In order to improve Huabao Group's procurement management system, realize the digital transformation of procurement, meet the expansion of the Group's procurement categories, and share high-quality procurement resources among all divisions and affiliated enterprises through the application of green, intelligent, and efficient SRM procurement management system, reduce the procurement cost, and further improve the operation and management level of the enterprise, Huabao Group cooperated with Zhenyun Technology and successfully held the launching meeting of the SRM project on November 17th. Mr. Zhao Dexu, Vice President of Huabao International Holdings Limited, Mr. He Wenjun, CEO of Zhenyun Technology, and the project members of both parties attended.

At the meeting, both parties discussed and reached a consensus on the overall planning and objectives, business scope, and implementation plan of Huabao Group's procurement supply chain management platform project.

Based on Huabao Group's project requirements and Zhenyun Technology's product and service advantages, the two sides will carry out in-depth cooperation in the business scenarios of suppliers' full life cycle management, the whole procurement process time analysis, etc. This will help Huabao Group to open access throughout multiple links of sourcing, order, contract, and finance. Through the implementation of procurement integration and collaborative management, this will also further improve the Group’s procurement management and supplier management level.

Mr. Zhao Dexu, Vice President of Huabao International Holdings Limited, said in his speech that throughout the world, supply chain management has become one of the core competitiveness of enterprises. In response to the fast-changing market environment, Huabao urgently needs to strengthen its competitiveness in procurement management and supply chain collaboration. As an important part of Huabao's digital construction and transformation, the construction of the SRM system has become more important. As this work involves multiple levels of the Group, business segments, and affiliated enterprises, it requires us to first conduct overall planning and designing the blueprint, and secondly to establish standardized material procurement procedures. The innovation food ingredients industrialization base project is in full swing. 在部署推动环节，江西香海在每年年初召开安全生产高层会议，部署全年安全生产任务并制定安全生产总目标。在中层管理环节，江西香海重点聚焦责任落实，层层签订安全生产责任状，形成“横向到部门、纵向到员工”的全员安全生产责任体系。在基层践行环节，江西香海秉承思想教育先行，召开安全生产动员大会，组织学习《安全生产法》；定期开展员工作业安全培训；通过隐患排查和应急演练，切实防范、消除安全风险，增强员工应急处置能力。

郑书记在听取薛总的汇报后，对江西香海在安全生产方面做出的努力和取得的成绩给予充分肯定。他强调，安全生产是企业发展的生命线，企业要严格落实主体责任，企业主要负责人要履行好第一责任人职责，坚决克服麻痹思想、侥幸心理，以“时时放心不下”的责任感加强安全管理和教育培训，认真排查风险隐患，提升应急处置能力，不断提高安全生产管理水平。

In order to change the way of manual work at the post-packing end of the mustard production line, the workshop introduces new equipment and renovates old equipment to build an integrated automated conveying and packing system, which integrates the automatic packing, weighing, sealing, spraying, and palletizing processes by robots. The system not only improves the working efficiency, reduces the error rate, and saves half of the labor cost, but also makes the packing area neat and orderly, laying the foundation for further digital intelligent construction.

此前酱类车间产品原料抽压跨度长、残留多，损耗大。目前车间增加了压缩空气设备，利用灭菌后的压缩空气将原料更好的传送至3楼，大大降低过程损耗。

Previously, the sauce workshop had a long span of product raw material pumping, more residuals, and large losses. At present, the workshop added compressed air equipment which will improve the transmission of raw materials to the 3rd floor, greatly reducing the loss of the process.

为改变芥辣产线后包装端人工作业的方式，车间通过新设备引入、旧设备改造相结合的方式搭建一体自动化输送包装系统，集成自动装箱、称重、封箱、喷码、机械手码垛工序，提升工作效率，减少出错率的同时，也节省了一半的人力成本，让包装区更加整洁有序，为进一步数字智能化建设奠定基础。

Lean Production

Before the improvement, Jinba Juice had to clean the tanks and pipelines at the end of each day and the beginning of the next day, which wasted the raw materials within the pipelines and cost time, water, and electricity. In view of the sealing and sterility of the filling system, after rigorous testing and validation by the R&D and Quality Departments, the Sauce Workshop has realized a highly efficient and quality-assured operation process, i.e., "produce one day, and continue filling the next day without emptying the pipeline juice". After the improvement, the daily output of finished products is expected to be 2.5 cases more. It also saves the loss of water and electricity and improves the filling efficiency.

