Soar Our Green Future with Dual Carbon
2023年1月9日，博世华域南京工厂正式获批“江苏省省级绿色工厂”称号。
On January 9, 2023, BHSS Nanjing plant was officially awarded the title of "Provincial Green Plant in Jiangsu Province".

2022年11月，完成内部绿色工厂自评工作和第三方外部审核，顺利向江苏省工业和信息化厅提交了申报资料，最终三方评价分高达99.6分。

ISO50001能源管理体系
2022年5月，成功获得了四地第一张ISO50001能源管理体系认证。
In May 2022, we successfully obtained the first ISO50001 energy management system certification in BHSS.
In November 2022, the internal green plant self-assessment and external audit were completed, and the declaration was successfully submitted to the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Jiangsu Province, with a final three-party evaluation score of 99.6 points.
江苏省绿色工厂的获批，意味着南京工厂在绿色低碳制造方面跨上了一个新的台阶。2023年，绿色工厂创建团队将再接再厉，冲击国家级绿色工厂的荣誉。
The approval of the Green Plant in Jiangsu Province means that the Nanjing plant has reached a new level of green and low-carbon manufacturing, and in 2023, the Green Plant creation team will continue to work hard to achieve the honor of being a national green plant.
2021年12月，正式启动省级绿色工厂创建工作，HSE团队带领多职能部门成员，识别工厂运营中潜在的节能减排点。 In December 2021, the creation of a provincial green plant was officially launched and HSE team led members of the multi-functional departments to identify potential energy saving and emission reduction points in the plant operations.
2022年3月，开展“绿色工厂”宣传月主题活动，“我手中的绿色工厂、我眼中的绿色工厂、我心中的绿色工厂”作品收集，大大提高了全员的参与度。
In March 2022, we launched Green Plant campaign, and the collection of "Green Plant in My Hands, Green Plant in My Eyes, Green Plant in My Heart" greatly enhanced our participation.

客户对公司质量意识培训机制，设备设施及自动化程度，智能物流中心的应用等给予了很高的评价。
最后，双方一同回顾了在过去几年内发生的新冠疫情、限电、缺芯期间的深度合作、携手共进，共度时艰，对即将投产的Ncar等新项目的合作充满信心，对未来广阔的市场前景充满信心！
The customer gave high praise to the company's quality awareness training mechanism, equipment facilities and automation level, and the application of Smart Log center.
Finally, the two sides reviewed the in-depth cooperation during the COVID-19, power restrictions and core shortage that occurred in the past few years, worked together to overcome the difficulties, and were confident in the cooperation of new projects such as Ncar, which will be put into production soon, and in the broad market prospect in the future!

COST MINDSET
降本增效，意识先行
春暖万物生，奋进正当时！南京梦工厂2.0之成本意识启动会于2月28日顺利召开！
会议开始，财务科经理屈莉莉带给大家阐述了成本意识开展的目的、执行计划及实现目标。为了让年度成本意识有效推进，降本先锋队的小伙伴们将会开展月度成本意识专题会，完成既定计划，实现降本目标。
会议最后，副厂长刘佳从对如何开展降本增效，给大家抛砖引玉指名了方向和途径。厂厂长顾晓锋提出要把意识形态贯穿于工作实践中，将成本细化到料、工、费的每一个环节。张书记建议年末对降本先锋给予肯定与表彰。
合抱之木，生于毫末;九层之台，起于垒土。希望博华南京大家庭的每位成员都能树立降本为我责、工厂是我家的主人翁意识，为博华贡献自己的一份力量。
It's the right time to make progress when the spring is warm! Nanjing Dream Plant 2.0_Cost Mindset Kick-Off Meeting was successfully held on 28th February!
At the beginning of the meeting, Lily Qu, Manager of the Finance Department, brought the audience to explain the purpose of cost mindset, the implementation plan and the targets to be achieved. In order for the annual cost mindset to be effectively promoted, the cost reduction vanguard partners will conduct monthly cost mindset sessions to complete the set plan and achieve the cost reduction target.
At the end of the meeting, Mr. Liu Jia named the direction and ways from how to carry out cost reduction and efficiency improvement. Mr. Gu Xiaofeng proposed to put the ideology through the work practice and refine the cost to every link of material, work and cost. Mr. Zhang Hongming suggested that the pioneers of cost reduction should be recognized and commended at the end of the year.
The wood of a hug is born from the smallest of roots; a nine-story platform starts from the foundation. We hope that every member of the BHSS family will establish the sense of ownership that cost reduction is my responsibility and plant is my home, and contribute their share of strength to BHSS.

