2023年12月6日，世界智能制造大会在南京开幕，主题为“智改数转网联，数实融合创新”。此次大会吸引来自10个国家和地区的390多家展商，展示智能制造领域的最新成果和前沿技术。博世华域受邀亮相本次大会，南京公司总经理顾晓锋、副总经理刘佳，上海公司市场分析经理陈家安，智能制造经理杨一佳及智能物流合作伙伴中实团队共同参展。

博世华域在本次展会上展示了“合”平台电动调节管柱、线控转向系统以及“合”平台全冗余电动助力转向系统等三件核心展品。展厅分为公司及产品介绍、智能制造和智能物流三大区域。智能制造展区通过深化智能+数字化全价值流智能制造体系，提升运营效率，实现全产业链的控制管理，以创新驱动公司发展和创造价值。

On December 6, 2023, the World Intelligent Manufacturing Conference was opened in Nanjing, with the theme of "Intelligent, Digital and Connected Transformation, Digital –real Economy Integration and Innovation". The conference attracted more than 390 exhibitors from 10 countries and regions to showcase the latest achievements and cutting-edge technologies in the field of intelligent manufacturing. BHSS was invited to participate in this conference.

During the three-day exhibition, BHSS demonstrated its brand image and strength through high-quality steering system exhibits and cutting-edge technologies. Let’s Dream High Together

2023年12月21日，南京梦工厂2024管理层研讨会圆满结束。副厂长刘佳在会上回顾了梦工厂的发展历程，要求各科室经理认真总结今年工作并规划2024年的重点。随后，各科室经理汇报了本科室成果。高效能工厂方面，价值流团队屡次刷新单月班产和交付新记录；绿色工厂方面，积极推进节能减排，荣获“国家级绿色工厂“称号；智能工厂方面，通过数字决策系统平台深化智能制造体系，并在世界智能制造大会上亮相；成长型工厂方面，季度追梦人表彰展现了梦工厂与追梦人共同成长的目标。

梦工厂2023的工作成绩告一段落。基于“飞轮模型”的自驱动快速成长理念，梦工厂2024的高效能工厂将关注source-make-delivery价值流途径的优化，结合BPS精益生产工具，发扬“团结拼搏，精益求精，追求卓越”的追梦人精神，快速响应客户需求。梦工厂2024中高效能工厂在保持原有五大能力基础上，新增物流建设能力以适应市场需求，提升运营效率。围绕六大能力，四大工厂，五大意识和一种文化的6451框架，南京梦工厂2024将继续深化工作落实，确保战略全面实现。

最后，厂长顾晓锋强调，梦工厂2024是南京工厂管理创新方法的提炼，希望追梦人继续保持优秀传统，在新的征程上续写辉煌，创造更加灿烂的未来。

On December 21, 2023, the management seminar of Nanjing Dream Plant 2024 ended successfully. Mr. Liu Jia, deputy plant manager, reviewed the development history of Dream Plant at the meeting and asked each section manager to seriously summarize the work of this year and plan the focus of 2024. Afterwards, each section manager reported the results of their section. As for the high-performance plant, the value stream team repeatedly set new records for single-month production and delivery; as for the green plant, it actively promoted energy saving and emission reduction, and was awarded the title of "national green plant "; as for intelligent plant, it deepened the smart manufacturing system through the platform of digital decision-making system, and was unveiled at the World Intelligent Manufacturing Conference; and as for growing plant, the quarterly Dreamers Recognition demonstrated that the plant has been able to achieve the best results in terms of production and delivery. Quarterly Dreamers Recognition demonstrated the goal of Dream Plant and Dreamers to grow together.

