清香小学每周有一节体育同时提供不同项目(PE Group),学生们需要在其中选择一个项目。本学年开设击剑(花剑)、击剑(重剑)、啦啦操、跆拳道、网球、体育舞蹈、乒乓球、武术、游泳,共9种项目。清香学子将从这9种中选择自己感兴趣的1种。请注意,您感兴趣的课程可能会因为人数限制而不能成功选上,请做好候选计划。下学年还可以继续尝试。如果您没有选上心仪的项目或者对超过一门以上的项目感兴趣,可以参考ASA课后课的科目进行增选。

花剑是一种击剑项目,所使用的的剑比较轻盈,剑身为长方形,仅当剑尖触及对方躯干时得分。由于花剑轻巧,有效击中面积小,因此对技术、战术尤为讲究,并且花剑拥有丰富的观赏性。
其中甩剑技术,确切的讲,应该叫甩剑刺技术。他需要手臂,手腕,手指的配合来完成,让剑身形成一定的弓形,然后让箭头在接触到目标的时候闭合,一定的时间后导电显示刺中。也就是说,要用亮灯的话,除了要满足剑头弹簧的压力以外,还要满足剑头闭合的时间。
课程目标:
1、让学生掌握花剑的基本知识,了解花剑的文化内涵。
2、掌握花剑的基本技术要领,懂得花剑规则,能够进行简单实战练习。
3、在学习过程中,培养学生机智敏捷的头脑、灵活协调的动作、优雅从容的气质、坚强果敢的的胆识。
4、锻炼心里素质、积极主动控制对手、突出综合能力强的特点。
5、让孩子体验不一样的快乐和激情,体验成功的快乐刺激奋发向上的斗志和热情,是一项不会产生任何运动伤害同时充满刺激的运动。

The Fencing - Epee Elective Course is a dynamic and engaging program that focuses exclusively on epee fencing. Throughout the course, students will develop a solid foundation in epee fencing skills, including footwork, blade work, timing, distance management, and tactical decision-making.
By the end of this course, students will have gained a solid understanding of epee fencing and the skills necessary to participate in friendly bouts and potentially pursue competitive opportunities. Additionally, they will develop discipline, focus, and teamwork skills that extend beyond the fencing strip.

    跆拳道项目是分为竞技,品势和特技三种形式,咱们清香跆拳道馆以竞技跆拳道为主,也就是实战和比赛为主,练习跆拳道为了增加孩子的身体协调性,柔韧性,提高了身体素质的同时培养孩子的自信心和抗压能力。
在跆拳道的教学上,主要包含基本技术前踢、横踢、侧踢、下劈、后踢、旋风踢、后旋踢、双飞踢的学习。除了基本技术的学习外,会更加侧重实战运用的练习,帮助学⽣在比赛和实战中灵活运⽤。教师将通过讲解示范、纠错等形式帮助学⽣建⽴正确的⼿法概念,学⽣将通 过听、看、想、练、⽤等环节来建⽴动作概念、掌握基本腿法术、步伐建⽴完整战术体系从⽽在实际⽐赛中灵活熟练的使⽤⼿法技术。 在跆拳道步法的教学上,主要包含前滑步、后滑步、上步、撤步、交叉步等步法技术。除了进⾏单个步法技术的教学外,将会侧重步法和腿法相结合的教学,让学⽣能够更好的理解步法和⼿法的配合运⽤,提升学⽣对于场上移动和⼿法运⽤的理解能⼒和应变能⼒。帮助学 ⽣提升移动速度并节省体能,提⾼步法运⽤的⾼效性和节能性。教师将通过讲解示范、纠错等形式帮助学⽣建⽴正确的步法概念,学⽣将通过听、看、想、练、⽤等环节来建⽴步法概念、掌握步法 技术、建⽴步法体系从⽽在实际⽐赛中灵活熟练的使⽤步法技术。
跆拳道战术的教学上,主要包含进攻个战术、反击战术攻防转换战术。学⽣通过战术的学习并在实际⽐赛中运⽤从⽽更好的体会腿法和步法的使⽤,加深学⽣对于跆拳道技战术的理解,提升学⽣的运动思维和精神意志品质。教师主要通过战术讲解、视频分析、实战分析等⽅式来帮助学⽣学习战术, ⽣主要通过听、看、想、练、⽤等环节来建⽴战术体系,并根据⾃身的⼿法和步法掌握情况形成 ⾃⼰的战术特点。
在跆拳道体能的训练上,主要针对跆拳道专项特点提升学⽣的上肢、下肢⼒量、⼩肌⾁爆发⼒、腰 、腹⼒量、⼼肺耐⼒等身体机能。帮助学⽣在技能提升的同时得到很好的体能⽀持。从⽽整体提升学⽣的跆拳道技战术⽔平。教师主要通过在⽇常课程中加⼊体能训练环节来循序渐进的帮助学⽣提升 体能⽔平,学⽣主要是通过参与体能练习环节来不断提升⾃⼰的体能⽔平。

