春意盎然，万物复苏，南京工厂迎来九周年庆典暨900万台电动转向机下线的辉煌时刻。

首先，南京工厂副厂长刘佳发表开场致辞。随后，通过短片《我们这一桌》，回顾了追梦人在面试桌、办公室桌、书桌、会议桌上的付出，才铸就今日900万台电动转向机下线的成就。

南京工厂厂长顾晓锋代表公司，向总公司管理层和三地工厂伙伴对南京工厂发展的支持表示衷心感谢。顾总强调，每一台转向机的下线都凝聚了追梦人的团结拼搏和精益求精的精神，南京工厂始终坚持以脚踏实地的工作态度，围绕“高效能、绿色、智能、成长型”工厂四个维度进行深度谋划，保安全、稳质量、降成本和提效率。让我们携手迈向下一个1000万目标！

Stay True, Dream Future

In warmly spring, Nanjing plant welcomed the 9th anniversary celebration and the glorious moment of 9 million pcs EPS offline ceremony.

Firstly, Liu Jia delivered an opening speech. Then, through VCR "Our Table", it recalled the dedication of the dreamers at the interview table, office table, desk and conference table, which led to today's achievement of 9 million pcs EPS offline ceremony..

On behalf of the company, Gu Xiaofeng expressed his heartfelt thanks to the management of the headquarter and the partners of the three plants for their support to the development of NjP. He emphasised that every steering gear rolled off the production line has united the unity and hard work of dreamers and the spirit of striving for excellence. NjP has always insisted on a down-to-earth working attitude, and carried out in-depth planning around the four dimensions of "high-performance, green, intelligent and growing" plant to ensure safety, stabilise the quality, reduce the cost and improve efficiency. Let's work hand in hand towards the next 10 million target!

Fei Yongliang congratulated all the employees of NjP on their birthdays. He recalled that over the past nine years, NjP has faced many difficulties and challenges, but under the correct leadership of the headquarter, all the employees are united and harmonious, positive, and constantly improve their own quality and business level, and made important contributions to the development of the company. Secretary Fei encouraged all staff to continue to work together to build a more excellent Nanjing Dream Plant and contribute more to the development of the company.

三十而励，宁心逐梦

2024年2月1日，博世华域南京公司举行了“三十而励，宁心逐梦”——2023年EPSapa&EPSc交付创历史新纪录庆祝仪式！

活动伊始，一段暖场视频带领大家回顾了南京公司一年来的蓬勃发展。随后，南京市栖霞经济技术开发区管委会主任孙爱军先生代表经开区党工委、管委会向博世华域南京公司表示热烈祝贺，并期待南京公司继续深耕经开区，书写新的辉煌篇章。经开区将一如既往提供优质服务，为公司发展保驾护航。

活动临近尾声，总公司商务总经理邱琪先生发表总结。他衷心感谢南京市经开区多年来的大力支持，正是这份扶持让南京工厂在挑战中不断成长、在变革中持续创新。自2017年起，公司累计销售额已超130亿元，2023年产值更是首次突破30亿元。邱总强调，每一次跨越都离不开团队的协作与开发区的支持。展望未来，南京公司将继续坚守初心，砥砺前行，为区域经济发展贡献更多力量。

南京公司将秉承“抢逼围”的拼搏精神，稳步前行。在邱总和总部领导的引领下，在经开区领导的大力支持下，南京公司全体员工将携手并进，共同创造更加辉煌的未来！

Dream with One Mind

On 1 February 2024, BHSS Nanjing plant held a celebration ceremony of Year 2023 EPSapa & EPSc New Delivery Record!

At the beginning, a warm-up video led everyone to review the prosperous development of NjP in the past year. Afterwards, Mr. Sun Aijun expressed his warm congratulations to BHSS Nanjing plant and expected the company to continue to plough into the Zone and write a new chapter of glory. The government will continue to provide quality services to escort the company's development. Towards the end of the event, Mr Qiu Qi made a summary. He sincerely thanked Nanjing Economic Development Zone for its strong support over the years, which has enabled the Nanjing plant to continue to grow in the midst of challenges and innovate in the midst of changes.

