    暑意尚存，立秋已至。2023年8月10日，博世华域转向南京梦工厂生产辅楼正式启用！

    活动现场，南京梦工厂厂长顾总表示，随着业务不断攀高，为了更好地满足员工需求，同时为生产运营提供强有力的保障和支持，管理层对厂区布局再次进行了战略性调整和扩展。生产辅楼项目占地面积约400平方，共两层。一楼包含卫生间、更衣室、员工休息区，售后分析及返工区等，二楼包括党建宣传阵地、员工调解室、员工活动区等。

    接着，总公司党委书记、工会主席费书记代表总公司党委、工会对南京梦工厂生产辅楼的顺利建成表示热烈的祝贺！费书记表示，随着梦工厂2.0建设的深入推进，产销业务也月月达到新高度。生产辅楼的建设是对员工关爱的体现，同时大力投入公司党建宣传，不断发展公司党建和工会工作！

    活动最后，总公司商务总经理邱总表示，生产辅楼的正式启用标志着南京梦工厂发展的又一里程碑，特别是CSER APA第一个项目理想W04定点南京。邱总要求南京研发团队必须按客户节点开发，提前做好人员、生产等各项准备工作。期待南京梦工厂在未来能够书写更加璀璨的一笔，实现更大的梦想！

——博世华域转向南京公司生产辅楼正式启用

    On 10th August 2023, 800㎡workshop of BHSS Nanjing Plant has been official opened!

    Mr. Gu Xiaofeng, plant manager of BHSS Nanjing Plant, said that as the business continues to climb higher and higher, in order to better meet the needs of employees and at the same time provide strong protection and support for production operations, the management has once again made strategic adjustments and expansions to the layout of the plant. The workshop covers an area of about 400 square meters and has two floors. The ground floor contains bathroom, changing room, staff rest area, after-sales analysis and rework area, etc. The first floor includes party building propaganda position, staff mediation room, staff activity area, etc.

    Then, Mr. Fei Yongliang, on behalf of the Party Committee and Trade Union Chairman of the Head Office, expressed warm congratulations on the successful completion of 800㎡workshop! Secretary Fei said, with the deep promotion of the construction of Dream Plant 2.0, the production and sales business also reaches a new height every month. The construction of 800㎡workshop is the embodiment of the love and care for dreamers, and at the same time vigorously invested in the company's party building propaganda, and constantly develop the company's party building and trade union work!

    At the end of the event, Mr. Qiu, general manager of BHSS, said that the official opening of the production auxiliary building marks another milestone in the development of Nanjing Dream Plant, especially the first project of CSER APA, Lixiang W04, is located in Nanjing. Mr. Qiu asked the Nanjing R&D team to develop according to the customer's node, and to make preparations for personnel and production in advance. We looked forward to Nanjing Dream Plant to write a more brilliant in the future and realize a bigger dream!

三伏尽，立秋时。2023年8月17日，博世华域转向南京梦工厂年中员工大会圆满落幕！

首先，厂长顾晓锋总回顾了上半年南京梦工厂各项运营指标，除了聚焦工厂内部运营，副厂长刘佳总用前瞻性视角，为追梦人分享汽车市场和客户信息。工艺技术科经理牟联常为大家带来新增和改造设备的变化点分享。南京研发中心经理黄超则为大家带来公司产品创新和平台战略解读。

会议下半场是二季度追梦人表彰时刻。从南京梦工厂2.0战略中拆解出20个项目，表彰人数高达69人。根据“追梦荣耀榜“得分统计，分别颁发探花、榜眼和状元，共计16人。

根据今年创新攻关持续改善评选结果，工艺工程师王毅负责的皮带测试优化项目摘得一等奖！

表彰环节告一段落。今年6月EPSapa月产量达历史新高7.65万件，建厂累计产量389万件！这是属于梦工厂的荣耀，ER价值流领域的追梦人共同上台切蛋糕记录这个美好的时刻！

会上，刘佳总重磅发布了梦工厂2.0灵魂，他特别强调了南京梦工厂的精神：追求卓越、精益求精、团结拼搏。最后，顾总期待更多的追梦人能够加入这个大舞台，不安于现状，持续保持昂扬的斗志，朝着更高的目标迈进！

    On 17th August 2023, the mid-year town hall meeting of BHSS Nanjing Plant was successfully concluded!