在教学⽬标上,跆拳道项⽬的学习等级分为10个等级,学⽣在课上会先⼤致确认所在等级⽔平,然后教师通过课堂的⼀系列教学内容设计帮助学⽣往下⼀个等级推进。⼀般选择⼀年项⽬的学⽣的学 习⽬标是通过课程学习实现1个等级的提升,⽽半年项⽬的学⽣则是实现0.5个等级的提升。课程内容会根据实际情况有所调整。

1.基本礼仪:鞠躬行礼;2.基本步伐:原地跳换步,前滑步 后滑步, 上步 撤步;3.基本动作:马步冲拳 1次2次3次;4.基本腿法:正踢腿,里合腿,外摆腿;5.体能:高抬腿20个,抱膝跳10个 。

In the teaching of taekwondo steps, it mainly includes step techniques such as forward slide, back slide, up step, back step and cross step. 网球运动孕育在法国,起源于19世纪的英国,20世纪开始在世界范围内快速发展,它是一项优美而充满竞技性的体育运动,其特有的魅力已让世人所喜爱。网球和高尔夫球一起享有“贵族运动”之称。网球运动是用球拍隔网对击球的对抗项目,网球运动具有动体舒展大方,娱乐性、观赏性、健身性强等特点,能培养速度、力量、耐力、灵敏等身体素质及判断、反应等心理素质。
清香网球必选课程注重清香学子网球兴趣的培养、基础技术能力的发展和进阶能力的提升。根据学生的不同水平、不同学习经验以及身体素质和技术掌握情况等特点进行分组教学;同时结合学校的硬底网球场和绿土网球场来支持学生的网球水平提升。
本课程主要讲授网球基本知识、基本技术、基本规则,侧重体验在实践中的应用,使学生具有一定的网球欣赏能力。
本课程中主要的基本技战术学习内容有:
1、基本技术
(1)握拍法:东方式握拍法、大陆式握拍法、西方式握拍法、双手反手握拍法。
(2)发球技术:平击发球技术、侧旋发球技术、上旋发球技术。
(3)正、反手击落地球:平击球、上旋球、切削球。
(4)步法技术:开放式步法、关闭式步法、滑步、左右交叉步、向侧后移动交叉步。
(5)网前截击球技术。
(6)高压球技术。

体育舞蹈是由属于文艺范畴的舞蹈演变而来的体育项目,是以竞赛为目的,具有自娱性和表演观赏性的竞技舞蹈,多由单人或双人配合完成,兼具体育与美育双重价值。其需要在界定的音乐和节奏范围内,正确运用身体技术和技巧,包括身体姿势的控制能力、舞蹈韵律的表现能力、地板空间的应用能力,并结合艺术表现力来展示技术动作与成套组合,具有规范性和程序性。
体育舞蹈包括拉丁舞、标准舞两大舞系。拉丁舞包括恰恰、伦巴、桑巴、牛仔、斗牛五支舞种,其风格迥异、热情奔放、刚柔并济,富有极强的动感与艺术展现力。标准舞包括华尔兹、探戈、狐步、快步、维也纳华尔兹五支舞种,其风格优雅华丽、舞姿曼妙、音乐恬愉,颇具行云流水之感。
体育舞蹈选修课包括一年级、二/三年级、四/五年级、六/七/八年级、九/十/十一年级共五个学段的课程。目前已开设舞种为拉丁舞,后续将逐步推进标准舞课程学习。
该课程注重因材施教,并依据中国体育舞蹈联合会(CDSF)技术等级标准,按照各学段年龄特征进行教学设计,从体育舞蹈理论知识,包括历史发展、概念定义、风格特点、音乐节奏、赛场规则等,再至身体基本姿态、基本动作、中高级舞步、组合套路等舞蹈技术,通过理论与实践的结合使学生对体育舞蹈项目拥有深层次、多维度的理解掌握,提高学生艺术修养、运动素养以及心灵涵养。

