—博世华域转向南京分公司厂房扩建项目主体封顶大吉

Persevere Hard, Forge Ahead

In the picturesque Jinling, Dangui is fragrant. Under the leadership and support of the head office, and after careful preparation, BHSS NjP 1,000-square-meter plant expansion project, and on the morning of September 22, 2022, it ushered in an important node for the capping of the main body. 
Deputy Director Liu Jia delivered an enthusiastic opening speech. Director Gu Xiaofeng said that in 2023, we will welcome more EPSapa business, and the layout of the Nanjing plant will be strategically adjusted and expanded to meet the needs of the market and customers with more lean and efficient planning. Mr. Qiu Qi, commercial general manager of the head office, expressed his gratitude to the construction party and the supervisor for their strong support, especially in the summer Nanjing experienced extreme high temperature weather, which is rare since meteorological records, and the unfavorable factors such as power curtailment caused by it. On the premise of construction safety, ensure that the project nodes are reached on schedule. At the same time, Mr. Qiu affirmed the unremitting efforts of all the employees of the Nanjing plant to work hard towards the goal of DreamWorks. 
As Mr. Qiu Qi announced the official start of the beam-up ceremony, the steel beam lifted by the crane slowly rose from the ground, and fell steadily into the designated position with the cooperation of the tower crane and roof workers. As a result, Bosch Huayu turned to the Nanjing branch for plant expansion. The main body of the project is officially capped.

    金陵如画里,丹桂正飘香。在总公司的领导和支持下,经过精心筹备,博世华域转向南京分公司1000平方厂房扩建项目,于2022年9月22日上午迎来了主体封顶的重要节点。

     南京工厂第一台人机协作机器人在7月正式上线啦!
    在工业自动化小组历经2周的调试后,南京工厂机加工EMAG球螺道磨削自动化改造顺利完成。从0到1的改变,向自働化迈出了坚实的一步。

The first human-machine collaborative robot in NjP was officially launched in July!After 2 weeks of debugging by the industrial automation team, the automatic transformation of the machining EMAG ball screw grinding in NjP was successfully completed. The change from 0 to 1 has taken a solid step towards self-sustaining. 

In the next two years, MFE will continue to automate the transformation of machining equipment based on the experience from the project and summarize new solutions to meet the needs of personnel efficiency improvement and personnel efficiency,development of skills.

MFG工业化团队在今年会陆续上线Junker4/Finishing3/EMAG2的自动化项目,不仅提升人员效率和运营成本,同时项目阶段通过专项经验总结和分享输入到新项目中,避免“踩坑”。

The MFG industrialization team will launch Junker4/Finishing3/EMAG2 automation projects one after another this year, which will not only improve personnel efficiency and operating costs, but also input into new projects through special experience summarization and sharing in the project phase to avoid “stepping on pits”.  南京工厂管理层对自动化改造非常重视,并组织项目负责人和管理层现场进行了交流,听取了机加工自动化项目的总结和经验分享,并给出了改善的建议,对接下来的自动化有着很大的启发作用。

    8月5日上午,南京工厂举办了创新攻关持续半年汇报会。今年的创新攻关持续改善项目新增57个项目,参与人数38人,共完成17个项目,上半年共计节约1151900元。

—南京工厂创新攻关持续改善半年汇报会

On the morning of August 5th, Nanjing Plant held a half-yearly report meeting on innovation. This year's innovation and continuous improvement project added 57 projects, with 38 participants, and a total of 17 projects were completed, saving a total of 1,151,900 yuan in the first half of the year.

According to the company's key tasks and key indicators, 9 representative projects were selected and introduced from the four dimensions of project background, goals, benefits, and measures. Among them, PMP4 Wang Mei's "Sample Trial Production Process" project won the first prize for CIP. Director Liu Muzhen, Deputy Director Gu Xiaofeng and managers of various departments summarized each project. We hope to inject energy into everyone, complete the project tasks with quality and quantity, and form a corporate culture of continuous improvement for all employees.

Director Liu Muzhen mobilized everyone and said, "First of all, we can see the improvement of problem-solving ability and everyone's growth from this half-year report meeting, and he once again emphasized the key to cultivating talents and giving full play to the role of talents; With the improvement of ability, we can solve problems naturally and efficiently, and we hope to deepen the cultural heritage of continuous improvement and form a good atmosphere for innovation and improvement.”

