Dream Plant

On November 30, the Nanjing Branch R&D Centre NVH Test Yard passed the acceptance of the user, construction and supervision departments and was successfully put into use. The construction area of the project is about 6800m2 , and a total of 10 kinds of bad roads are built for the use of the user department. Such as Belgian road, cobblestone road, nailhead road, rope road, etc.
The company is in a period of rapid development, in order to meet the requirements of responding to the timeliness of customers, improving the efficiency of problem analysis and reducing quality losses. The Safety Management Section has taken advantage of its expertise, fully listened to the opinions and suggestions of the user departments, organised argumentation, elaborate design, effective implementation, active planning and construction delivery to clear all obstacles for the orderly advancement of construction, and completed the project with quality and quantity.
In view of the project's tight schedule, heavy tasks and special factors such as the epidemic, we also followed the overall requirements of grasping quality, promoting schedule, controlling costs and ensuring safety. The relevant units have been actively promoting the project together to ensure that all the works are completed in a quality and quantity manner according to the time frame, laying a good foundation for the future development of the Nanjing plant.

11月30日,南京分公司研发中心整车噪音试验场通过使用方、施工方、监理方等部门验收,成功投入使用。该项目建设面积约6800m2 ,共建设模拟10种坏路供使用部门使用。如比利时路、鹅卵石路、钉头路、绳索路等。
公司正处于快速发展期,为满足响应客户的及时性、提高问题分析效率、减少质量损失等要求。安全管理科发挥专业优势,充分听取了使用部门的意见和建议,组织论证、精心设计、有效实施、积极规划、建交,为施工的有序前进扫清一切障碍,保质保量的完成了项目建设。
针对项目时间紧,任务重以及疫情等特殊因素,同时按照抓质量、促工期、控成本、保安全的总体要求。相关单位一起积极推进,确保各项工程按时间节点保质保量完成,为南京工厂今后的发展奠定良好的基础。

南京工厂第五条APA总装生产线来啦!
2022年12月的第一天,南京工厂迎来了第五条高度国产化的EPSapa总装线,它也开启了南京工厂在未来一年的第一个产线到位项目,Apa line5主要客户是BYD,在未来还会有新的客户项目加入。站在工厂的角度出发,新的生产的到位,也拉开了南京工厂2022-2023的总体设备布局大变化的序幕,在未来的半年内会设计扩建1000㎡区域的MSG岛屿的整体搬迁,新产线Sensor2线,PP3线,KGT4线以及KGT1/2的整体搬迁后建立的EPSAPA 预装区域。

新的产线,新的起点,在工艺技术科的全力规划和新产线设计的不断落位的同时,期待着南京工厂开启新的篇章!

On the first day of December 2022, the Nanjing plant welcomed the fifth highly localised EPSapa final assembly line, which also kicked off the first production line in place at the Nanjing plant in the coming year. Apa line5's main customer is BYD, with new customer projects to be added in the future. From the factory's point of view,

the new production in place also kicks off a major change in the general equipment layout of the Nanjing factory from 2022 to 2023. In the next six months an expansion of the 1000m2 area will be 

designed for the complete relocation of the MSG island, the new production lines Sensor2, PP3, KGT4 and the EPSAPA pre-assembly area established after the complete relocation of KGT1/2.
With a new production line and a new starting point, we are looking forward to a new chapter in the Nanjing plant as the Technology Section continues to plan and design the new production line.

Performance excellence, the pursuit of excellence. Through the introduction of performance excellence, the Nanjing plant has fully integrated the concept of performance excellence management into the Dream Factory model, simplifying it and allowing all staff to practice the road to performance excellence through the construction of the Dream Factory.
Continuously pursuing excellence and promoting construction through evaluation, the Nanjing plant launched another declaration for the Nanjing Mayor's Quality Award and was selected from 116 declared enterprises and successfully shortlisted as one of the 16 enterprises for on-site evaluation.

On November 9, factory director Gu Xiaofeng completed the enterprise statement defense, and on November 12, after a day and a half of on-site evaluation, the city quality award evaluation team fully affirmed the unique advantages of Bosch Huawei turning to the young management team, and the five aspects of the dream factory corporate culture, emphasis on technological innovation and strict quality control, intelligent manufacturing, first-class production equipment, and put forward valuable opinions on the five aspects of the dream factory model and the continuous promotion of performance excellence for enterprise growth, which is of great significance for the Nanjing factory to continuously optimize the dream factory model and continuously improve its management innovation capability.

