纪念馆还有一组雕塑，展示的是粟裕在油灯下制定作战计划的情景。1944年3月5日凌晨，粟裕指挥的车桥战役打响，此次战役共歼灭大佐以下日军465人，其中生俘中尉以下24人。战役胜利后，淮安、宝应以东纵横百余里全部解放，打通了苏中与苏北、淮南、淮北地区的战略联系，揭开华中抗战战略反攻的新篇章。

    2021年7月1日，是中国共产党百年华诞。博世华域转向系统有限公司南京分公司以歌颂党，歌颂祖国为主题，开展诗词歌曲咏颂活动，抒发职工爱党情怀，坚定听党话、跟党走的信心和决心。南京工厂刘目珍厂长、党总支张洪明书记、各科室经理、党员、积极分子和群众代表约100人出席了本次活动。

青春绘百年，诗歌颂党恩

 CCP 100-YEAR ANNIVERSARY

To celebrate 100-year anniversary of CCP establishment , a party themed of caroling  our glorious history for current happy life is organized in NJ plant, so that all our staff can express their deep love to the country and the CCP. Around 100 staff including plant manager Mr. Liu, general secretary of NJP/TU Mr. Zhang, all sectional managers, party members, and activists joined the celebration.

The event started with the review of the Party oath led by Mr. Zhang, to remind all the Party members to stay true to the original mission.

The exciting performances contributed by party members ensued with various forms and positive themes. The poem show from Admin, tech and manufacturing Party branches demonstrated the great history from the sprout of Party establishment to current happy life, while red song collections well deprived the power from the united people and the pure love to the country.

Besides, the interactive session with Q&A amidst laughter made all participants closer to the history and the Party.

It is the best time of our Party established for hundreds of years, and we are so lucky to live in this era under the guidance of the great CCP! Happy 100-Year Anniversary!

Special Road Show for Mid-Autumn Festival

First BHSS NJP Management Open Sharing 

此次研讨会结合工厂未来三年的价值流远景，内外部的市场环境形势及当前状态的运营指标三个维度进行展开，识别出近期的关注焦点，进行分析并罗列改善清单。最终筛选出当前最重要、最急迫的三个主题作为本次头脑风暴的系统改善目标项目，具体实施完善涉及生产、工艺、质量、维修等多部门协作。

总结环节，刘总对工艺，质量、生产等多部门同一个目标，互帮互助的跨部门合作给予了高度的赞扬， 希望大家能通过项目的牵引养成持续改善的思维，助力工厂的快速发展！

“系统持续改善，助力降本增效”，2021年下半年ER第二轮价值流研讨于在8月9日顺利召开。南京工厂厂长，各个科室经理及主管骨干均积极参与了此次交流。

会议伊始，刘总借用财务数据，RPP统计数据和生产指标提升数据，概述了持续改善项目，自实施以来为南京工厂带来的成本效益，从公司可持续精益发展角度肯定了项目实施的必要性和有效性，同时希望大家能够不断提升自我要求，再接再厉将持续改善进行到底。

Deep Diving for Value Added

With the target of cost down and efficiency improvement through system CIP, the second round seminar centered on ER was successfully held on August 9th, 2021. All plant management and key staff joined the exchange.

As the opening, PM briefly shared his expectations of the meeting through vivid data comparison and benefits created since the seminar has rolled out, and he pointed out directly that we have more potentials on further improvements through team efforts and self-disciplined requirements.

This workshop combined three dimensions, including visions of VSM of future three years, internal and external business environment, and current operation KPI. Key focuses were figured out for further analysis and action lists. Finally three priorities are defined as the targets of this cycle, which requires cross functional cooperation.

In summary, PM expressed highly appreciation on close teamwork with one same target, and expected a faster development under the cohesive efforts on CIP.

With efforts lasting three months, the task force team successfully transferred the tough problem to Point CIP and close the topic after 4-week stabilization. Thanks to the special focus and timely guidance of plant management, which played vital role to the success.

    生产岛长马军给全员精心准备了“充电”能量包，希望兄弟们能调整好状态，以饱满的热情投入到工作中，深入推进精益生产，降本增效，持续提升产品的市场竞争力。

    目前各线已掀起大干的热潮，各项工作顺利开展，生产紧张有序。相信在岛屿全体员工的努力下，一定能够圆满的完成公司下达的各项生产任务，实现新的突破，刷写新的记录。

To cope with the delivery summit of Q3, and ensure the quantity and quality to the customers, a mobilization meeting was held on the morning of August 20, 2021.

Improvements on SAFETY consciousness: well prepared for efficient production via all-round inspection and potential risk prevention.

Improvements on QUALITY consciousness: provide reliable products via target breakdown and strict implementation.

Improvements on RESPONSIBILITY consciousness: improve efficiency via action enhancement.

Gratitude from Supervisor Mr. Gan Yuanquan: great thanks to the team for continuous efforts and understandings on task assignments and never stop our steps move forward.

Motivation from Island leader Mr. Ma Jun: energy snacks help refresh our moral and enthusiasm, and all team members are task owners for lean production and cost saving on the premise of work efficiency.

  2021年9月10日，是中国第37个教师节，也是博世华域南京工厂自内训工作开展以来的第四个教师节。

  四年的时间里，南京内训师团队从无到有，逐步庞大和成熟；课程设置从必备的基础入门扩展到可选的专业提升。南京工厂内训师体系，以快速有效的知识共享为主要目的，正在日益提升和完善。

  三尺讲台，内训师们通过知识传授，秀出不一样的自我，实现潜能拓展和教学相长；实践和理论相结合，量身定制的干货分享，让员工更有参与性和收获感。

September 10th of this year, is the 37th Teachers’ Day in China, as well as the 4th year in BHSS NJ plant since the internal training started.