Since 2017, the company's cumulative sales have exceeded 13 billion sales, and the annual output value of 2023 has exceeded 3 billion sales for the first time. Mr Qiu stressed that every leap is inseparable from the teamwork and support of the development zone. Looking to the future, Nanjing will continue to adhere to the original intention, move forward, and contribute more strength to the regional economic development.

Nanjing will uphold the fighting spirit of "Grabbing and Pushing" and move forward steadily. Under the leadership of Mr Qiu and the leaders of the headquarters, and with the strong support of the leaders of the Economic Development Zone, all the staff of Nanjing will work hand in hand to create a more brilliant future!

全国两会召开之际恰逢南京梦工厂9周年生日，2024年3月21日，博世华域南京分公司党总支开展了“聚焦新质生产力，我为梦工厂建言献策”主题党日活动。

2/集思广益，建言献策

围绕“发展聚焦新质生产力，我为梦工厂建言献策”这一主题，各支部书记和党员们结合本职工作履职建言，对南京梦工厂建设发展的创新共提出了涵盖优化流程、开发业务、人才培养等十多项建议。

3/书记总结，合力发展

党总支书记顾晓锋总结发言，感谢全体党员为梦工厂建设贡献了一批很好的提案，并要求各支部组织党员对意见和建议进行梳理归类，下一步着力推动提出的有效建议落实落地，积极推动南京梦工厂建设的高质量发展。

全体党员观看了《跟着总书记上两会：因地制宜发展新质生产力》、《长知识！新质生产力是个什么力》视频。

As the National People's Congress and the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference convene, it also coincides with BHSS Nanjing plant 9th anniversary. On 21st March,2024, The Party General Branch of BHSS Nanjing Branch has organized a theme party day activity themed "Focusing on New Quality Productive Forces: My Suggestions for Dream Plant."

All party members watched videos titled "Following the General Secretary to the Two Sessions: Developing New Quality Productive Forces Based on Local Conditions" and "Knowledge Boost! What Is New Quality Productive Forces?"

Focusing on the theme of "Developing and Focusing on New Quality Productive Forces, My Suggestions for Dream Plant," the secretaries of each branch and party members made suggestions based on their respective work duties, proposing over a dozen suggestions covering areas such as process optimization, business development, and talent cultivation for the construction and development of Nanjing Dream Plant.

Secretary Gu Xiaofeng of the Party General Branch delivered a summary speech, thanking all party members for contributing a number of excellent proposals for the construction of Dream Plant. He also requested that each branch organize party members to sort and categorize the opinions and suggestions, and strive to implement the effective suggestions proposed in the next step, actively promoting the high-quality development of Nanjing Dream Plant.

On 20 March 2024, Nanjing plant held a KPI Open Day-Special Forces Style Section KPI Tour. We gathered together to share goals and responsibilities, promote Dream Plant 2024 strategic goals, corporate culture of common growth and cross-departmental cooperation and exchange, and create a cultural atmosphere of performance communication.

为全面总结2023年度工会工作，明确2024年度工作任务。2024年1月24日，南京分公司工会委员会召开2023年度工作总结及2024年度工作部署动员会议。

会上，张华主席从“教育职能、建设职能、参与职能、维护职能”四个工作方向，全面总结了2023年工会工作的逻辑和亮点，充分肯定了南京分公司工会的工作成绩，向为工会工作努力付出的工会干部表示感谢。在对落实2024年工会工作任务的部署中，张华主席提出“强”引领，筑牢奋斗思想根基、“聚”力量，凝聚建功新时代的磅礴伟力、“提”服务，持续升级暖心服务三点要求。

会议最后，张华主席表示，将不忘初心，牢记使命，积极发挥工会优势，不断创新工作方法，团结动员广大职工在实现南京“梦工厂”建设目标中赋能迎新、稳步前行。

 宁心聚力，“工”话未来

In order to comprehensively summarize the labor union work of 2023 and clarify the work tasks of 2024, the Nanjing Branch Labor Union Committee convened a mobilization meeting for the summary of 2023 work and the deployment of 2024 work on January 24th，2024.