寒冬送温暖,情暖至人心

Gu Xiaofeng, the factory manager of Nanjing Branch, even expressed his gratitude, "It is a group of ordinary outdoor workers like you who do extraordinary things in ordinary jobs. Thank you all for standing firm against the wind and snow, braving the cold and doing your part for the safe development of the enterprise." 南京分公司顾晓锋厂长更是表达了感激之情,“正是有你们这样一群平凡的户外工作者,在平凡的工作岗位,做着不平凡的事情, 感谢大家顶风雪、冒严寒坚守岗位,为企业的安全发展尽职尽责。”同时叮嘱大家谨记冬日作业安全,树立牢固的安全意识,确保安全生产和身体健康。
“冬送温暖”的持续开展,一直温暖着广大员工的心,充分体现了南京工厂对一线职工的关心与支持。

QQ堂logo是一个萌而活泼、朝气蓬勃的动漫形象,中文“QQ堂”以3D立体形式融入到活泼的氛围中,将APA转向机的KGT、汽车方向盘、弯崽等元素嵌入其中。

QMM customised exquisite gifts such as work card holders, umbrellas and keychains themed on QQ Tang's logo, which were highly praised by the viewing staff. 10月14日中午,南京工厂质量学习平台QQ堂logo发布会盛大开启。QQ堂是梦工厂质量意识提升重大举措之一,致力于打造为全体员工便捷获取质量知识、提高质量意识和工作技能的高效在线学习平台。
At noon on 14 October, the logo launch of QQ Tang, the quality learning platform of Nanjing Factory, was held. QQ Tang is one of the major initiatives to raise quality awareness in Dream Factory, and is dedicated to building an efficient online learning platform for all employees to easily acquire quality knowledge and improve their quality awareness and work skills.

The QQ Tang logo is a cute, lively and energetic cartoon image, and the Chinese word "QQ Tang" is integrated into the lively atmosphere in a 3D three-dimensional form, with elements such as the KGT of the APA steering machine, the steering wheel of the car and the bending cub embedded in it.

合规在我心中
Compliance is in My Mind

The Nanjing plant conducted a series of 2022 Compliance Month themed activities at the end of October, including compliance training, compliance dialogues, road shows, knowledge competitions and anti-monopoly training, which attracted many employees to participate and received good results.
"I am compliant, I sign in". On 18 November, after the Nanjing plant successfully experienced 14 days of closed-loop production due to the unexpected epidemic, HSE joined hands with the compliance coordinators of various sections to conduct a compliance month roadshow in the canteen. The venue was filled with enthusiasm as staff held compliance banners, posed for photos with the event posters and signed autographs.
A variety of prize-winning activities were arranged at the event to encourage everyone to participate in the compliance quiz. In addition to the practical participation prizes, there were also special prizes to be won through quizzes and lucky stars to enhance compliance knowledge among all staff and win mystery prizes at the same time!
At the scene of the event, the head office leader, Mr. Da, the factory manager of Nanjing factory, Mr. Gu Xiaofeng, the deputy factory manager, Mr. Liu Jia, the secretary of the trade union chairman, Mr. Zhang Hongming, and the managers of each section also participated and spoke for compliance, showing the management's attention and support for compliance requirements. Compliance is in my heart, compliance is in action!

“我合规,我签到”。11月18日,在受突发疫情影响,南京工厂成功经历了14天的闭环生产后,HSE携手各科室合规协调员在食堂进行合规月路演。现场热情洋溢,员工们手持合规标语,与活动海报合影并签名留念。
活动现场更是安排了多种有奖活动环节,鼓励大家参与合规知识问答。除了实用的参与奖,更可通过答题和幸运星获得特别奖项,在增进全员合规知识普及的同时,赢得神秘大奖!
活动现场,总公司领导达总、南京工厂顾晓锋厂长、刘佳副厂长、工会主席张洪明书记,各科室经理也纷纷参与其中,为合规代言,展现了管理层对合规要求的重视和支持。合规在我心中,合规在于行动!

