2024年8月13日，博世华域南京工厂迎来了国产芯HE4c产品的首发下线仪式。

国产芯HE4c的成功下线，标志着博世华域在核心技术领域的自主创新能力，打破了行业技术垄断，为自主研发全冗余平台平行轴式电动助力转向产品及下一代线控转向产品奠定了基础。

闪耀时刻 正式下线

上汽金融事业部总经理、上汽金控总经理吴珩先生，上汽海外出行总经理兼研发总院副院长武东海先生，华域汽车运营控制部总监龚巍先生，奇瑞汽车芯片技术院院长郭宇辉先生，上汽乘用车整车运动中心总工程师张成宝博士，博世华域转向党委书记、工会主席费永良书记，博世华域转向商务总经理邱琪先生等领导共同上台，按下启动仪，共同庆祝博世华域国产芯合平台HE4c产品首发正式下线！

On August 13, 2024, BHSS Nanjing factory welcomed the pilot HE4c product offline ceremony of BHSS local chips.

The successful launch of the local chip HE4c products signifies BHSS's independent innovation capabilities in core technology fields, breaking the industry's technological monopoly and laying the foundation for the independent research and development of fully redundant parallel-axis electric power steering products and the next generation of steer-by-wire products.

Mr. Qiu, Business General Manager of BHSS, said: On the occasion of the launch of the domestic chip HE4c product of BHSS, we express our deepest gratitude to our long-term customers and supplier partners for their trust and support, which has allowed us to continue to make progress and innovate. Mr. Guo Yuhui, Dean of Chery Automobile Chip Technology Institute, stated that the close cooperation between Chery Automobile and BHSS has embarked together on the journey of developing domestic chips for EPS electronic power steering systems.

安全生产，筑牢防线

2024年9月10日，上汽安监部丘奇峰总监一行四人对我司进行了全面安全审核。审核团队听取了公司简介和安全管理工作介绍，并深入生产一线，实地查看了安全风险管控措施落实情况。通过现场检查、查阅资料、询问员工等方式，对消防安全、职业健康、危险能量源控制等关键领域进行了专项审查。

审核中，我司员工对挂牌上锁流程要求和现场措施的准确理解得到了检查组的高度认可。针对审核中发现的问题，检查组现场反馈并提出整改意见，强调安全管理的重要性。

此次审核结果显示，我司在消防安全、能量锁定、职业健康三个专项的得分分别为83.5分、83.9分、89.3分。检查组肯定了我司在安全管理方面的努力和成效，认为公司管理团队有效推动了安全生产主体责任的落实，提升了安全管理意识和水平。

未来，公司将继续强化安全管理，落实安全责任，筑牢安全屏障，确保企业和员工的生命财产安全，坚决遏制生产安全事故的发生。

审核

On September 10, 2024, a team of four led by Director Qiu Qifeng from the SAIC Safety Supervision Department conducted a comprehensive safety audit of our company. The audit team listened to the company profile and an introduction to safety management work, and went deep into the production front line to see the implementation of safety risk control measures on the spot. Through on-site inspections, reviewing documents, and consulting with employees, they conducted special reviews on key areas such as fire safety, occupational health, and control of hazardous energy sources.

During the audit, our employees' accurate understanding of the lockout procedure requirements and on-site measures received high recognition from the inspection team. In response to the issues found during the audit, the inspection team provided feedback on the spot and proposed rectification suggestions, emphasizing the importance of safety management.

Safety Production, Fortifying Defense

The results of this audit showed that our company scored 83.5 points, 83.9 points, and 89.3 points in the three special projects of fire safety, energy lockout, and occupational health, respectively. The inspection team affirmed our company's efforts and achievements in safety management, believing that the company's management team has effectively promoted the implementation of the main responsibility for safe production, and improved safety management awareness and level.

In the future, the company will continue to strengthen safety management, implement safety responsibilities, fortify the safety barrier, ensure the life and property safety of the enterprise and employees, and resolutely curb the occurrence of production safety accidents.