The work achievement of Dream Plant 2023 came to an end. Based on the self-driven rapid growth concept of "flywheel model", the high-performance plant 2024 will focus on the optimization of the source-make-delivery value stream pathway, combine with the BPS lean production tools, and carry forward the Dreamers spirit of "fighting together, improving further and being excellence" to respond to customer needs quickly .In Dream Plant 2024, on the basis of maintaining the original five major capabilities, the high-performance capabilities have added LOG capabilities to meet market demand and improve operational efficiency. Focusing on the 6451 framework of six capabilities, four plants, five mindsets and one culture, Nanjing Dream Plant 2024 will continue to deepen the implementation of the work to ensure the full realization of the strategy.

Finally, Mr. Gu Xiaofeng, plant manager, emphasized that Dream Plant 2024 is a distillation of Nanjing plant's management innovation methods, and hoped that the dreamers will continue to maintain the excellent tradition, continue to write brilliantly in the new journey, and create a brighter future.

2023年11月8日，华晨宝马供应商质量管理高级专员栾日伟先生亲临博世华域南京工厂，与南京工厂的追梦人共同庆祝BMW G38顺利EOP。自2017年初至今，南京工厂已成功交付超过1,000,000台EPSapa转向机，在价值流团队的紧密合作下，宝马G38转向机在零公里故障率方面的表现，在宝马零件供应商中遥遥领先。

南京工厂厂长顾晓锋对宝马客户对南京工厂质量管理的坚定支持表示感谢，并对所有为宝马G38项目辛勤付出的追梦人表示赞扬。顾总特别提到，在芯片短缺、电力限制和新冠疫情等多重挑战下，南京工厂依然全力以赴，确保满足客户的订单需求。展望未来，南京工厂将保持高昂的热情，迎接宝马CLAR WE项目的到来。

On November 8, 2023, Mr. Luan, high Commissioner for Supplier Quality Management of BMW Brilliance, visited BHSS Nanjing Plant to celebrate the smooth EOP of BMW G38 with the dreamers of Nanjing Plant. Since the beginning of 2017, Nanjing Plant has successfully delivered more than 1,000,000 units of EPSapa steering gears, and with the close cooperation of the Value Stream team, the BMW G38 Steering Gear is in performance in terms of zero-kilometer failure rate is far ahead of BMW parts suppliers.

Mr. Luan expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the management of BHSS for their strong determination and professionalism in supporting the BMW project. The celebration culminated in a joyful atmosphere, laying a firm foundation of friendship for past hard work and future cooperation on new projects. All are confident of a smooth SOP for the CLAR WE project and a promising future!

Mr. Gu Xiaofeng, Plant Manager of Nanjing Plant, expressed his gratitude to BMW customers for their unwavering support to the quality management of Nanjing Plant, and praised all the dreamers who worked hard for the BMW G38 project. In particular, Mr. Gu mentioned that despite the multiple challenges such as chip shortage, power constraints and the New Crown epidemic, Nanjing Plant still did its best to ensure that the customer's orders were met. 物流安全运作暨第十三届博世华域物流操作技能比武大赛

2023年11月30日，由博世华域转向物流部联合工会在南京成功举办了第十三届叉车技能比武大赛。此次比赛得到了物流供应商中实供应链有限公司的积极参与，共有11名选手参赛。

物流部总监王超、经理江勇前、南京工厂党总支书记兼厂长顾晓锋、副厂长刘佳、工会主席兼生产经理张华、物流科经理肖玥和中实供应链有限公司运营中心总监邢睿等领导出席了开幕式。

本次比赛共设三个项目：安全及物流操作知识竞赛、叉车团体赛“运球投篮”和个人赛“门洞挂物”。参赛选手们凭借娴熟的技能和稳定的发挥，取得了优异的成绩。此次比赛不仅提高了员工的安全意识和物流标准化作业水平，还激发了员工的工作积极性和荣誉感。

在大家的欢呼声中，比赛圆满落下帷幕。最终，南京工厂中实员工陈锋获得个人赛第一名，南京工厂中实员工邢意、陈锋获得团体赛第一名。恭喜他们在本届叉车比赛中取得的佳绩。此次比赛的成功举办，为公司的物流操作和员工技能提升注入了新动力。

On November 30th, 2023, the 13th Forklift Skills Competition was successfully held in Nanjing. The competition was actively participated with a total of 11 contestants.