PE Primary Groups-DanceSport (Latin Dance)

DanceSport is a sport event evolved from dance in the category of literature and art. It is a competitive dance with self-entertainment and ornamental performance for the purpose of competition, mostly completed by single or pair cooperation, and has both sports and aesthetic education dual values.
DanceSport needs to be completed within the defined range of music and rhythm, combined with artistic expression, and has normative and procedural nature.This sport requires the correct use of body techniques and skills, including the control of body posture, the performance of dance rhythm, the application of floor space, etc., to demonstrate the technical movements and combinations.
DanceSport includes Latin dance and Ballroom dance.Latin dance includes Cha-cha, Rumba, Samba, Jive, Paso Doble five kinds of dance, its style is different, enthusiastic, couple hardness with softness in strong dynamic and artistic display power; Ballroom dance includes Waltz, Tango, Slow Foxtrot, Quick Step and Viennese Waltz. It is elegant and gorgeous in style, graceful in dancing and pleasant in music, with a sense of beauty.
Elective DanceSport courses include G1, G2G3, G4G5, G6-G8 and G9-G11. Currently, Latin dance has been offered, and Ballroom dance will be gradually promoted in the future.
This course focuses on teaching students according to their aptitude, and according to the technical grade standards of Chinese DanceSport Federation (CDSF), the teaching design is carried out according to the age characteristics of each class, from the theoretical knowledge of DanceSport, including historical development, concept definition, style characteristics, music rhythm, competition rules, etc., to the basic body posture, basic movements, intermediate and advanced dance steps, combination routines and other dance techniques. Through the combination of theory and practice, students can have a deep and multi-dimensional understanding of DanceSport, and improve their artistic accomplishment, sports accomplishment and spiritual cultivation.

乒乓球(table tennis),被称为中国的“国球”,是一种世界流行的球类体育项目,包括进攻、对抗和防守。
大部分的国家都有国球项目。中国的国球为乒乓球,起源于英国的19世纪末,因为1959年的世界乒乓球锦标赛,中国参赛运动员为中国获得了第一个世界冠军,而使国人振奋,从此乒乓球运动在中国风靡,成为了事实上中国的国球的体育项目。
我们这门选修课旨在让学生了解乒乓球的基本功以及感受旋转的魅力和艺术。在整个课程中,学生将会在正手攻球、反手攻球、正手两点攻球、左推右攻和发球方面打下牢固的基础和装我基本的战术。
1、动作基础:最初我们会让学生进行手感的训练,例如垫球、托球,此阶段只会持续1-3节课的时间,后续学习正手攻球和反手攻球的动作技术,通过挥拍、多球练习、单球练习过渡到两人对打,为后续学习进阶动作打下夯实的基础。
2、步伐移动:当学生基本掌握正反手基础动作后就可以进行步伐学习,主要学习并步,先进行绕球台并步练习再结合挥拍,连贯动作后进行多球练习过渡到和老师单球练习,学习进度较为快的同学可以两两进行一防一打练习。
3、技战术:发球配合抢攻战术
4、规则与安全:学生将在本课程熟悉比赛规则和规定,强调课堂安全注意事项,礼仪与公平意识,并在上课过程中维护安全的训练环境和爱护器材。
5、体能训练:锻炼和提高学生整体体能及耐力,专项力量训练以及身体协调性练习,针对比赛中学生系要用到的肌肉群和身体部位进行针对的训练提高学生的反应及击球质量。
6、单元测试及期末考核:以月为单位学生进行每个阶段的技能考核,在最后期末给一个终结性测试,以此督促学生积极训练,掌握技能。
在本课程结束时,学生将对乒乓球部分基本功、规则礼仪和竞赛有了扎实的了解,此外,他们将对课堂记录以及团队配合有了深刻的认识。

武术是修习一门制止侵袭的高度自保技术,它在切实解决安全问题的基础上,使我们的头脑得到应变能力的训练,简便易行、能够轻松提升人的精神和身体素质,防卫健身,精进卓越,快乐通融。
中国武术项目在学习过程中的内容主要包括:武术基本手型,基本手法,基本步型,基本步法,基本腿法以及武术基本动作组合,武术基本拳术,武术动作的实践应用,常用兵器的使用技法以及体能等内容的学习。
1.武术基本手型内容包括:拳、掌、勾手。学生通过课堂教学直观的了解和学习到正确的握拳,推掌以及勾手的方式方法。