在中国共产党迎来成立103周年的喜庆时刻，7月17日，南京工厂党总支组织51名党员干部及发展对象，赴茅山新四军纪念馆，开展“以学促干 感恩奋进 助力高质量发展” 为主题的“七一”党日活动。

通过参观新四军纪念馆和新四军廉政建设史实馆，重温抗战历史，铭记先烈精神。党总支书记顾晓锋带领党员干部重温入党誓词，坚定理想信念。在苏南抗战胜利纪念碑前，全体党员干部怀着崇敬的心情向抗战英烈敬献花圈、默哀致敬，并现场体验了“碑前放鞭炮，空中响军号”的震撼场景。

该行全体党员表示，此次“七一”党日活动是一次深刻的思想洗礼和党性锤炼。将以此次活动为契机，继续发扬党的优良传统和作风，保持清正廉洁的政治本色，牢记使命责任、聚力争优争先争效，为南京梦工厂的发展注入更多力量与智慧。

2024年7月30日，一场以“持续改进，领先一步”为主题的年中持续改善劳动竞赛在南京工厂内热烈展开，成功掀起了一场关于技术创新与管理优化的热潮。

21个持续改善项目各显神通，涵盖技术攻坚、管理流程、数字化创新及研发试验室创新等多个维度。其中，维修工程师团队首次携四项现场创新改善案例参赛，如机加工勇克B1轴自主维修技术的突破与皮带测试报废流程的优化，彰显了团队精湛的技术实力与不懈的钻研精神。经过严格评审，16个佼佼者脱颖而出，进入最终决赛环节。最终，工艺的呆滞电镀粗砂轮改制项目凭借其显著的经济效益、高难度的技术突破及创新设计，赢得了评委们的一致好评，摘得桂冠。

赛后，南京工厂厂长顾晓锋与副厂长刘佳对参赛选手们的卓越表现给予了高度评价，并寄语全体员工：“在汽车行业竞争日益激烈的今天，唯有不断创新、勇于挑战，方能构筑我们的核心竞争力。让我们携手并进，在‘抢逼围’的战略指引下，保安全、稳质量、降成本、提效率，共同推进梦工厂’建设迈向新高度。”

持续改进，领先一步

On July 30, 2024, a mid-year continuous improvement competition themed " CIP, Stay Ahead" was enthusiastically launched within the Nanjing Factory, successfully sparking a wave of enthusiasm for technological innovation and management optimization.

Twenty-one continuous improvement projects showcased their talents, covering various aspects such as technical problem-solving, management processes, digital innovation, and research and development laboratory innovation. Among them, the maintenance engineering team participated for the first time with four on-site innovation improvement cases, such as breakthroughs in the independent maintenance technology of the B1 axis in machining and optimization of the belt testing scrapping process, highlighting the team's superb technical strength and relentless spirit of research. After a rigorous review, 16 outstanding projects stood out and entered the final round. Ultimately, the project of reformation of the idle electroplating coarse grinding wheel in the process won the championship with its significant economic benefits, high-difficulty technical breakthroughs, and innovative design, earning unanimous praise from the judges.

After the competition, Gu Xiaofeng, plant director of Nanjing Factory, and Liu Jia, deputy plant director, highly praised the outstanding performance of the participants and sent a message to all employees: "In today's increasingly competitive automotive industry, only through continuous innovation and courage to challenge can we build our core competitiveness. Let us work together under the strategic guidance of 'grab, force, and surround' to ensure safety, stabilize quality, reduce costs, and improve efficiency, and jointly promote the construction of the 'Dream Plant' to new heights."

▍献血传大爱，公益暖人心

2024年8月16日，博世华域南京分公司迎来了一年一度的“献血日”，携手南京市献血办，助力热血传续。现场共计70名志愿者成功献血21400毫升。

在工作人员和专业医务人员的指导下，大家依次完成献血信息登记、血压测量、血液化验等流程，整个过程井然有序。献血志愿者中，既有初次尝试、略带紧张的“献血新星”，也有累计献血14次的“模范党员”，采血过程中，医务人员还贴心为大家讲些献血后的注意事项，叮嘱大家献血后要好好休息。

On August 16, 2024, BHSS Nanjing Branch welcomed its annual "Blood Donation Day," joining hands with the Nanjing Blood Donation Office to help continue the transmission of passion. A total of 70 volunteers successfully donated 21,400 milliliters of blood on site.