During the past four years, we established our internal trainer team, more and more staff joined us. And we expanded our courses from basic information to selected professional sharing. Actually, our internal training system is becoming more and more mature and practical, with the main target of effective and efficient knowledge exchange.

Our trainers, who stand on the three feet podium, show their different side, gain self-growth, and realize self-value-added. Combination between theory and practices, make the sharing more popular, attracting more participation with more inputs and outputs.

So far, we have 19 internal trainers with 34 self-developed courses, and amount to 820 times of various trainings are well arranged.

Finally, we would like to extend our sincere gratitude to our internal training team and those teachers who taught us and led us move forward before, on this special Teachers’ Day!

The best kind of love shall be with the mutual understanding and support, and the best CP for Chinese Valentine’s Day shall be firmly stand together with BHSS for one mission, vision and value!

新冠德尔塔突袭，八月的南京，疫情还没有完全消散，甜蜜的中国情人节就懵懵懂懂撞上来了。博世华域转向四地联动的路演是没法线下组织了，主题节日的氛围感还是要造起来滴！

Epdemic Delta attacked Nanjing suddenly in mid-July, and remained its power till August, till Chinese Valentine’ s Day. Even we could not join the unified BHSS roadshow as brother plants, we made the day with our own way!

We convoked a special task assignment meeting with our experienced anti-epidemic team, to assure all prevention measures were strictly implemented; we made open and transparent communication with our customers and suppliers to gain mutual understanding and transition time allowance for production and delivery. Keeping positive and supportive, are NJ style to fight against Delta. It is so cool to hold to work positions and keep ownership under the challenging circumstances.

 We LOVE our plant, and we preferred to stay with it on this special day! It is believed that our willing and the accompany did make sense at this special moment.

The moon shall be the eternal main character during this traditional festival, hence we extended our deep feelings linked with it via poems.

We expressed our expectation on sweet and happy life by guessing the stuffing of different moon cakes.

To celebrate the 100-year anniversary of the establishment of CCP, and further stimulate our passion to CCP and our country, the general trade union of BHSS NJ plant planned a specialized theme activity for all party members in sweating July.

On July 9th, 2021, with the leadership of Mr. Liu and Mr. Zhang, all the party members and activists went into the Dajin Mountain, which located in Nanjing Lishui, to experience the various difficulties like red river, snow mountain, and grassland, and review the long and tough history since 1949 in Lei Feng Memorial and Party History Memorial.

Before the end, Mr. Zhang summarized the activity as a good refreshment mentally and physically, which will definitely encourage us to stay true to our mission and motivate us to move forward with firmly steps together with our Party!

  为庆祝中国共产党建党100周年，进一步激发南京分公司党员同志的爱党爱国热情，从党史中汲取力量，勇做新时代的奋斗者，南京分公司党总支特别安排在流火七月，对全体党员开展党史专题教育实践活动。

  7月9日，在刘目珍厂长和张洪明书记的带领下, 南京分公司全体党员和积极分子走进溧水大金山，重走一段复刻的2.5公里长征路，四渡赤水、翻雪山、过草地，体验红军当年跋涉千山万水，历经千难万险的艰辛历程； 走进雷锋纪念馆，党史教育馆，学习革命历史，重温峥嵘岁月。

  活动结束，张洪明书记总结发言，一次深刻的爱国主义教育和党史教育，就是一次思想和精神的洗礼，帮助全体党员同志进一步坚定“跟党走”的信念，凝聚奋斗力量，不忘初心，砥砺前行。

What will appear in your mind when thinking of metallographic room? Bottles of industrial spirit? If you come up with this answer, you’d better to pay a visit to our metallographic room and have a detailed look with introduction of its amiable owner---Mr. Wang Zhiqi.

Limited in Space but completed in facilities and functions. And of course there are not only bottles of alcohols, but also advanced equipment.

The main business of this room is to do precise check and analysis through delicate cutting, polishing, embedding and metallographic observations, ranging from heat treatment, abnormal analysis and the new added content-dry joint check.

So far we have four cutting machines with different sizes, and through them we start our first step to a successful analysis.

We polish the sample’s surface as mirror, and embed them on the plastic platforms.

We use Rockwell hardness meter and Vickers hardness meter to measure the hardness and the depth of sample’s surface.

We can observe the objects clearly by magnify the sample sizes 25 times to 500 times.

METALLOGRAPHIC ROOM

提起材料/金相室，你会想到什么？有人告诉我，很多酒精瓶子。额……这个回答实在…格局有点小呀！快来跟随金相室主人---亲切细腻的“植琪”欧巴，一起打开小小金相室的大格局吧！

“麻雀虽小，五脏俱全”，有限的空间里，错落有致地排列着各种分析测试辅助的材料和设备。酒精瓶？当然有！但...真的只是配角中的配角啦！

欧巴说，金相室的主营业务是通过切割、磨抛、硬度测试、金相观察等方式对材料进行分析测试，如熟知的机加工齿条热处理检验，螺母，齿条等来料件的热处理检验，以及零件异常分析等。最近又增加了新内容--- EC钎焊的虚焊检查。

我们目前有4台大小不一的切割机，通过精准切割，开启分析的第一步。

通过精细磨抛，将样品磨成需要的镜面，通过镶嵌将微小稀薄的样品置于大的塑料平面上，便于后续的分析。

通过维氏硬度计和洛氏硬度计来测量对比目标样品表面硬度和硬化层的深度是否达标。

通过专业的金相显微镜，可以将目标物体在25-500倍之间自由放大，再细微的瑕疵都能清晰可见。