疫情就是命令,防控就是责任。近期南京疫情不断扩散,在南京工厂有大批党员坚守岗位,成立同心抗疫党员突击队,为公司闭环生产做好准备工作,用实际行动践行初心使命。
南京工厂顾晓锋厂长说:南京工厂第一次经历真正的闭环管理,非常感谢大家提出的宝贵意见。没有从天而降的英雄,只有负重前行的凡人。我们是党员,负重前行起到带头作用,组织团队上下一心,把工作做的更好。未来一段时间,员工情绪可能会波动,各位党员多关心员工。 
刘佳副厂长说:大家要充分发挥党员队伍的先锋模范作用,打造引领全员奉献进取的示范标杆和行动榜样,关心关爱封闭工厂内的一些员工,了解他们的需求;关心关爱被封控在小区的员工,了解他们的困难;关于生产物流的信息,统一口径由物流发出,避免客户的异常拉动。

Liu Jia, deputy factory manager, said: we should give full play to the vanguard role of the party team, to create a model benchmark and action example to lead the whole staff to dedication and progress, to care and care for some employees in the closed factory, to understand their needs; to care and care for employees who are sealed and controlled in the community, to understand their difficulties; information about production logistics, a unified caliber issued by logistics, to avoid abnormal pull of customers.

A United Effort to Fight the Epidemic 

有的员工在夜里8点接到通知紧急翻包,本来是休息时间,但他们义不容辞、不畏艰苦的完成任务。

This is a race against time to "fight the epidemic", everyone is working hard. In response to the development of the epidemic, the company formulated a closed-loop production plan in a timely manner, and the logistics department responded positively to the call for all staff in the division to enter a working state to ensure production during the epidemic.
Some employees received a notice at 8 o'clock at night to turn the bag in an emergency, which was a rest time, but they are obliged to complete the task without fear of hardship; some employees where they are needed to charge, turning the bag, selection, loading, etc., where the task is heavy they are busy, not afraid of hardship and tiredness, not to speak of conditions; some employees, even if they are slightly ill, also asked to enter the company closed-loop production, with colleagues in the department to fight the epidemic together, through the difficult times.

有的员工哪里需要他们就往哪里冲锋,翻包、挑选、上料等,哪里任务繁重他们就在哪里忙碌,不怕苦累、不讲条件。

这是一场与时间赛跑的“战疫”,每个人都在努力。针对疫情发展形势,公司及时制定了闭环生产的方案,物流部门积极响应号召,在司人员全体进入工作状态,确保疫情期间的生产工作。

2023年成长型工厂在原有模型的基础上做了一些调整,比如原来的“员工关爱”模块调整为“稳定和谐的组织”,在内涵上有了进一步扩大,除了对在职员工关爱之外,更加入了人员招聘、新员工融入带教、员工争议调解、离职员工关系维护等方面的思考,旨在利用各种资源及时有效补充人力资源,帮助新员工快速适应、承担工作任务,保障组织和谐稳定是所有员工能够全身心投入工作、实现自我成长的基础,是值得我们投入精力思考研究的。这只是举个例子,在其它各模块,都会有很多新的举措,敬请期待。

我们工厂的管理者,其实一直在思考,思考工厂的业务、未来;思考对我们员工的责任。坦率地讲,公司无法确保或者承诺在每年能给我们的员工有多少的收入增长,这可能是大部分企业都无法保证的;那如何让我们的员工在公司的无论是一年、两年还是很多年,他们觉得有意义,有价值,没有蹉跎岁月呢?我们的想法是让每个人得到成长,获得经济收入增长的资本,获得自身价值的提升。所以我们提出了成长型工厂的建设目标,可以看出来,最先是从员工成长的考虑点出发的。而公司的成长,会随着员工不断成长自然而然地实现,同时又会提供员工成长的沃土,两者相辅相成。

成长型工厂从模型建立到“认同企业文化、共享发展蓝图”、“职业发展与自我实现”、“激励机制”、“沟通机制”、“员工关爱”五大模块的有序推进,比如通过员工大会与员工共享公司的运营状况、公司的中长期规划,让员工坚定与公司共