    大会进入激动人心的表彰环节。二季度追梦人表彰、创新攻关持续改善年中评选、先进党支部、优秀党支部书记和追梦荣耀榜。    临近尾声,刘目珍厂长对全体员工表达感谢,对所有获奖员工表达祝贺,并表示:梦工厂建设是建立在员工成长基础之上,员工个人成长和工厂成长相辅相成,缺一不可。梦工厂的终极目标就是实现自我迭代和自我驱动,我们需要保持持续学习心态,向着专精特新企业的未来勇敢迈进。

噪音试验场开工仪式

接下来是开工启动环节,厂长刘目珍先生、副厂长顾晓锋先生、党总支书记、工会主席张洪明先生、员工代表王毅和花文军先生分别手持筑梦道具,将代表希望的颜色缓缓注入,随之【筑梦启新程】几个大字渐渐呈现在大家眼前。

最后,刘目珍先生致辞,向所有为梦工厂奋斗的员工表示衷心的感谢,并对全体员工提出三点要求:第一,脚踏实地做大做强梦工厂;第二,施工单位务必确保施工安全;第三,户外作业应切实做好防暑降温。

盛夏蝉闻鸣,奋斗精于勤。在总公司的领导和支持下,经过精心筹备南京分公司厂房扩建暨噪音试验场于2022年7月15日上午正式开工。      首先副厂长顾晓锋先生发表了热情洋溢的开场致辞, 接着生产安全科许文超经理和研发科黄超经理,分别向与会的员工代表们详细地介绍厂房扩建的进度节点和噪音试验场的概况。

    中午11:20,期待多时的美食配上精美的造型终于呈现在评委和吃货们面前,从菜品的色、香、味、型来看,每一道菜品都饱蘸了大家的心思和对生活的热爱,简直可以和米其林的主厨相媲美,特别是“中华小当家队”美味的佳肴配上独特的雕花,更是胜出一筹。

   有这么一群人活跃在博世华域南京工厂的每一个角落里。食堂、物流中心、车间、办公楼,一个电话、一个短信,维修人员就立刻到场处理,刀锋所指,所向睥睨。    肯迅节能科技有限公司是一家专业的工业技术服务公司,自接手南京工厂公用设施外包服务以来,一直秉承“服务为本,精益求精”的理念。今年八月受极端天气的影响,南京地区电网负荷极大,公用设施团队为配合政府有序用电的安排,随时调整公用设施设备的开启数量,从而最大程度的减少对生产的影响。

The project manager even gave up rest time and set up a camp bed to pay attention to negative control information 24 hours a day in the energy room.     Kenxun Energy Saving Technology Co., Ltd. is a professional industrial technology service company. Since taking over the public facilities outsourcing service of Nanjing plant, it has been adhering to the concept of "service-oriented, excellence". Affected by extreme weather in August this year, the power grid in Nanjing was extremely loaded. In order to cooperate with the government's orderly electricity consumption arrangement, the public utility team adjusted the number of public utility equipment turned on at any time to minimize the impact on production.

Q1: 您觉得咱们工艺提升的首要步骤是什么?    提升工艺能力,首要需要明确以什么为抓手,在实际工作中提升工艺能力。经过相关研讨,我们确定了几个抓手:1)新项目工业化的标准化流程;2)工艺问题解决的经验总结和分享;3)关键工艺的工艺专家培训。Q2: 您觉得工艺提升后会给工厂带来怎样的变化?    工艺能力的提升,是对梦工厂战略中高效能工厂的有力保证。在新项目落地方面,能够有更少的成本、更快的时间、更优的工业化方案;在工艺技术支持上,能够保证更高的OEE和PPOH。Q3: 您对团队未来发展的期望是什么?
我相信工艺团队本着“专研、精进“的信念,一定能成为最专业的工艺行家。我们一定能提供系统化的工业化方案,保证新项目的闪电开发、快速落地;一定能提供专业的工艺技术支持,保证高效的运营。

Q2: What kind of changes do you think will be brought to the factory after the process upgrade?     A2:The improvement of technological capabilities is a strong guarantee for the high-efficiency factories in the Dream Plant Strategy. In terms of the implementation of new projects, it can have less cost, faster time, and better industrialization solutions; in terms of process technical support, it can ensure higher OEE and PPOH.     Q3: What are your expectations for the future development of the team?
 A3:I believe that the craft team will be able to become the most professional craft expert based on the belief of "special research and refinement". We must be able to provide systematic industrialization solutions to ensure the rapid development and rapid implementation of new projects; we must be able to provide professional process technical support to ensure efficient operation.

Q0: Why do you need to improve your craftsmanship?    A0:On the one hand, the Nanjing plant has large business needs in various business areas, such as the new production line of EPSapa machining and assembly, and the high output of UCS and MSG, all of which put forward higher capabilities for process planning and process technology;On the other hand, a considerable number of craftsmen have not been employed for a long time, have insufficient experience, and have an urgent need to improve their own abilities.        Q1: What do you think is the first step in our process improvement?      A1:To improve the technological ability, it is first necessary to clarify what is the starting point and improve the technological ability in actual work. After relevant discussions, we have identified several starting points: 1) Standardized process for industrialization of new projects; 2) Experience summarization and sharing of process problem solving; 3) Process expert training for key processes.