以下为基本学习内容,我们会根据学生不同的能力等级划分班型
自由泳:手臂交替划水,腿部做打腿动作,呼吸要求颈部转头向一侧呼气,换气时颈部向另一侧转头深吸气。
仰泳:躺平,手臂上下划水,腿部同样做打腿动作,呼吸从嘴巴出气,同时吸入空气。
蛙泳:双臂先伸直后快速合拢向前,然后两腿做蹬腿动作进行推进,呼气在划水的过程中进行。
蝶泳:双臂同时进行上举后划水,在臀部腾空并用肚子翻起一定的角度,两臂快速合拢向前弯成"抱球式",立刻在胸前将双臂分开,交替摆起。呼气在两次划水之间进行。
出发转身到边:跨过起跳台,根据距离大小和技能等级选择不同的出发方式,到达一定距离后进行转身,继续以所学的游泳姿势前行。

Primary School - Wind Instrument 

本课程是初级音乐课程,适合想要学习如何演奏管乐器的学生,例如:长笛、单簧管、萨克斯管、小号和长号。 学生将学习管乐器的特点,包括它们如何发声,如何用乐器发出有特色的声音,以及如何使用英语术语阅读西方古典音乐。学生应该通过在家练习来强化在课堂上学到的概念。 下面列出的术语和概念是学生们将在本课堂上学习的部分内容。
• 音乐理论和术语——清晰度、连音、反复记号、调号、三重奏、引子、主题、排练编号、第一和第二结尾、延音、音乐会礼仪。

This class is a beginner level music course for students that want to learn how to play a wind instrument: flute, clarinet, saxophone, trumpet, and trombone. Students will learn about the characteristics of wind instruments, how they make sound, how to make a characteristic sound with their instrument, and how to read music in the Western-Classical music tradition, using English terminology. Students will reinforcing the concepts learned in class, through at-home practice. The following terms and concepts listed below are some materials that will be covered in class.
•Music Theory and terms – articulation, slur, one-measure repeat sign, key signature, trio, introduction, theme, rehearsal numbers, 1st and 2nd endings, fermata, concert etiquette.
•Pitch (concert pitch) – G, A, accidental signs (flats, sharps, and naturals).
•Rhythm - 2/4-time signature; tie.

Primary School - Percussion Music

打击乐课程很丰富,涉及的乐器种类也比较多。我们给它分为两类,一类是键盘类打击乐,一类是鼓类打击乐,键盘打击乐有马林巴、木琴、颤音琴、钢片琴等,鼓类打击乐有小军鼓、非洲鼓、架子鼓等等。还有一种是综合打击乐,就是融合了键盘和鼓声部的打击乐合奏。
小学的同学们主要学习小军鼓基础入门知识,掌握了如何握槌,击打姿势,坐姿及演奏姿势;系统的学习小军鼓的基本知识点,加强小军鼓基本功的练习,学习小军鼓的节奏型大全内容和中央音乐学院小军鼓考级教程基本功练习(一),渗透键盘打击乐的学习,掌握马林巴的基本演奏方法。
课程考核内容包括:
1. 握槌:学生学会如何握槌,握在鼓槌的1\3处。
2. 击打姿势:学会用正确的姿势进行击打,坐椅子的一半位置,后背坐直,肩膀、手臂放松自然下垂。
3. 击打位置:两个鼓槌落点集中,尽量击打在一个点上。
4. 合奏:每位学生演奏不同的打击乐器,学生不仅要完成各自的声部演奏,还要与其他同学的声部融合到一起,培养学生的协同合作能力,并在演奏乐器时学会正确地倾听和做出及时的反应。