At the meeting, Chairman Zhang Hua comprehensively summarized the logic and highlights of the labor union work in 2023 from four work directions: "educational function, construction function, participation function, and maintenance function." She fully recognized the achievements of the Nanjing Branch Labor Union and expressed gratitude to the labor union cadres who had worked hard for the labor union work. In deploying the implementation of the labor union work tasks in 2024, Chairman Zhang Hua proposed three requirements: "strengthening" leadership to solidify the ideological foundation for struggle, "gathering" strength to condense the powerful force for building achievements in the new era, and "enhancing" services to continuously upgrade the warm-hearted services.

Finally, Chairman Zhang Hua expressed that she would remain true to her original aspiration, keep her mission in mind, actively leverage the advantages of the labor union, continuously innovate work methods, unite and mobilize the staff to empower and welcome the new year, and steadily move forward in achieving the construction goals of Nanjing Dream Plant.

凝心聚力贺新年，踔厉奋发向未来

为进一步做好新年党建工作，深入学习习近平总书记在上海考察时的重要讲话精神。2024年1月30日，南京分公司技术党支部组织召开党员大会。

发展对象周维兴同志宣读了《入党志愿书》，详细汇报了自己在思想、工作、生活等方面的情况。党员介绍人周鹏、金玉闵在发言中强调其细致深入、乐于学习的品质。此后，就周维兴的入党资格展开讨论，各位党员积极发表意见，最后牟书记对大家的发言进行了汇总。经过无记名投票，周维兴同志得到全票通过，被组织正式接收为预备党员，最终由牟书记为其佩戴了党徽。

牟书记深入解读学习习近平总书记在上海考察时的讲话内容，为每一位成员提供了更清晰的战略眼界，激励大家为长三角地区的发展贡献自己的力量。

To further strengthen the party building work in the new year and deeply study the important speech of General Secretary Xi Jinping during his inspection in Shanghai, The BHSS Nanjing Technical Party Branch organized and convened a congress of party members on January 30, 2024.

New forces converged to build consensus. The development target, Comrade Zhou Weixing, read out his "Application for Party Membership" and provided a detailed report on his situation in terms of ideology, work, and life. In their speeches, the introducers of the party member, Comrade Zhou Peng and Jin Yumin, emphasized his qualities of being meticulous, thorough, and eager to learn. Subsequently, a discussion was held on Comrade Zhou's qualification for party membership, with various party members actively expressing their opinions. Finally, Secretary Mou summarized everyone's speeches. After a secret ballot, Comrade Zhou was unanimously approved and officially accepted as a probationary party member. In the end, Secretary Mou pinned the party badge on him.

Continuing traditions and spreading energy. Secretary Mou deeply interpreted and studied the content of General Secretary Xi Jinping's speech during his inspection in Shanghai, providing clearer strategic insights for each member and inspiring them to contribute to the development of the Yangtze River Delta region.

Writing to welcome the spring and bestowing blessings for the Year of the Dragon. Each participant, accompanied by music, personally wrote the auspicious character "Fu" that symbolizes good luck. Finally, Secretary Mou personally wrote a couplet with implied meanings, "The dragon strides powerfully, and the future is bright," to jointly pray for a prosperous future and successful career in the new year. The warm and interesting activity brought the members closer together, lighting up the blessings for the new year.

每位与会者在音乐的烘托下，亲笔书写了寓意吉祥如意的“福”字。最后牟书记亲笔写下了 “龙行龘龘，前程朤朤” 蕴含寓意的春联，共同祈愿我们在新的一年里前程似锦，事业有成。温馨有趣的活动拉近了每位成员之间的距离，为新的一年点亮了祝福之光。

收获成长辞旧岁，共话希望迎新春

On January 4, 2024, the equipment management and production management teams of MFO held a workshop. Qin Jian, the maintenance supervisor, reviewed the work of 2023, emphasizing the remarkable achievements of the team in equipment maintenance, emergency troubleshooting, and equipment commissioning, which improved the stability and efficiency of equipment operation and provided strong support for the company's operations. Qin also praised the team members for their professional skills and collaborative spirit, assigning unique keywords to each engineer.