The competition consisted of three items: Safety and Logistics Operation Knowledge Contest, Forklift Team Competition "Dribbling and Shooting" and Individual Competition "Hanging Objects in Doorway". The contestants achieved excellent results with their skillful and stable performance. The competition not only improved the safety awareness and standardized operation level of logistics, but also stimulated the enthusiasm and sense of honor of the staff.

In the cheers of everyone, the competition came to a successful end. In the end, Chen Feng, an employee of Nanjing Plant CIIC, won the first place in the individual competition, and Xing Yi and Chen Feng, employees of Nanjing Plant CIIC, won the first place in the group competition. Congratulations to them for their good results in this year's forklift competition. The success of this competition has injected new impetus for the company's logistics operation and staff skill improvement.

回望2023年，南京工厂成本意识追梦团队坚定前行，积极发掘潜力，既达成了年初的降本增效目标，又为成本意识项目的持续改善奠定了良好基础。

自启动会起，团队就积极构建并推广系统化课程体系。至今已举办十场专题分享会，内容覆盖生产成本架构、备件油辅料消耗、物流呆滞库存及预算控制等，以强化部门交流，促进业财融合，提升全员成本意识。

此外，团队通过月度例会和现场研讨，收集了20多项成本意识项目，涉及工装工艺优化、能源油料降耗和库存管理改进等领域。经核算，已确定降低成本200万，其中油品油脂管控项目节省超90万，产线扫码枪优化节省近30万。这些成果不仅助力公司提升效益，也强化了工厂的精益化管理水平。

“众人拾柴火焰高”，今年成本意识取得的显著成效，得益于公司高层、部门经理的鼎力支持和成本意识团队的共同努力。届时，成本意识劳动竞赛将表彰杰出追梦人，感谢他们的辛勤付出，以匠心精神，化成本为金石！

Looking back at 2023, the Nanjing Plant Cost Mindset Team moved forward with determination and actively explored its potential, which not only reached the cost reduction and efficiency improvement target at the beginning of the year, but also laid a good foundation for the continuous improvement of the Cost Mindset Program.

Since the kick-off meeting, the team has actively constructed and promoted a systematic course system. So far, ten thematic sharing sessions have been held, covering production cost structure, spare parts, oil and auxiliary materials consumption, logistics, sluggish inventory and budget control, etc., in order to strengthen departmental exchanges, promote the integration of business and finance, and enhance the cost mindset of all staff.

2023南京梦工厂成本意识年终报告

In addition, the team has collected more than 20 cost mindset projects through monthly meetings and on-site seminars, covering areas such as tooling process optimization, energy and oil consumption reduction and inventory management improvement. After accounting, the cost reduction of 2 million has been determined, of which the oil and grease control project saves more than 900,000, and the optimization of production line scanning gun saves nearly 300,000 yuan. These results not only help the company to improve efficiency, but also strengthen the lean management level of the plant.

This year's cost mindset achieved remarkable results thanks to the full support of the company's top management, department managers and the joint efforts of the cost consciousness team. At that time, the Cost Mindset Labor Competition will recognize the outstanding dream chasers and thank them for their hard work to turn cost into gold and stone with the spirit of craftsmanship!

2023年11月24日下午，博世华域南京公司为张理想同志举行捐献造血干细胞欢送会。栖霞区红十字会、南京经济技术开发区及博世华域南京公司的多位领导与职工代表出席。

欢送会上，栖霞区红十字会副会长丁彤介绍了张理想同志的捐献历程，对其强烈的社会责任感和大爱精神表示敬佩。自2014年采样到今年配型成功，张理想成为公司首例、开发区第三例捐献者。栖霞区红十字会党组书记、常务副会长马奎为其献花。

In the afternoon of November 24th, 2023, BHSS Nanjing plant held a farewell party for Mr. Zhang Lixiang's donation of hematopoietic stem cells. A number of leaders and employee representatives from Qixia District Red Cross, Nanjing Economic and Technological Development Zone and BHSS Nanjing plant attended the pary.