    Firstly, Mr. Gu, plant manager, reviewed the operation indexes of BHSS Nanjing Plant in the first half of 2023. In addition to focusing on the internal operation, Mr. Liu, deputy plant manager, shared information of automotive market and customers for the dreamers with a forward-looking perspective. Mr. Mou, manager of MFE, shared the change points of new and renovated equipment. Mr. Huang, manager of Nanjing R&D Centre, brought the interpretation of the company's product innovation and platform strategy.

    The second half of the meeting was Q2 dreamers recognition moment. 20 projects were disassembled from dream plant 2.0 strategy, and the number of commendations was up to 69 people. According to the score statistics of "Dream Chasing Glory List", 16 people were awarded the scout, the first prize winner and the top prize winner.

    According to the results of this year's Innovation and Continuous Improvement Award, the Belt Test Optimisation Project undertaken by Mr. Wang Yi won the first prize!

    The recognition session came to an end. The monthly output of EPSapa reached a record high of 76,500 pieces in June this year, and the cumulative output of BHSS Nanjing Plant was 3.89 million pieces! This is the glory belonging to the dream plant, ER value stream field of dreamers together on stage to cut the cake to record this wonderful moment!

    At the meeting, Mr. Liu heavily released the Dream Plant 2.0 Soul, and he especially emphasised the spirit of BHSS Nanjing Plant: pursuing excellence, keep improving, and unity struggle. Finally, Mr. Gu expected more dreamers to join this big stage, not resting on the status quo, continuously maintaining a high fighting spirit, and moving towards a higher goal!

    今年是我国第46个质量月，2023年全国质量月活动主题是“增强质量意识、推进高质量发展”，这与南京梦工厂战略中提出的质量意识不谋而合，体现了公司发展战略与国家战略方向的高度一致性。

    9月6日，南京工厂质量保证科在总部质量保证部的鼎力支持下，举办了质量月启动仪式暨质量管理logo发布会。活动现场热闹非凡，签名、拍照、答题、抽奖活动力度满满，路演展台前擦踵摩肩。质量保证科定制了以质量管理logo为主题的精美礼品，在质量主题的答题抽奖中收获知识与快乐。

    质量意识推进及质量文化建设始终离不开南京工厂管理层的指导与支持，在发布会上，刘佳总代表管理层对全体工作人员的工作表示肯定并提出了更高的质量要求。

    This year is the 46th Quality Month in China, and the theme of 2023 National Quality Month is "Enhance Quality Mindset and Promote High Quality Development", which coincides with the quality awareness proposed in the strategy of BHSS Nanjing Plant, reflecting the high degree of consistency between the company's development strategy and the direction of national strategy.

    On 6th September, NjP/QMM, with the full support of headquarter, held the Quality Month Kick-off Ceremony and Quality Management Logo Release. The activity site was bustling with signatures, photos, quizzes, lucky draws, and roadshow booths. QMM customised exquisite gifts with the theme of quality management logo, and gained knowledge and happiness in the quality-themed quiz and lucky draw.

    The promotion of quality mindset and the construction of quality culture can never be separated from the guidance and support of the management of BHSS Nanjing Plant. At the launching ceremony, on behalf of the management, Mr. Liu affirmed the work of all the staff and put forward higher quality requirements.

热血奉献

    9月22日，博世华域南京公司工会积极响应南京市红十字会和经开区总工会号召，有序组织员工开展无偿献血公益活动。

    献血队伍中，有连续多年无偿献血的“老熟人”，也有第一次参加的“小鲜肉”，榜样的力量薪火相传，志愿的脚步从未停歇。大家纷纷挽起袖子、伸出手臂，用血液凝聚爱心，用行动传递追梦人的正能量。经统计，共有69人成功献血，累计捐献血量21900毫升，其中300毫升57人，400毫升12人。

    党总支副书记、工会主席张华不仅现场指导献血组织工作，而且也加入献血志愿者队伍，带领大家一起为公益事业贡献力量。献血办张主任表示：博世华域每年都热切响应红十字会号召，积极组织同事们参与无偿献血事业中，难能可贵！对博华及各位同事的赤诚博爱和无私奉献表示由衷感谢！

    On September 22, the labor union of BHSS Nanjing Plant actively responded to the call of Nanjing Red Cross Society and Economic Development Zone Federation of Trade Unions to organize employees to carry out public welfare activities of blood donation in an orderly manner.  