Primary School - Percussion Music

The percussion music course is very rich, involving various types of instruments. We classify them into two categories: keyboard percussion and drum percussion. Keyboard percussion instruments include marimba, xylophone, vibraphone, and glockenspiel, while drum percussion instruments include snare drum, African drum, and drum set, among others. There is also a type called integrated percussion, which combines both keyboard and drum sections in ensemble performances.
Elementary school students primarily focus on learning the fundamentals of snare drum. Master techniques such as grip, striking posture, sitting position, and playing posture. Students will systematically study the basic knowledge of the snare drum, practice fundamental snare drum skills, learn various rhythms of the snare drum, and follow the basic exercises from the Central Conservatory of Music's snare drum grading syllabus (Level 1). They will also have the chance to dive into the study of keyboard percussion, acquire the basic playing methods of the marimba.
Assessment criteria for this course including:
1. Grip: Students learned how to hold the drumsticks, gripping them at about one-third of the length from the tip.
2. Striking posture: Students learned to strike with the correct posture, sitting on the edge of the chair with an upright back, relaxed shoulders, and naturally hanging arms.
3. Striking position: They concentrated the striking points of both drumsticks, aiming to strike as closely as possible to a single point.
4. Ensemble: Each student played a different percussion instrument, not only focusing on their own parts but also blending their parts with those of other students. This helped cultivate their collaborative skills and taught them to listen attentively and respond promptly while playing their instruments.

在音乐课上,我们着重于两个方面的学习:音乐理论和钢琴演奏。学生将学习节拍名称、时值、拍号、音名、休止符、连音和滑音、附点音符和变音记号。学生们也将学习有关半音和全音,C、D、F和G大调的音阶、调号以及音级的知识;练习视奏乐谱,并根据自己的水平学习新作品。

In music class, we will focus on two areas of learning; theory of music and piano playing. Our students will learn the concepts of time and time values, time signatures, letter names, rests, ties and slurs, dotted notes and accidentals. The students will also study semitones and tones, the scales and key signatures of C, D, F, and G major, and degrees of scales. In this class, students will practice sight reading of music scores and learn new pieces depending on their level.

近年来,中华大地掀起一股股古筝热潮。从4、5岁的儿童、到五六十岁的老人,学筝者日益增多。在香港、新加坡、美国等地,但凡有龙的子孙的地方,就能听到筝的声音。筝之所以如此受人青睐,除了它具有人们所周知的音乐能陶冶性情、提高修养这一特点外,还有别的乐器所不能比拟的几个优点:“三好”——好听(筝的音色优美,韵味独特)、好看(筝的造型美观,稳重高雅,符合我们民族的审美习惯)、好入门(一般经过1-2个月的训练,就能演奏简单的小曲子)。
 对于学生们来说,无论是专业类还是非专业类学习,都需要一个循序渐进、规范系统的入门学习过程,这样才能培养并保持学习者的兴趣,打下坚实而良好的基础。而随着时代的发展,筝及其他民族器乐的学习必须顺应时代潮流,从兴趣角度出发,借鉴西洋乐器系统化教学体系,并融汇自身民族器乐的个性和特点,取长补短、融会贯通,才能提升学生的兴趣,更加推进筝的发展和普及。

一、介绍筝的前世今生。
筝是中华民族古老的弹拨乐器。早在春秋战国时期的秦国,筝已经广为流传,故也称“秦筝”,距今已有2500~2800多年的历史。它是以音响效果命名的乐器,弹拨起来“铮铮”作响,因此称为“筝”。加了一个“古”字,是借以说明它的历史久远

六、 弹奏要领:
1、手型要保持手臂下垂时 手的放松状态。既不要张太开,也不要握太紧。
2、单个手指弹奏时,手指小关节要主动发力。不要依靠手腕与大臂的力量,只限于手指指关节演奏。手掌要稳固,尽量不要跳跃。
3、弹奏时应运用假指甲的平面触弦,避免侧面造成的杂音。另外,假指甲不要插得太深,限于胶布以上位置。

音是如何产生;简谱记法;唱名;小节线;终止线;拍号;调号;反复记号;连音线;全音符、二分音符、四分音符、八分音符、十六分音符的简谱记法以及时值;前十六后八分音符、前八后十六分音符的节奏类型等。

1. Introduction of the past and present life of Zheng.
Zheng is an ancient plucked string instrument of the Chinese nation. As early as in the Qin State during the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Period, Zheng had been widely circulated. 本学期舞蹈课将在推动学生学习兴趣的基础上完成较专业化的舞蹈训练和舞蹈剧目的排练,其中包括:芭蕾基训、民族舞基训、街舞基训(根据本学期选课学生实际情况进行调整和选择)、良好体姿体态的养成、完成2-4分钟的舞蹈剧目(舞种据学生情况定夺)、展示演出。