Through detailed analysis, the production loss of hot and sour juice, fresh and spicy juice, and vinegar juice is high (about 15% on average). For this reason, the condiment workshop has implemented improvements, such as lowering the filling capacity, adjusting the shape of bottles, improving the pipeline pushing process, and centralizing the scheduling, etc. Through these improvements, the production loss has been reduced to less than 10%.

在不改变瓶子外观以及维持净含量处于合理可控范围的前提下，通过微调减少瓶子容量，采用定容灌装实现减少料体灌装量，使产品收得率提高。改善后，鸡汁类和调味品类平均每瓶灌装可降损耗量，分别为34克和14克。

On the premise of not changing the appearance of bottles and maintaining the net content in a reasonably controllable range, the product yield was improved by slightly reducing the volume of bottles (reducing the volume of material body filling through fixed volume filling). After the improvement, the average loss per bottle of chicken juice and condiment can be reduced to 34 grams and 14 grams, respectively.

改善前，劲霸果汁在当天结束和第二天开始前都要清洗缸和管道，浪费了管道原料，也耗费时间成本、水电成本。鉴于灌装系统的密封、无菌，经过研发和品质部门严谨的测试与验证后，果汁车间实现了“前一天生产，第二天不需要排空管道果汁即可继续灌装”的高效、保质之运作流程！改善后，每天产出成品预计多出2.5箱，同时节省了水电损耗，提升了灌装效率。

通过详细分析，酸辣汁、辣鲜汁、凉拌老醋汁、泡花生老醋汁的生产损耗偏高（平均约15%），调味品车间从“灌装容量调降、瓶形调整、管道推料工艺改进、集中排产”等方面实施改进，通过改善落实，目前生产损耗已经降至10%以下。

自集团吹响开展精益生产管理工作的号角以来，广东金持续在推动精益生产工作上“做文章”，围绕生产设备、工艺质量、现场管理等模块，通过内部精益管理，增强内生动力，在综合得率、生产效率、成本管控等方面，打响了“提质增效”的攻坚战。

The environmental protection treatment system and process flow of the Xinghua Factory have been optimized, in compliance with national emission standards. It has designed and built two air flotation facilities to reduce the number of times to open the second stage air flotation, which has greatly reduced the emission cost (keeping COD <100mg, lower than the standard of COD 100mg~200mg emission interval).

优化兴化工厂环保处理系统和工艺流程，在符合国家排放标准的基础上，通过设计建设两道气浮设施，减少开启二级气浮次数，大大降低排放成本（保持COD＜100mg，低于COD100mg~200mg的排放区间标准）。

As a result, consumption of man-hours per ton of product has been significantly reduced, effectively shortening the output time of qualified products.

来自比利时的食品数据与商业智能公司Foodpairing开发了一种基于香气类型及其描述符的气味分类系统。有了这种“气味语言”，我们就可以对日常生活中所遇到的所有成分和产品的香气特征进行可视化的描述。

The Foodpairing® team has developed a system for classifying scents based on aroma types and their descriptors. With this “language of scent”, we can describe and create visualizations for the aroma profiles of all the ingredients and products we encounter in our daily lives. 

为了可视化不同气味剂之间的芳香联系，Foodpairing团队创建了一个虚拟的三维空间来模拟数据库中10,000种香气分子之间的联系。密集的感知网络揭示了某些分子簇之间惊人的相似性，他们将其中一些分子簇分成不同的组，如青香和植物香。他们总共已经确定了14种不同的香气类型，并用它们来描述在不同成分的香气特征中发现的更广泛的气味。

To visualize the aromatic links between different odorants, we created a virtual three-dimensional space to model the connections between all 10,000 aroma molecules in the Foodpairing® database. The dense perceptual web reveals striking similarities between certain clusters of molecules, some of which we split into separate groupings such as green and vegetal. Altogether, we have identified 14 separate categories of aroma types that we use to describe the broad range of scents found in the aroma profiles of different ingredients.