    In the blood donation team, there are acquaintances who have been donating blood for many years, and there are also newcomers who participated for the first time. The power of role model is passed on from one generation to another, and the voluntary step never stops. We all rolled up our sleeves and stretched out our arms, condensing love with blood and transferring the positive energy of dreamers with our actions. After counting, a total of 69 people successfully donated blood, with a cumulative total of 21,900 ml of blood donated, of which 57 were 300 ml and 12 were 400 ml.

    Mrs. Zhang, Deputy Secretary of the General Party Branch and Chairman of Trade Union, not only guided the organization of blood donation on site, but also joined the team of blood donation volunteers and led them to contribute to the public welfare cause. Mr. Zhang, Director of Blood Donation Office, said that BHSS Nanjing Plant responds to the call of the Red Cross eagerly every year and actively organizes colleagues to participate in the cause of blood donation, which is invaluable! “绳”采飞扬

    为进一步增强职工身体素质，提升员工的向心力和凝聚力，由博世华域转向南京公司工会主办、团委承办的首届“逐梦杯”职工拔河大赛于9月27日拉开帷幕。

    活动伊始，党总支副书记、工会主席张华女士为比赛致词，鼓励员工拧成一根绳，心往一处使，赛出成绩赛出风采！ 

    比赛分为淘汰赛、半决赛和总决赛，经过激烈角逐，最终来自UCS生产岛的“UCS二队”力挫各队摘得桂冠，来自工艺、研发和APA生产岛的“墩墩队”获得亚军，来自MSG生产岛的“遥遥领先队”获得季军。

    彩蛋环节，由厂长顾晓锋带队的南京工厂管理层组成“梦之队”，向冠军队伍发起挑战，掀起了整场比赛的高潮，现场气氛热烈而高涨，观众加油呐喊声响彻整个工厂。

    颁奖典礼上，厂长顾晓锋、副厂长刘佳、工会主席张华分别为冠、亚、季军队伍颁发奖品。

    厂长分别为颁奖典礼致词，表示：南京梦工厂的每位追梦人都是“梦之队”的一员，大家拧成一根绳才有南京梦工厂更美好的未来！

    Finally, Mr. Gu led the management of the Nanjing plant to form a "dream team", to challenge the champion team, set off the climax of the whole game, the atmosphere was warm and soaring, the audience cheering and shouting resounded throughout the plant.    

    At the award ceremony, Mr. Gu, Mr. Liu, and Mr. Zhang awarded prizes to the champion, runner-up and third-place teams respectively.

    Plant managers respectively for the award ceremony speech, said: every dreamer is a member of the "dream team", we screwed into a rope to have a better future of Nanjing dream plant!

    In order to further enhance the physical quality of employees and improve their centripetal force and cohesion, the first "Dream Cup" Competition hosted by labor union and undertaken by the Youth League Committee of BHSS Nanjing plant was kicked off on 27th September.

    Firstly, Mrs. Zhang, Deputy Secretary of the General Party Branch and Chairman of the Labor Union, gave a speech for the competition, encouraging dreamers to twist into a rope, make their hearts work together, and race to achieve results and race in style!

    The competition was divided into elimination rounds, semi-finals and finals. After a fierce competition, UCS production island won the champion, "Tun Tun Team" from MFE, R&D and APA production island won the second place, and MSG production island won the third place.

业务伙伴，蓄势待发

    2023年8月31日，南京工厂召开了HRBP（人力资源业务合作伙伴）启动会。

    首先，严梁介绍了HRBP的能力模型和具体工作内容，参与公司战略规划落地，把握业务部门核心需求；进行人力资源数据分析，提供专业的人力资源解决方案；根据公司文化和价值观，推动员工关系和企业文化发展等。

    顾总和刘总表示：HRBP工作的开展，使传统HR转型成HRBP，一方面可以提升HR的业务能力，使人力资源管理角色从传统的行政支持角色到更具策略性和业务导向的角色转变；另一方面可以提升各科室管理人员的管理能力，从而利于业务部门解决人力资源管理方面的痛点问题，促进组织稳定和公司可持续发展。   

    HRBP工作的开展将给公司带来一种全新的视角和思维方式，使人力资源管理工作更具策略性和前瞻性。我们期待南京工厂HRBP团队在未来的工作中发挥更大的价值，与业务部门紧密合作，一起为实现南京梦工厂的宏伟蓝图添砖加瓦。

    On 31st August 2023, Nanjing plant held a HRBP (Human Resource Business Partner) kick-off meeting.

    Firstly, Mr. Yan introduced the competence model and specific work content of HRBP, participating in the company's strategic planning landing, grasping the core needs of the business sector; conducting HR data analysis, providing professional HR solutions; according to the company's culture and values, promoting the development of employee relations and corporate culture.