At the farewell party, Ding Tong, vice president of Qixia Red Cross introduced the donation history of Mr. Zhang, and expressed his admiration for his strong sense of social responsibility and spirit of love. Since the sampling in 2014 to the successful matching this year, Mr. Zhang became the first case of the company and the third donor in the development zone. Ma Kui, secretary of the party group and executive vice president of Qixia District Red Cross Society, laid flowers in his honor.

Mr. Zhang shared his journey and hoped that through his actions, more people would join the hematopoietic stem cell donation team and bring hope to the patients. Gu Wei, Vice Chairman of Nanjing Economic and Technological Development Zone General Labor Union, expressed his admiration and blessing, and thanked the company for its cultivation. Gu Xiaofeng, Secretary of Party Branch and Plant Manager of BHSS Nanjing, was proud of Mr. Zhang’s behavior and promised to do his best to follow up and protect the work, and introduced the public welfare activities carried out by the company.

Finally, on behalf of Qixia District Red Cross, Secretary Ma Kui thanked Mr. Zhang for his original intention, the development zone's support and the company's love. 顾书记深入解读了党的二十大报告和党章修正，并分享了梦工厂的工作实践与思考。他强调了学习贯彻习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要性，要求大家深刻领会党的二十大精神。

顾书记对全体党员提出了三点具体要求：牢记“三个务必”，用党的创新理论统一思想；用领导人新时代中国特色社会主义思想凝心铸魂，增强“四个意识”等；将“八个明确”和“十四个坚持”贯彻到工作中，严谨求实，精益求精。

最后，顾书记强调，在推动高质量发展中要践行初心使命，从习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想中汲取力量，提高履职能力。此次党课后，全体党员、骨干表示要用党的创新理论指导实践，笃定前行。

On December 7, 2023, Mr. Gu Xiaofeng, the secretary of the Party branch and plant manager of BHSS Nanjing, lectured a thematic education course for the party members and backbone, with Mr. Wu Chunjun, the chief of the Organization and Personnel Department of the Economic and Technological Development Zone.

Mr. Gu deeply interpreted the report of the 20th Party Congress and the amendment of the Party Constitution, and shared the working practice and thinking of Dream Plant. He emphasized the importance of studying and implementing Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in the New Era and asked everyone to deeply understand the spirit of the 20th Party Congress.

Mr. Gu put forward three specific requirements for all Party members: remember the "three musts" and unify their thoughts with the Party's innovative theories; use the leader's thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era to strengthen the "four consciousnesses", etc.; and put the "eight clarity" into practice and share the work practices and thoughts of Dream Plant. The "eight clear" and "fourteen insistences" should be carried out in the work, rigorously and realistically, and strive for excellence.

On October 12, 2023, MFE and MFO jointly organized a workshop aimed at strengthening cooperation and improving product and service quality. The meeting was divided into six parts and chaired by Mr. Mou Lianchang, MFE Manager, who emphasized the importance of cooperation between process and maintenance.

Then, Mr. Yao Xiutao, MFE Supervisor, shared his vision for the future, focusing on equipment innovation, design and process improvement, and stimulating thoughts about the combination of process innovation and maintenance maintainability. Mr. Yao and Qin Jian, Maintenance Supervisor, introduced the organizational structure of their respective sections, demonstrating the professionalism and efficiency of the team and improving mutual understanding. In particular, the meeting clarified the issue of outsourcing of tooling and defined the coordination method to ensure product quality. 将糯米粉加入适量果蔬粉，黄油、适量的温开水搅拌，做成诱人的橙色、绿色、紫色、白色面团，盖上保险膜静止20分钟待用。