What does jasmine smell like

每一种香气分子都有自己独特的基础香味，例如，菠萝含有己酸甲酯，这是一种带有基本气味的气味剂，闻起来像菠萝。在分析了一种成分之后，Foodpairing团队通过观察哪些挥发性化合物高于气味识别阈值，然后识别各种香气分子的基本气味，从而将单个分子分配到适当的描述符组。因为描述符标签可以让我们知道香气分子的基本气味，所以当我们用“菠萝”这个标签作为描述词时，意味着这个描述词群中的所有分子都有一种独特的菠萝味。在水果香气类型中，你会发现像“菠萝”、“苹果”、“香蕉”或“热带”这样的描述。Foodpairing团队总共确定了10,000种香气分子，他们将其分类为14种不同的香气类型和70种描述符，存储在数据库中。

Every aroma molecule has its own distinct base scent. For instance, pineapples contain methyl-hexanoate, an odorant with a base scent that smells like the fruit. After analyzing an ingredient, we look at which volatile compounds register above the odor recognition threshold and then identify the base scents of the various aroma molecules so that we can assign the individual molecules to the appropriate descriptor groups. The descriptor labels tell us about the base scent of an aroma molecule. So when we use the label ‘pineapple’ as a descriptor, it means that all of the molecules within that descriptor group have a distinct pineapple smell. Within the fruity aroma type, you’ll find descriptors like ‘pineapple,’ apple,’ ‘banana’ or ‘tropical.’ Altogether we have identified a total of 10,000 aroma molecules that we’ve classified into 14 different aroma types and 70 descriptors in the Foodpairing® database.

Green: Green descriptors can range in smell from cucumber-ish to fatty (olive oil), like freshly mown grass or even waxy (orange peel), depending upon the specific concentration of aldehydes. Milled grains also contain green volatile compounds that smell like oat flakes.

Metallic: Epoxides like trans-(E)-4,5-epoxy-2-decenal give seaweed its metallic flavor.

Vegetable: Pyrazines, 1-octen-3-one and methianol are largely responsible for the vegetal odors of bell peppers, mushrooms and potatoes, respectively. Alliums (e.g. onions, garlic, leeks, etc.), cabbage and other Brassicaceae contain a separate category of sulfurous volatile compounds. However, the process of cooking vegetables, seafood and even meat creates new sulfurous, potato and mushroom-scented aroma molecules that form as the Maillard reaction occurs.

Skatole has a similar animal-like odor that is often described as smelling fecal or like a civet.

In the case of vanilla, vanillin is the key aroma molecule determines the aroma of the spice. In most cases the profile looks much more complex, like the strawberry pictured below. At least five groups of aroma molecules contribute to the fruity fragrance of strawberry: coconut-smelling lactones, fruity esters, aldehydes with a green scent, caramellic furanones and cheesy acids.

中国最早的文字可追溯到公元前 13 世纪，发现于具有重要祭祀或历史意义的骨器、石器和金属器上。在青铜时代晚期和帝王时代早期，毛笔书写的重要性日益突出，取代了早期强调用刀或笔书写的线条优美匀称的文字。公元二世纪，纸张成为流行的书写媒介，毛笔书法和墨色渐变的实验也随之发展。这使得毛笔书法成为一种完全独立的艺术形式。

Dating to the thirteenth century BCE, the earliest examples of Chinese writing are found on bones, stones, and metal artifacts of ritual or historical importance. The early emphasis on beautifully-rendered even lines in writing created by knives or a stylus was supplanted by the growing importance of brush writing during the late Bronze Age and early Imperial Period. Experimentation with brushwork and gradations of ink progressed when paper became a popular writing medium during the second century CE. This allowed brush-written calligraphy to emerge as a fully independent art form.

Six major scripts have developed over the course of more than three thousand years for writing Chinese characters, and all are still used in “artistic writing” (calligraphy) today. Each of these styles of writing—oracle bone, seal, clerical, cursive, running, and standard—has distinct differences in appearance.

Characters in seal script, for example, have symmetrical structures made with thin, even lines. Clerical script is recognized by its prominent down strokes, while running script more closely resembles informal handwriting. One script builds upon the other, as seen in the progression above, where each set of characters represents the word “dragon.”

The Okavango River, located in northern Botswana, is the fourth longest river in southern Africa. The river eventually disappears into the desert, making it "the river that never finds the ocean". This is a beautiful and wild place where tens of thousands of animals and plants, including lions, rhinos, zebras and cheetahs, often make dramatic appearances, creating a large animal paradise. Because of the extremely treasured ecosystem, it has been selected as a World Wildlife Heritage Site by UNESCO.
