Study Tour Design System

The curriculum of study tours should be designed according to the age, interests, and academic characteristics of students to achieve the educational goals of study tours. Qingxiang Study Tour has carefully designed three directions of study tours: Beijing study tours, domestic study tours, and international study tours.

I. Compulsory study tour in Beijing

As the starting point of students' study tours, Beijing Research and Study focuses on students' in-depth understanding of local culture and intuitive experience of cutting-edge technology. The curriculum covers a variety of places such as science and technology museums, museums, top 500 enterprises, science and technology innovation cultural parks, and outdoor development camps in Beijing. Through on-site visits, interactive experiences, expert lectures, and other methods, students will gain a deeper understanding of Beijing's technological innovation, historical culture, enterprise development, and other aspects, and enhance their sense of identity and pride in local culture.

II. Compulsory domestic study tour

The domestic study tour courses aim to allow students to go out of campus and experience the beautiful scenery and diverse cultures of the motherland. We organize students to carry out a variety of study activities during Christmas, spring break, summer vacation, and winter vacation. These activities will include visits to historical and cultural cities, natural ecological investigations, and technological innovation experiences, allowing students to understand the history, culture, and technological development of the motherland through personal experience, and cultivate patriotism and social responsibility.

III. Optional International Study Tour

To cultivate students' international vision and cross-cultural communication skills, we have specially set up international study courses. These courses will use the summer and winter vacations to organize students to study and exchange in overseas countries such as the United States, Canada, Britain, Germany, Italy, etc. The course content includes visits to overseas prestigious schools, internships in international companies, cultural experience exchanges, etc., allowing students to exercise their independent thinking ability, cross-cultural communication skills, and teamwork abilities in an international environment.

THISDL  has collaborated with Uccellis National High School in Italy to organize a 14-day exchange program. Students will immerse themselves in classrooms, experience diverse educational models, and embark on short-distance trips to explore Italian culture. They will also visit Venice Film Festival and Milan, broadening their international horizons.The exchange program between Qingxiang School and Uccellis National High School in Italy is not only an academic exchange opportunity but also a unique cultural experience. Students will gain insights into Italian history, art, and society, build profound friendships with local students, and grow together, laying a solid foundation for future international exchanges and cooperation.

Chongli Ski Winter Camp

The THISDL Winter Skiing Study Tour in Chongli aims to provide professional teaching and unique snow and ice experiences to enable every Qingxiang student to experience the endless charm of skiing. Chongli, as a ski resort, has unique natural conditions and well-equipped ski facilities. Here, we provide small group teaching for different levels of ski enthusiasts, ensuring that each student can receive careful guidance from professional coaches and quickly improve their skiing skills. Participating in the Chongli Skiing Winter Camp, students not only learn skiing skills, but also feel the unique charm of snow and ice sports. During the skiing process, students will challenge themselves, surpass their limits, and cultivate perseverance and teamwork spirit.
