精益人才培养是精益管理实施中的重要环节，江西芯荟在精益实践中不断探索、创新，通过《OPL点滴教育》、《金牌班组长培训》、《精益管理培训》等一系列精品课程，以及完善的培训计划、内部激励机制、实践与反思等多种举措，培育具备精益管理理念和实践能力的精益人才。2023年共开展培训线下场次18场，参与培训人数560人次;线上精益培训21个模块57人参训，线上学时合计600小时。