Looking ahead to 2024, the maintenance team has set main work objectives, including deepening equipment maintenance management, improving emergency repair and preventive maintenance capabilities, learning cutting-edge technologies, strengthening internal training, enhancing service quality and work efficiency, and optimizing spare parts costs.

Zhang Hua, MFO manager, expressed his appreciation for the achievements of the maintenance team and encouraged them to uphold the craftsmanship spirit, deeply explore technical potential, and create a more competitive and innovative modern equipment management team. This workshop pointed out the direction for the team's future development and injected new momentum.

点亮微心愿，童心向未来

为深入学习贯彻习近平总书记关于青年工作的重要思想，博世华域南京公司团委积极响应南京经开区团工委号召，开展“点亮微心愿，童心向未来”新年微心愿活动，向困境青少年传递温暖与关怀。春节将至，公司团委与街道负责人紧密沟通，详细了解孩子们的生活状况，准备了丰富的新年大礼包，包括羽绒服、运动鞋、图书文具及营养品等。

活动开始，经开区团工委副书记李俊等多位领导与公司团委书记马军及爱心志愿者共同参加了座谈会及慰问启动仪式。随后，志愿者们走访了困境青少年的家庭，送上生活与学习用品，并与孩子们亲切交流，鼓励他们勇敢面对困难，努力学习，将来成为社会的栋梁，并用自己的力量去帮助他人。这份关怀为寒冷的冬日带来了温暖。

收到大礼包的孩子们，脸上洋溢着满足的笑容。公司团委将持续关注困境青少年的成长需求，为他们的健康成长提供有力保障，并积极发挥良好的社会效益。

Tiny Lights Shining Children's Future

In order to thoroughly study and implement the important thoughts of General Secretary Xi Jinping on youth work, the Youth League Committee of BHSS Nanjing actively responded to the call of the Youth League Working Committee of Nanjing Economic and Technological Development Zone and launched the New Year's Tiny Wishes Activity themed " Tiny Lights Shining Children’s Future " to convey warmth and care to youth in need. With the Spring Festival approaching, the Youth League Committee of the company communicated closely with the street leaders, gained a detailed understanding of the children's living conditions, and prepared a rich New Year gift package, including down jackets, sports shoes, books, writing tools, and nutritional products.

At the beginning of the activity, Deputy Secretary Li Jun of the Youth League Working Committee of the Economic and Technological Development Zone and other leaders, together with Secretary Ma Jun of the Youth League Committee of the company and volunteers with loving hearts, participated in a symposium and a condolence launch ceremony. Subsequently, the volunteers visited the families of youth in need, presented them with daily necessities and school supplies, and had heart-to-heart conversations with the children, encouraging them to bravely face difficulties, study hard, become pillars of society in the future, and help others with their own strength. This care brought warmth to the cold winter.

然而，师傅看出了我的困扰，主动与我沟通，他说：”遇到难题不要慌乱，学会从问题中跳出来，你的背后永远有支持你的领导和同事。“这句话让我重新找回冷静，开始系统地梳理问题。师傅不仅加入问题解决团队，还耐心地帮我分析，传授经验，教我如何更好地应对与解决。在他的引导下，我逐渐成长，最终我们团队在一个半月后成功解决了这个问题。

导师王毅的那句话深深烙在我的心中，传递给我的力量未减渐增。这是我入职至今听过最温暖的话，它胜过了一切夸奖以及赞美，让我在困境中不再慌张。同时，我也感受到他对工作和解决问题的执着精神正在我身上逐渐体现，这大概就是榜样带来的力量吧！

师傅的每一句叮嘱都让我在职场上更加自如、努力和上进，让我深刻感受到团队的支持和梦工厂大家庭的温暖。今后，我也会追随他的步伐，去温暖团队中的每一个成员，共同前行！

2023年7月3日，我正式加入南京梦工厂大家庭，公司“一对一”带教制度让我有幸结识导师王毅。

APA5线皮带力与皮带频率偏移问题曾是我面临的最大挑战，持续困扰了近两个月，也没有解决方向。生产线常因这个问题停线，让我倍感压力与焦虑。