Looking back on the past year, the goals inspired us to strive and grow better. In the middle of the meeting, two outstanding team leaders made a work report and shared case studies, hoping that we could learn from each other, continuously optimise and iterate our management experience and skill reserves, and continuously improve our learning ability and ability to summarise.

2023年3月13日，南京工厂质量学习平台”QQ堂“2022年度表彰大会暨第二届质量答题挑战赛顺利召开。
南京工厂厂长顾晓锋先生，副厂长刘佳先生，各部门经理及工厂广大员工参与本次大会。本次活动首先回顾了2022年度“QQ堂大事记”与KPI数据；接着紧张而刺激的 ”QQ堂” 线下挑战答题赛开始了，各部门选派的13位学霸代表经过多轮现场PK，角逐出冠亚季军及多名优秀奖。
恰逢宝马客户来访，博世华域生产总经理Mr. Patrick、质量总监丁小虎先生、华晨宝马采购副总裁Mr. Martin Schlicker等多位内外部嘉宾对南京工厂多样活泼的活动形式与科技手段运用的答题模式印象深刻，并给予高度评价。
正如顾总所说：”凡是过往，皆为序章” ，2023年南京工厂将继续依托“QQ堂”平台，组织更多创新活动，为南京工厂“梦工厂2.0”建设提供强有力的质量保障！
The 2022 annual commendation meeting and the second quality quiz challenge of the Nanjing Plant quality learning platform "QQ Tang" were successfully held on March 13, 2023.
Mr. Gu Xiaofeng, director of Nanjing Plant, Mr. Liu Jia, deputy director of Nanjing Plant, managers of all departments and employees of the Plant attended this meeting. This activity first reviewed the "QQ Tang" Timeline and KPI data of 2022; Then the tense and exciting "QQ Tang" offline challenge quiz competition began. 13 top student representatives selected competed for the champion and runner-up and a number of excellence awards after multiple rounds of on-site PK.
Coinciding with the visit of BMW customers, Our Production General Manager Mr. Patrick, Quality Director Mr. Ding Xiaohu, BMW Brilliance Purchasing Vice President Martin Schlicker and other internal and external guests were deeply impressed by the diverse and lively activity forms and answering modes used by scientific and technological means of the Nanjing Plant and spoke highly of them.
As Mr. Gu said: "Everything in the past is a prologue". In 2023, Nanjing Plant will continue to rely on the "QQ Tang" platform to organize more innovative activities and provide strong quality assurance for the construction of "Dream Plant 2.0" !

四季美食荟·寻味博华
【编者按】《四季美食荟·寻味博华》，是2023年全新推出的一档美食推广展示活动。分别在春、夏、秋、冬四季开展具有代表性的推广活动，充分展示BHSS美食的时令文化，同时加强与BHSSer的梦幻联动，打造永不落幕的美食荟。本期为大家隆重推出春季美食荟：人生得鱼须尽欢——金牌酸菜鱼。
食材：鱼、酸菜、酸萝卜、葱、姜、蒜、麻椒、尖椒、干红椒、野山椒、芝麻、香菜、火锅底料
调料：盐、鸡精、白胡椒粉、料酒、白醋、淀粉、食用油
第一步：片鱼片。鱼骨取下两片鱼片后，鱼骨剁成块，留用吊汤，片下鱼刺后，开始片鱼片，片好的鱼片使用清水清洗干净，沥干水分；
第二步：腌制。鱼片腌制加入盐、鸡精、白胡椒粉、料酒，腌制10分钟后，加入适量淀粉，充分抓匀；
第三步：辅料改刀。葱、姜、蒜、辣椒、酸菜、酸萝卜切好备用；
第四步：灵魂烹饪。锅烧油后，鱼头鱼骨下锅煎制，加水熬鱼汤10分钟后备用。起锅烧油后，加葱、姜、蒜、野山椒炒香后，再加酸菜继续翻炒，加入熬好的鱼汤，食用盐、鸡精、白醋调味，烧5分钟后，将酸菜捞出，开始调小火，下鱼片。等汤微开，捞出鱼片和酸菜放一起，汤汁同时倒入；
第五步：点缀。起锅烧油，浇在鱼片表面，洒上芝麻，蒜泥，香菜。一个字，绝！
