer from Nanjing plant, introduced the problem of high insertion force of ST210 Sensor in APA4 line, and ZhouZhuang ZhaoJun, the supervisor of Shanghai Electric, gave a background introduction to the problem of depth of riveting point of KGT ST20. Everyone discussed the above cases in depth and shared their experiences, providing valuable advice and suggestions.
On 15th June, the four local equipment management teams held first workshop on machine maintenance at Nanjing plant. At the beginning, Nanjing Plant Manager Gu Xiaofeng expressed a warm welcome to the maintenance team from the four locations and looked forward to this workshop to solve the current pain points faced by Nanjing Plant.
Firstly, Xu Tao, Maintenance Manager of Shanghai plant, introduced in detail the requirements of the new TSR and the equipment design and manufacturing audit process, emphasizing that future equipment design and manufacturing must be more compliant with the standards to provide convenient conditions for subsequent equipment maintenance work. Then, we discussed and collected ideas around the five dimensions of equipment safety, ease of maintenance, hardware selection, electrical design and mechanical design.
Finally, Shanghai Plant Manager Hua Ziying gave high praise to the equipment management workshop and proposed key directions for the future work of the equipment management team: strengthening the training of maintenance talents, localization of spare parts, establishment and sharing of maintenance knowledge base, close cooperation between maintenance and process teams, and the change of concept from fault repair to equipment management.

5月9日，南京工厂顺利召开了APA装配区域设备供应商研讨会，与会嘉宾有博世华域采购总监刘目珍、上海工厂厂长华子英、南京工厂厂长顾晓锋，同时参会有BMG、特斯迈和儒拉玛特等三家供应商主要负责人。 首先，顾晓锋厂长为此次研讨会做开场致辞，阐述了当下市场的低迷及外部环境不稳定的压力，对供应商伙伴在提高设备可靠性及降低成本方面提出了期望。
接着，大家积极讨论了设备设计开发阶段、安装调试阶段以及量产交接阶段三部分的工作内容，最终挑选了得票数最多的三个话题进行了深入探讨，分别是安全与供应商管理方面、设备调试过程管理方面以及设备开发技术协议范畴方面。针对这三个方向，大家根据实际案例或运营过程中的痛点，头脑风暴了一系列可落地、可执行的优化措施，这些措施和会议的有效性得到了公司领导层以及供应商伙伴们的认可。 “同舟共济 踔厉前行”，我们与供应商伙伴们同奋进，共努力，赢未来。
On May 9th, APA assembly area equipment supplier workshop was successfully held in Nanjing plant. The guests of honor were Liu Muzhen, Director of Procurement of BHSS, Hua Ziying, Plant Manager of Shanghai plant, Gu Xiaofeng, Plant Manager of Nanjing plant, and three suppliers including BMG, Tesmay and Juramat. Firstly, Mr. Gu Xiaofeng made an opening speech for the workshop, explaining the current market downturn and the pressure of the unstable external environment, and raised expectations for the supplier partners in terms of improving equipment reliability and reducing costs. The three topics that received the most votes were selected for in-depth discussion, namely safety and supplier management, equipment commissioning process management and the scope of technical agreements for equipment development. In these three areas, the group brainstormed a series of implementable and executable optimization measures based on actual cases or pain points in the operational process, and the effectiveness of these measures and meetings was recognized by the company's leadership and supplier partners. "We are in the same boat and moving forward", we are working together with our supplier partners to advance and win the future.

扬帆起航，决胜时刻。5月24日下午，博世华域南京工厂举行APA运营制造动员大会！ 会上，生产制造科经理张华表示，自二季度以来，客户需求迅猛增长，我们必须快速响应。本次动员会旨在以“统一思想、坚定信念、共克时艰”的态度，确保生产目标顺利达成！ 党总支书记、工会主席张洪明代表党总支和工会感谢大家的辛勤付出！为进一步支持公司业务发展，党总支将组织一场以“中流砥柱凝聚辉煌，锐意进取创造未来”为主题的劳动竞赛活动，期待着大家的胜利佳音！ 南京工厂副厂长刘佳表示，下半年的客户需求需要我们强大的价值流团队和供应商伙伴。战役已经打响，我们需要每一位员工都全情投入，实现客户的目标和梦想。尽管在这个过程中我们可能会付出汗水和泪水，但我们坚信，努力必有回报！