    Mr. Gu and Mr. Liu said: HRBP work, so that the traditional HR transformation into HRBP, on the one hand, can enhance the business capacity of HR, so that the role of human resources management from the traditional administrative support role to a more strategic and business-oriented role; on the other hand, can enhance the management capacity of the management staff of each section, which can be conducive to the business sector to solve the pain points of human resources management, and promote the organizational stability and the company's sustainable development.

    The development of HRBP work will bring a new perspective and way of thinking the plant, and make HR management work more strategic and forward-looking. We expect the HRBP team of Nanjing plant to play a greater value in the future work, and work closely with the business departments, together adding bricks and mortar to realize the grand blueprint of Nanjing Dream Plant.

 During the period, three outstanding trainees demonstrated their project results. At the end of the meeting, the senior leaders of Nanjing Plant made a concluding speech, expressing their earnest expectation and encouragement to the trainees, believing that they will become the backbone of Nanjing Plant in the future.

    2023年8月1日，南京工厂海豹突击队结营仪式顺利召开。海豹突击队项目是南京工厂高度重视人才培养和发展的重要举措，通过此计划，我们旨在发掘和培养各科室具备高潜力、高绩效的员工，并提供共同学习和交流的平台，以激发潜能，促进个人和公司共同进步。

    从去年7月开营仪式以来，海豹们都被委以重任，领取项目任命书。项目实践结合专业课程培训和读书分享，实践与学习两不误，大大提高了学员们解决问题和应对挑战的能力。期间，三位优秀学员进行项目成果展示。会议最后，南京工厂高层领导总结发言，表达了对学员们的殷切期待和鼓励，相信他们将会成为南京工厂未来的中坚力量。

    结营仪式不仅是对学员们工作的肯定和鼓励，也是新的起点和挑战。在未来的工作中，希望海豹突击队的学员们能继续保持对工作的热情和专业精神，不断提升自己的能力和担当，继续展示出自己的才华和能力，不断超越自我，创造更多的可能！

    On 1st August 2023, the closing ceremony of Nanjing Plant's Seal Commando Team was successfully held. The Seal Commando Programme is an important initiative of Nanjing Plant that attaches great importance to talent cultivation and development. Through this programme, we aim to identify and cultivate employees with high potential and high performance in each section, and provide a platform for common learning and communication to stimulate potential and promote the common progress of individuals and the company.

    Since the opening ceremony in July last year, the seals have been entrusted with the responsibility of receiving the project appointment letter. Project practice combined with professional course training and book sharing, practice and learning, which greatly improved the trainees' ability to solve problems and meet challenges. 

    The camp completion ceremony is not only a confirmation and encouragement for the trainees' work, but also a new starting point and challenge. In the future work, we hope that the SEAL trainees will continue to maintain their enthusiasm and professionalism for their work, constantly improve their ability and commitment, continue to show their talent and ability, and continue to transcend themselves and create more possibilities!

    2023年8月7日，博世华域四地研发协同举办探秘研发总院暨研发LOGO发布会路演，与大家分享四地研发组织架构及Logo寓意。

    活动现场，大家通过扫码答题和游戏互动揭开研发Logo的神秘面纱。Logo整体采用BHSS企业文化色，寓意青出于蓝而胜于蓝；整体造型取自字母R，代表Research；顶部是字母S，源于BHSS中的Steering，并有Satisfaction的含义，与向上的箭头符号组合，寓意客户满意是我们的方向；字母S横放形似符号无穷大“∞”，诠释出BHSS研发无极限的创新能力；箭头符号形状类似山峰，代表BHSS研发勇攀高峰的精神，左右“两条腿”的结构，代表合作不可或缺；S和箭头符号的上下组合，象征 BHSS 居于行业领先地位，贴合“成为转向系统市场引领者”的企业愿景。

    南京研发中心致力于EPSapa机械设计开发、NVH试验分析、系统试验验证和量产支持。相信在新的组织架构图下，我们能更好地做到四地协同、客户导向、引领创新！

    The arrow symbol is similar to the shape of the mountain peaks, which represents the spirit of BHSS R&D to climb the peaks; the structure of the left and right "two-legged" represents the cooperation between the two sides. The structure of "two legs" on the left and right represents the indispensable cooperation; the combination of S and arrow symbols on the top and bottom symbolizes that BHSS is in the leading position in the industry, which is in line with the corporate vision of "becoming the market leader in steering system".

