博世华域南京公司2024年二届二次职代会&工代会顺利召开
6月20日，博世华域南京公司举行了二届二次工会会员代表大会和职工代表大会。总公司党委书记费永良、工会副主席张俊等领导出席，58名代表共商南京梦工厂建设。会议由王梅主持，通过了大会表决办法和议程。
工会主席、生产制造科经理张华在工会会员代表大会上作《工会工作报告》，代表们一致通过了工作报告和财务报告，并对优秀工会干部和会员进行了表彰。
职工代表大会上，党总支书记、厂长顾晓锋作《行政工作报告》，人事行政科经理唐磊报告了《集体合同》履行情况，并签订了2024年度《工资专项集体合同》。
最后，费书记在总结发言中强调，南京梦工厂的发展应围绕"6451"目标，持续创新，共克时艰，保持敏锐洞察力，发扬钉钉子精神，为公司发展贡献力量。

The trade union chairman and MFO Manager, Zhang Hua, presented the "Trade Union Work Report" at the trade union member representative conference. The representatives unanimously approved the work and financial reports and commended outstanding trade union cadres and members.
At the staff representative conference, the Party General Branch Secretary and Plant Manager, Gu Xiaofeng, delivered the "Administrative Work Report". HAM Manager, Tang Lei, reported on the implementation of the "Collective Contract" and signed the "Special Collective Wage Contract" for 2024.
Finally, Secretary Fei emphasized that the development of the Nanjing Dream Plant should revolve around the "6451" goal, continue to innovate, overcome difficulties together, maintain keen insight, carry forward the spirit of perseverance, and contribute to the company's development.
Harmonize Strength
On June 20th, BHSS Nanjing Branch held its second session of the second trade union member representative conference and the staff representative conference. Leaders such as the Party Committee Secretary of the head office, Fei Yongliang, and the Vice Chairman of the trade union, Zhang Jun, attended the meeting where 58 representatives discussed the construction of Nanjing Dream Plant. The meeting was presided over by Wang Mei, and the voting methods and agenda were passed.

在汽车行业转型的关键时刻，成本控制成为企业生存的核心。博世华域南京工厂的许庆峰技师工作室，以创新工艺提出"金点子"项目，通过磨削砂轮基体的改制再造，实现了成本的大幅降低，效率和质量的双重提升，节约成本达110万元，展现了博世华域在降本增效方面的卓越成就。
这一创新实践，不仅使改制后的磨削砂轮基体直径完全符合标准，而且每片改制成本比购买全新基体节约了9300元，更重要的是，改制后的基体完全满足了质量加工要求，有效减少了磨削砂轮基体的损耗，延长了其使用寿命。
The project team conducted in-depth discussions on the business background, pain points, and key issues such as the size of the grinding wheel base. Using size analysis of the grinding wheel base and 3D simulation technology, they selected a grinding coarse wheel base that was close to being scrapped from existing projects for modification.
This innovative practice not only made the diameter of the modified grinding wheel base fully compliant with the standard, but also saved 9,300 RMB per piece compared to purchasing a new base. More importantly, the modified base fully met the quality processing requirements, effectively reducing the wear and tear of the grinding wheel base and extending its service life.
At the critical moment of transformation in the automotive industry, cost control has become the core of enterprise survival. The Xu Qingfeng Technician Workshop at the BHSS Nanjing Plant has proposed the "Golden Idea" project with innovative processes. By remanufacturing the grinding wheel base, they have achieved a significant reduction in cost and a dual improvement in efficiency and quality, saving up to 1.1 million RMB, demonstrating the outstanding achievements of BHSS in cost reduction and efficiency enhancement.

通过网络投票、单位投票和集团相关职能部室评选，张理想同志在2023年11月成功捐献造血干细胞的事迹在评选中脱颖而出。
张理想同志是博世华域南京公司一名 KGT 操作员，今年35岁的他工作中恪尽职守，生活中热心公益，先后13次参与无偿献血，累计达4400毫升，并积极参与抗疫志愿活动。
张理想的凡人善举，体现了博华人的向上向善精神，希望广大员工以先进事迹为榜样，深入践行社会主义核心价值观，为企业文化和创新发展提供精神支撑。
On May 17th, the 7th Workers' Representative Conference of the 3rd Session of SAIC Group was successfully held at the SAIC Activity Center, where the conference grandly commended the excellent collectives and individuals of the "2023 SAIC Group's Top Ten Spiritual and Cultural Good Deeds."
Mr. Zhang's acts of kindness reflect the spirit of striving for improvement and goodness of the people of BHSS. It is hoped that the majority of employees will take advanced deeds as an example, deeply practice the core values of socialism, and provide spiritual support for the corporate culture and innovative development.
Through online voting, unit voting, and selection by the relevant functional departments of the group, Zhang Lixang's deed of successfully donating hematopoietic stem cells in November 2023 stood out in the selection process.
Mr. Zhang is a KGT operator at BHSS Nanjing Branch. At the age of 35, he is dedicated and responsible in his work and is enthusiastic about public welfare in his life. He has participated in unpaid blood donation 13 times, accumulating up to 4,400 milliliters, and actively participated in anti-epidemic volunteer activities.