During the meeting, Mr. Zhang Hua, Manager of MFO, said that since the second quarter, customer demand has been growing rapidly and we must respond quickly. The purpose of this mobilization meeting is to ensure the production target is successfully achieved with the attitude of "unified thinking, firm belief and overcoming difficulties together"!
Zhang Hongming, Secretary of the Party General Branch and Chairman of the Trade Union, thanked everyone for their hard work on behalf of the Party General Branch and the Trade Union! In order to further support the business development of the company, the Party General Committee will organise a labour competition with the theme of "Building on the mainstay to gather brilliance, forging ahead to create the future", and we are looking forward to your good news of victory!
Liu Jia, Deputy Plant Manager of Nanjing Plant, said, Customer demand in the second half of the year requires our strong value stream team and supplier partners. Finally, Nanjing Plant Director Gu Xiaofeng said that this year is the fastest growing year in the history of Nanjing Plant and the most difficult year in the history of Nanjing Plant. Each contestant took just 3 minutes to present their project background, problem solving logic and approach to the group, followed by comments from the section managers and plant managers on their projects. After a fierce competition, engineer Zhou Weixing from QMM won first place with his APA VOLVO ITR Tightening Torque Overload project!
At the same time, the introduction of new APA projects and equipment brought new challenges to project management. In order to ensure smooth batch production, PMP4 Manager Chen Xianrui proposed the concept of "SAFE LAUNCH", which is based on the five dimensions of "economy control, QGC pass rate, sample delivery, LOP closure rate and customer audit". After a fierce competition, Zhang Yin won the first place in the project management labor competition!
4月，2023年持续改进项目评比如期而至！在小伙伴们的努力下，2022年共完成57个项目，节约274.7万元。在南京梦工厂2.0战略模型中，持续改进作为工厂文化的重要组成部分，公司管理层给予极大的支持！ 参与本次评比的项目共12个，进行四大分类：
高效能工厂：APA VOLVO ITR拧紧扭矩偏大、UCS 一体式蜗轮结构TTR不合格率降低，EMAG 单件成本下降和UCS1# ST330 压销合格率提升。
智能工厂：APA3 线SPC（统计过程控制）、独齿AGV改造，AI 锡焊和FITS E-KANBAN PULL-NJP。
绿色工厂：NJP Μ1.0 （测量报告数据化）。
全员CI，改变未来
成长型工厂：软件刷写内容自动化检验程序、非WMS退回流程和KPI TREE。
各位选手利用短短3分钟时间向大家介绍项目背景、问题解决逻辑和方法，随后各科室经理及厂长针对项目进行点评。经过激烈的竞争，最后来自质量保证科的工程师周维兴凭借APA VOLVO ITR拧紧扭矩偏大项目获得第一名！
同时，因APA 新项目及设备导入，对 项目管理带来新的挑战。为保证项目顺利批产，项目管理科经理陈先瑞提出“SAFE LAUNCH”理念，从“经济性把控，QGC通过率，样件交付，LOP关闭率，客户审核”五个维度进行项目管理劳动竞赛，经过激烈的角逐，张寅获得项目管理劳动竞赛第一名！
In April, 2023 Continuous Improvement Project Review came and went as planned! With the efforts of our partners, a total of 57 projects were completed in 2022, saving RMB 2,747,000. In Nanjing Dream Plant 2.0 strategic model, continuous improvement is an important part of the plant culture and the company management gives great support!
A total of 12 projects were involved in the competition, with four main categories:
High Performance Plant: APA VOLVO ITR high tightening torque, UCS one-piece worm gear structure TTR failure rate reduction, EMAG cost per piece reduction and UCS1# ST330 press pin qualification rate improvement.
Intelligent Plant: SPC (Statistical Process Control) on APA3 line, AGV retrofitting on single tooth, AI soldering and FITS E-KANBAN PULL-NJP.
Green Plant: NJP Μ1.0 (measurement report databasing).