Zhang Hua, the deputy secretary of the party branch and the chairman of the trade union, said: "It is very rare for BHSS Nanjing Branch to persist in blood donation activities year after year. Voluntary blood donation is a love story written by the company and its employees together, embodying 'acting for good and being willing to contribute.' In the future, BHSS Nanjing Branch will actively participate in more public welfare activities, continue to convey the warmth of life, and contribute a heart and strength to the welfare of society."

Under the guidance of staff and professional medical personnel, everyone completed the blood donation information registration, blood pressure measurement, blood testing, and other processes in an orderly manner. Among the blood donors, there were both first-timers with a bit of nervousness, known as "new stars of blood donation," and a "model party member" who has donated blood 14 times in total. During the blood collection process, medical staff also thoughtfully explained the precautions to be taken after blood donation, reminding everyone to rest well after donating blood.

In the "Dream Factory" strategic blueprint of Nanjing Factory, "quality mindset" is one of the five core mindsets, leading all dream chasers to continuously explore and pursue on the path of quality.

On September 9, 2024, with the strong support of the headquarters, QMM meticulously planned a series of colorful roadshow activities. During the Quality Month, there will be a quality spot photography competition, 14Q training, quality knowledge contest, in-depth analysis of geometric tolerances, rework process optimization training, and a software quality improvement seminar. These activities not only enrich the cultural life of employees but also comprehensively enhance their quality awareness and professional skills.

The event began in the warm atmosphere of a gratitude video, followed by a report from Xia Xinwei of the Human Resources and Administration Department on the achievements of the training work, emphasizing the important role of internal trainers in improving employee capabilities. At the meeting, 11 outstanding internal trainers, 5 learning stars, and 8 mentorship tutors were commended.

The factory director expressed high praise for the awardees and encouraged all employees to learn from them. 通过匿名投票，选出了四位优秀读书会明星：李钢获得年度最讨喜奖，徐阳获得承上启下好男人奖，张广丰和陶晶并列第一，分别获得最明白奖和金瓜子奖。为感谢他们的贡献，我们准备了精美的书籍和奖杯作为奖品。

佳总在活动中强调了阅读的重要性，认为阅读能够丰富知识、提升精神境界。顾总补充说，在快节奏的生活中，保持阅读习惯尤为宝贵，身体和心灵总有一个在路上，终身学习是个人成长的关键。

On September 23, 2024, the MFE Reading Club celebrated its first anniversary. Over the past year, we have collectively read 12 books covering personal growth, workplace, philosophy, parenting, and fiction.

Through anonymous voting, four outstanding reading club stars were selected: Li Gang received the Most Popular Award of the Year, Xu Yang received the Bridge Award for Good Men, Zhang Guangfeng and Tao Jing tied for first place, receiving the Most Insightful Award and the Golden Melon Seed Award respectively. In appreciation of their contributions, we prepared exquisite books and trophies as prizes.

A Journey of Learning and Growth

Jia emphasized the importance of reading during the event, believing that reading can enrich knowledge and elevate the spiritual realm. Gu added that in the fast-paced life, it is especially valuable to maintain the habit of reading. 总会有一句话能够无时无刻的激励着自己，引导着我们前进。

2023年7月，我从一个青涩的学生蜕变为一名职场新人。在这个全新的舞台上，我的导师施必远老师给予了我宝贵的指导。当我在理想X03项目的量产支持中遇到难题，感到迷茫时，他的话语如同明灯，照亮了我前进的方向：“先清晰地描述问题，再进行分析解决。只有方向对了，才能做出最正确的决定。”

【引言】在南京梦工厂的奋斗旅程中，总有一些话语如灯塔般照亮前行的道路，给予我们力量和勇气。在梦工厂独特的“一对一”带教制度下，导师们的智慧和鼓励对每一位成长中的员工都至关重要。

一句话能量

这句话不仅激励着我，更引导我学会了独立思考和解决问题。无论是在开发KGT相关零件时遇到的偏差，还是在量产支持中遇到的产线或售后问题，我都会回想起这句话。冷静地描述问题，深入地分析，然后做出决策。我逐渐发现，清晰地描述一个问题，几乎等同于问题的一半已经被解决，我一直将这句话铭记于心。

能够遇见施必远老师，是我职业生涯中的幸运。他不仅是我的导师，更像是一座指引方向的灯塔。他对待工作的热情、负责任的态度以及对知识的渴望，都是我学习的榜样。