祭英烈 学党史
6月20日下午，博世华域南京公司党总支赴爱国主义教育示范基地雨花台烈士陵园开展“祭英烈 学党史”主题党日活动。公司党委书记、工会主席费永良，党工办主任、工会副主席张俊，南京公司党总支书记、厂长顾晓锋等领导出席，与30余名党员及发展对象共同参与。
费书记强调，“历史是最好的教科书，也是最好的清醒剂。”党员要从英烈事迹中汲取力量，提升党性修养，以忠诚、干净、担当的实际行动，奋进新征程、建功新时代。
缅怀先烈·致敬意
全体人员在烈士纪念碑前举行了庄重的凭吊仪式，表达对革命先烈的深切缅怀。费书记带领大家重温了入党誓词，唤起初心。随后，大家绕行瞻仰纪念碑，向英烈致以敬意。
On the afternoon of June 20th, the Party General Branch of BHSS Nanjing Branch visited the Yuhuatai Martyrs' Cemetery, a patriotic education demonstration base, to carry out the themed Party Day activity of " Honor the Fallen, Embrace the Legacy." 仪式后，大家参观了雨花台烈士纪念馆，近距离感悟英烈的信仰力量，经历心灵的激荡和精神的洗礼。
Secretary Fei emphasized, "History is the best textbook and also the best sobering agent." On May 15th, the "Dolphin Class" team from BHSS Nanjing Branch embarked on a journey of wisdom exploration, visiting Bosch Automotive Components (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. Nanjing Branch (Bosch CC), with a special focus on key topics such as production line optimization, digital transformation, and information security, to engage in in-depth exchanges and technical collisions.
Bosch CC's Production Manager, Zhu Zhendong, set a professional and friendly atmosphere for the subsequent exchanges by introducing the company overview. They not only stimulated the children's creativity but also allowed parents to relive the joy of their childhood. The experiments in the science class were like magic, igniting the children's desire for knowledge. The co-drawing blueprint activity at the creation camp allowed family members to deeply understand the factory layout and strategy.
The traditional Chinese face-changing show allowed children to appreciate the exquisiteness of Chinese traditional culture, and the star stage became a platform for family talent display, with the wonderful performances of the young players winning continuous applause. The watermelon-eating game also ignited the enthusiasm of the scene, and the participation of the children reached an unprecedented high.
This Family Day is not only a collision of technology and culture but also a deep exchange of family emotions.
On May 26th, BHSS Nanjing Dream Plant grandly launched the annual Family Day, becoming a feast of joy for families in the summer.
The welcoming robot, Bumblebee, warmly waved at the sign-in desk, greeting the arrival of the children. The on-site activities were rich and colorful, from technology-filled VR games to traditional handicraft DIY.
4月13日至14日，博世华域足球队在苏州举办的第八届博世"慈善杯"足球赛中，以小组第一的优异成绩挺进冠军组。
尽管在半决赛中惜败于多届冠军RBCN，但球队在三四名决赛中不屈不挠，最终荣获第四名，刷新了球队在博世杯中的最好成绩，并荣获"道德风尚奖"，展现了博华人的竞技精神和高尚品质。

尽管在分组赛中遭遇了强劲的对手，面对皮尔博格和上汽乘用车的挑战，博世华域的队员们虽败犹荣。然而，在与华域视觉的对决中，他们凭借出色的团队协作和坚韧不拔的毅力，以2:0的比分实现了逆转，赢得了现场观众的热烈掌声。
Despite facing strong opponents in the group stage, the team from BHSS, challenged by KPSNC and SAIC Motor, showed honor in defeat. However, in the duel against HASCO Vision, they achieved a 2:0 comeback with outstanding teamwork and tenacious perseverance, winning the audience's warm applause.
Although they did not make it to the top eight, the tenacious spirit and excellent demeanor of the BHSS tug-of-war team won the respect and admiration of everyone present.
After the match, the team leader, Chen Wen, said: "The outcome of the competition, whether it's victory or defeat, is just a number. What's truly important is the growth and experience the team members have gained in the process. This spiritual wealth is more precious than any achievement. We will continuously summarize experiences, learn lessons, enhance the team's strength and level, and create more brilliant achievements for the company."
在5月25日的上汽集团"新赛道杯"拔河比赛中，博世华域南京梦之队以四地选派的代表身份，与来自上汽集团下属42支队伍共600名员工展开了激烈的角逐。
虽然最终未能晋级八强，但博世华域拔河队所展现出的顽强精神和卓越风貌，赢得了在场所有人的尊重和敬意。

本期《一句话能量》内刊，我们聚焦于MFO设备维护工程师张万里及其导师花文军之间的故事。
得遇良师何其幸哉
师傅像庖丁解牛般，一边细致地讲解，一边熟练地操作，甚至翻找出自己过去的程序，一段一段地帮助我梳理逻辑。那一刻的专注和耐心，给我留下了深刻的印象。
正是师傅的鼓励和支持，让我在面对困难时不再轻言放弃，而是激发了我探索知识的热情和坚持不懈的毅力。我深刻体会到，每一次的失败，都是通往成功的必经之路。
我叫张万里，自2023年7月加入MFO以来，在师傅花文军严谨而热情的指导下，我经历了从校园到职场的过渡，充满了挑战与成长。
一次调试PLC程序的经历尤为难忘，面对连续的失败，我几乎失去了信心。这时，师傅轻轻拍了拍我的肩膀，鼓励道："万里，不要急躁，每个新手都会经历挫折。关键在于从错误中学习，积累经验。"
"编程不只是写代码，更要学会理解设备背后的逻辑。"
每当张万里面对复杂的程序挑战时，花文军的这句话总是给予他灵感和指引。