On June 8th, the 2nd Youth League Congress of BHSS Nanjing Branch was successfully held.
We listened to and considered the work report made by Comrade Yu Guiming on behalf of the first committee to the General Assembly.
The second committee was elected by secret ballot. Ma Duanduan, Ma Jun, Jiang Zhengdong, Li Qiao, Ji Yehan, Gao Jianxiong and Yin Jun were elected as members of the new committee, of which, Ma Jun was elected as secretary of the committee and Li Qiao was elected as deputy secretary of the committee.

党建引领物流智能自动化运营相融共赢
2023年4月21日，上汽大通计划物流党支部与博世华域南京制造党支部在南京工厂展开结对联动，就党支部建设展开了交流互动，共同讨论汽车行业在新的环境下，党支部如何在企业运营中起到引领作用。 本次交流的主要议题是智能化运营，共同朝着机器人替代人工操作过程，智能优化控制，供应链优化，建设智能工厂，数字化物流的方向前进。重点关注了大数据背景下智慧物流运营技术运用，如何打造智能、完美的物流，致力于提高物流运作效率。
双方就共同的议题在会议室各自介绍了党支部概况和如何组织党员在智能化运营中发挥先进作用、引领员工朝着既定目标前进，各自展示了智能化运营状态、技术运用情况。 现场，介绍了我们Smart Log 、eSMC和Fits运用和运营情况，并就实施的细节和技术运用展开了了交流，分享数字技术在生产、管理中的运用情况，逐步打造更加完美的智能化工厂。
On April 21st, 2023, the Party Branch of SAIC Datsun Planning Logistics and the Party Branch of BHSS Nanjing Manufacturing started a twinning session in Nanjing plant to exchange and interact on the construction of the Party Branch, and jointly discuss how the Party Branch can play a leading role in the operation of the enterprise in the new environment of the automotive industry.
The main topic of this exchange was intelligent operation, jointly moving towards robot replacement of manual operation processes, intelligent optimization of control, supply chain optimization, building smart factories and digital logistics. The focus was on the use of intelligent logistics operations technology in the context of big data, how to create intelligent and perfect logistics, and the commitment to improve the efficiency of logistics operations.
Both parties introduced the overview of the party branch and how to organize party members to play an advanced role in intelligent operations and lead staff towards the set goals, each showing the state of intelligent operations and the use of technology in the conference room on a common topic.
On the spot, we introduced the use and operation of our Smart Log, eSMC and Fits, and exchanged views on the details of implementation and the use of technology, sharing the use of digital technology in production and management, and gradually building a more perfect intelligent plant.

金陵六月，风吹麦浪，蝉鸣夏忙。6月2日中午，博世华域南京公司首次产品意识提升路演活动在小伙伴们高涨的热情中揭开了序幕。
签名合影，定格我与EPS携手的高光时刻；看图识物，确认过眼神，是一直默默相伴的它们；问卷答题，相知有几分，只有你的答案真；手册发放，产品知识赋能，刚好你想要，恰好我都有。幸运抽奖，是激动，是颤抖，是青春拼搏的“灌篮高手”！
知之愈明，则行之愈笃。产品意识作为南京梦工厂战略模型的五大意识之一，是梦工厂的建设之基，也是所有追梦人的奋斗之本。小伙伴们通过本次活动丰富了对产品的认知，在心里种下了产品意识的种子，今后将在梦工厂建设的实践中不断强基固本，致知而力行，踵事以增华。

博爱之司，“衣旧”有爱
In addition, the main counterparts of the Nanjing Red Cross Clothing Donation Centre are Xining City in Qinghai Province and Shangluo City in Shaanxi Province.
On May 30th, the transport truck loaded with BHSS Nanjing plant's love materials left on time to be reused as emergency materials, and at the same time, to convey the love heart of BHSSers to the society.
Tian Bo, director of the centre, introduced us to the basic situation of the Red Cross. At present, the Red Cross has used clothes donation boxes in each district of Nanjing, with a total of over 4,000. After receiving the clothes, the Red Cross follows a standard disposal process, first selecting materials that are over 80% new, then concentrating on disinfecting, ironing and packing, and finally distributing them to implement the donations. The state of the clothes that do not meet the conditions sent to reuse resources.
5月29日上午，博世华域南京工厂副厂长刘佳携HSE经理许文超及主管任家余一行到南京市红十字衣物捐赠中心，向中心捐献了睡袋、衣物及行军床等物资。
5月30日，装载着博世华域南京工厂爱心物资的运输车准时起运，作为应急物资发挥再利用，同时，也向社会传递着博世华域人的“博爱”之心。
刘佳副厂长向红十字会田波主任介绍了公司的发展情况，开展的社会公益活动，以及此次物资的基本信息。 中心主任田波为我们介绍了红十字会的基本情况。目前，红十字会在南京每个区均设有旧衣捐赠箱，共计4000余个。红十字在收到衣物后，按照标准处置流程，首先挑选出八成新以上物资，再集中消毒、熨烫、打包，最后分发落实捐赠。对状态不符合条件的衣服送去资源再利用。另外，南京市红十字衣物捐赠中心的主要对口援助是青海省西宁市和陕西省商洛市。