    The Nanjing R&D Centre is dedicated to EPSapa mechanical design and development, NVH test analysis, system test verification and mass production support. We believe that under the new organizational chart, we can better achieve the synergy between the four locations, customer orientation and innovation!

探秘研发总院暨研发LOGO发布

    On 7th August 2023, BHSS R&D held a roadshow to explore the R&D headquarter and release R&D LOGO, to share the organizational structure of the four R&D regions and the meaning of logo.

    At the activity site, we unveiled the mystery of the R&D Logo through code scanning, question and answer session and game interaction. The logo adopts the BHSS corporate culture colors, which means that blue is better than blue; the overall shape is taken from the letter R, which stands for Research; on the top of the logo is the letter S, which is derived from Steering in BHSS and has the meaning of satisfaction, combined with the upward arrow symbol, which implies customer satisfaction. The combination of the letter S and the upward arrow symbol implies that customer satisfaction is our direction; the letter S is placed horizontally in the shape of the symbol of infinity "∞", which interprets the unlimited innovation ability of BHSS R&D.

    博世华域南京工厂党总支书记、厂长顾晓锋先生，代表本次平台搭建启动会议的组织方做了开场欢迎致辞，对各位领导、同事的到来表示欢迎和感谢，对党总支结对共建平台的支持与期待，以党建为平台契机，创造更好的合作平台促进小组攻坚项目的开展和创新思维模式的提升。

    2023年8月15日，博世华域南京工厂顺利召开党总支结对共建启动及专项赋能分享会。

    On 15th August, 2023, BHSS Nanjing Plant successfully held the Party General Branch Twinning Kick-off and Special Empowerment Sharing Meeting.

    Mr. Gu Xiaofeng, Secretary of Party General Branch and Plant Director of BHSS Nanjing Plant, made an opening welcome speech on behalf of the organizers of this platform building start-up meeting, welcoming and thanking all the leaders and colleagues for their presence, and expressing their support and expectation for the Party General Branch Twinning Platform to take the Party building as a platform opportunity to create a better cooperation platform to promote the group attack project and the enhancement of the innovative thinking mode.

    Mr. Huang Xinwei, secretary of Shanghai plant, elaborated on the purpose, significance and objectives of the party branch twinning platform activities respectively. The two places of the party branch to build activities as a carrier, build a bridge of party building, consolidate the ties of collaboration, explore the advantages of complementary between the party branch, resource sharing, common development of the party building new ideas, promote the linkage of business work between the plant, close cooperation relationship, hand in hand to create a good result. 四季美食荟·寻味博华

【编者按】《四季美食荟·寻味博华》，是2023年全新推出的一档美食推广展示活动。分别在春、夏、秋、冬四季开展具有代表性的推广活动，充分展示BHSS美食的时令文化，同时加强与伙管会成员联动，打造永不落幕的美食荟。本期为大家隆重推出秋季美食荟：多味披萨。

番茄汁、奥尔良调味粉、芝士、黄油、奶油酪、发酵粉、白砂糖、食盐等

调料

培根、虾仁、火腿肠、鸡腿肉、凤梨、芒果、火龙果、猕猴桃、 圣女果、洋葱、彩椒、口磨、玉米、青豆、面粉、鸡蛋、牛奶、马苏里拉芝士奶酪 

食材

第1步：将面粉加入适量发酵粉，食盐，白砂糖，牛奶，鸡蛋一起放入和面机进行揉面，待面粉形成面团后加入适量的黄油继续揉面成光滑的面团即可发酵。

第2步：将发酵好的面皮平均分成大小一致的小面团，然后用擀面杖擀成十寸大小的圆形薄饼，用叉子在饼上戳上一个个小洞后刷上番茄汁，醒发十分钟备用。

准备披萨馅料

第1步：将鸡腿肉去骨切丁加入适量的盐、奥尔良调味料进行搅拌腌制十分钟，然后大火爆炒五成熟装盘备用。

第2步：将火腿肠、培根、蔬菜、水果等食材切块备用。

撒料、摆盘、烘烤

端出醒发好的披萨面皮，均匀撒上一层马苏里拉芝士奶酪，然后再根据自己的喜好挑选那五彩缤纷、混合多样的食材进行撒盘，最后再铺上一层厚厚地马苏里拉芝士奶酪，放入烤箱，烤箱上下温度建议设置为200度左右，烤20分钟左右，一盘香喷喷的美味披萨就可以出炉啦！