最美人间四月天，博世华域南京工厂迎来了绿色工厂宣传月的主题活动。期间，南京开发区经发局局长余震海莅临现场参观，对我厂在省级绿色工厂创建活动中取得的成绩表示祝贺和充分肯定。 第一季度，南京工厂紧紧围绕梦工厂2.0的建设目标，以“开局即冲刺”的精神，不断推进南京工厂的可持续发展。2月25日，完成生活污水升级技术方案的锁定，并启动系统流程。3月16日，顺利通过ISO50001能源管理体系监督审核。3月30日，实现光伏三期的顺利并网发电，光伏总装机容量超过4兆瓦，年发电450万度。4月11日，作为开发区4家绿色发展先进企业代表，首个发言介绍建设经验。 在全球能源资源日益趋紧，能源结构面临革命性变革的大背景下，南京工厂将以绿色工厂建设为契机，用行动贯彻 “双碳”战略，让我们共同在梦工厂2.0的建设道路上，与绿色相约，伴梦想同行！
On the most beautiful April day, BHSS Nanjing plant ushered in the theme activity of Green Plant Promotion Month. During the event, Yu Zhenhai, Director of Nanjing Development Zone Economic Development Bureau, visited NjP and congratulated and fully affirmed the achievements of the plant in the provincial green plant creation activities.
In the first quarter, the Nanjing plant focused on the construction target of Dream Plant 2.0 and continued to promote the sustainable development of the Nanjing plant in the spirit of "sprinting at the beginning". On March 30th, the third phase of photovoltaic was successfully connected to the grid, with a total installed capacity of over 4 MW and an annual power generation of 4.5 million kWh. On April 11, as the representative of four advanced enterprises in the development zone for green development, the first speech was made to introduce the construction experience.
Under the background of global energy resources becoming increasingly tight and the energy structure facing revolutionary changes, Nanjing Plant will take the construction of a green plant as an opportunity to implement the "double carbon" strategy with actions, so that together we can meet with green and walk with our dreams on the construction road of Dream Plant 2.0!

【葱油饼】
食材：鸡蛋 2 个、地瓜粉 1 小勺、油、盐 4 克、鸡精 2 克、葱 5 克
做法：①小勺地瓜粉加水调成糊，打两个鸡蛋，放葱花，加适量盐和鸡精调味搅拌均匀；②锅里放油，倒入适量的蛋糊摊开成饼，双面都煎好后即可
【饺子】
食材：饺子皮、猪肉、鸡蛋、花椒葱姜水、生抽、鸡汁、酱油、玉米淀粉、盐、黑胡椒粉
做法：①猪肉放入绞肉机中绞成肉馅；②肉馅中放入生抽，酱油，磕入一个鸡蛋；③放入一勺玉米淀粉，拌匀后放入盐；④放入黑胡椒粉，分次放入花椒葱姜水，搅拌上劲，肉馅放入饺子皮中，饺子皮边缘沾水，包好即可（包子做法同上）
【蛋挞】
食材：牛奶60克、淡奶油100克、炼乳10克、鸡蛋1个、蛋黄一个、细砂糖15克、蛋挞皮10克
做法：①鸡蛋和蛋黄加入细砂糖搅拌均匀；②加入牛奶、淡奶油、炼乳混合均匀（蛋挞液至少过筛两次更加细腻）；③烤箱提前五分钟预热200度；④蛋挞皮放烤盘，倒入蛋挞液8分满，烤25分钟左右；⑤蛋挞表面焦糖色，蛋挞皮有金黄色即可出炉
