激发太阳潜能,成就绿色梦想
记博世华域南京工厂二期光伏项目并网发电
随着现场工作人员按下合闸按钮,博世华域南京工厂二期光伏项目顺利通过国家电网验收,五月正式开始并网发电,厂区道路和停车场都穿上了蓝色的外衣,在阳光照射下熠熠生辉。二期光伏预计年发电量约90万KWH,结合光伏一期项目,南京工厂光伏年发电总量将占工厂总用电量的15%以上,与相同电量的火电相比,每年可节约标准煤近700吨,减少二氧化碳排放约1800吨。在刚刚过去的5月份,南京工厂光伏发电总量达到了创纪录的29万KWH,占南京工厂5月用电总额的27%
在全球能源资源日益趋紧,能源结构面临革命性变革的大背景下,停车场和厂区道路的光伏发电项目作为南京工厂创建“绿色梦工厂”的重要举措,充分利用了厂区的闲置空间资源,用实际行动贯彻了国家和集团的“双碳”战略,在实现可观的节能减排经济效益同时,也为公司员工的私家车和上下班提供了遮阳挡雨的处所,有效的提升了员工的满意度,获得了广大员工的一致认可,已俨然成为南京工厂一条独特的靓丽风景线。
As the on-site staff pressed the closing button, the BHSS NJ phase II photovoltaic successfully passed the acceptance of the State Grid. In May, the grid-connected power generation was officially started. The roads and parking lots of the plant were covered with blue coats. Shines brightly under the light. The estimated annual power generation of the photovoltaics phase II is about 900,000 KWH. Combined with the photovoltaic phase I, the total annual photovoltaic power generation of the Nanjing Plant will account for more than 15% of the total power consumption. Compared with thermal power with the same amount of electricity, it can save standard coal every year. Nearly 700 tons, reducing carbon dioxide emissions by about 1,800 tons. In the past May, the total photovoltaic power generation of the Nanjing plant reached a record 290,000 KWH, accounting for 27% of the Nanjing plant's total electricity consumption in May. Under the background of increasingly tight global energy resources and revolutionary changes in the energy structure, the photovoltaic power generation project of parking lots and plant roads is an important measure for Nanjing Plant to create a "Green Dream Plant", making full use of the idle space resources in the factory area. With practical actions to implement the "dual carbon" strategy of the country and the group, while achieving considerable economic benefits of energy saving and emission reduction, it also provides a place to shade and protect the company's employees' private cars and commuting, effectively improving the employees' performance. Satisfaction has been unanimously recognized by the majority of employees, and it has become a unique and beautiful landscape of the Nanjing Plant.

能源体系认证,夯实绿色基础e
BHSS NJ have obtained the first "ISO50001 Energy Management System Certification" certificate among the four plants on May 19th,2022. The energy management system working group of Nanjing Plant will be formally established and launched by the end of 2021.
During the period, BHSS NJ director, Liu Muzhen, Deputy director, Gu Xiaofeng and Zhang Hongming, secretary of the Party branch and chairman of the labor union of BHSS NJ, also gave great support and guidance to our work. From scratch, the working group established a complete energy management system in a short period of time, passed the first-stage audit of the certification body on March 24th, and successfully passed the second-stage audit on April 15th. The audit findings were closed, and the audit teacher highly affirmed the work related to the energy management system of the Nanjing Plant, and finally passed the certification of the energy management system.
The purpose of implementing ISO50001 certification is to support the organization, devote itself to structural management, implement a comprehensive energy management system, and continuously improve its energy efficiency, reduce energy costs, and improve the level of energy conservation management, so that the organization can continue to reduce energy consumption and improve energy efficiency. In the context of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality, energy management system certification is the milestone to lay a solid foundation to create our "Green Plant" .

体系以及持续改进其能源效率,降低能源成本,提升节能管理水平,使得组织能够持续降低能源消耗、提高能源利用效率。在碳达峰、碳中和的背景下,能源管理体系认证是基石,也为后续南京分公司争创“绿色工厂”项目打下了坚定的基础。
2022年5月19日,博世华域南京分公司获得了四地工厂第一张“ISO50001能源管理体系认证”证书。 南京分公司能源管理体系工作组于2021年年底正式成立、启动。
南京分公司厂长刘目珍、副厂长顾晓锋、南京分公司党总支书记、工会主席张洪明对此项工作也给予了很大的支持与指导。从无到有,工作组在短时间内建立了一套完整的能源管理体系,于3月24日通过认证机构的一阶段审核,4月15日顺利通过了二阶段审核,并在规定的时间内关闭了审核发现项,审核老师高度肯定了南京工厂的能源管理体系的相关工作,最后通过了能源管理体系的认证。

此次研讨会得到了工厂管理的大力支持,南京分公司厂长刘目珍,副厂长顾晓锋,各部门经理以及TO_TOP同事参与了布局规划的末次会议。管理层指出“研讨会虽然结束了,但是我们还是需要把规划理念不断的应用落地追踪,用方法和实践驱动工厂规划筑就梦工厂蓝图。”
Based on the overall planning of the BHSS production strategy, the NjP FOL workshop was successfully held on May 16, and the TO_TOP colleagues from the headquarters also participated in the workshop. Through the task direction, data collection and analysis, block planning, layout evaluation, detailed planning, project nodes and time, the layout of the Nanjing Plant in the next three years was planned. 2025 plan the next action plan to make suggestions.
After 9 days of intense brainstorming and data calculation, the final output to the MAE area in 2024 is about 8439 square meters, the logistics area is 351.6 square meters, and the support area is 1364 square meters. In addition, it is estimated that the two kardexs to be invested do not need to be reinvested, and the logistics will be reduced (reservoir preparation area, repackage area, remodeling area, and rust-prone area) with a total of 958m². In terms of AGV planning: a single task saves 523.2m and saves a distance of about 2077.0386km/month.
The workshop was strongly supported by the Director, Mr. Liu Muzhen, Deputy Director, Gu Xiaofeng and managers of various departments and TO_TOP colleagues participated in the final meeting of layout planning. The management pointed out that "although the workshop is over, we still need to keep track of the application of planning concepts, and use methods and practices to drive factory planning to build the Dream Plant blueprint."
基于BHSS生产策略的整体规划, NjP FOL规划研讨会在5月16日顺利开展,总部TO_TOP同事也参与了本次研讨会。通过对任务方向,数据收集及分析,块状规划,布局评估,细节规划,项目节点和时间的梳理,对南京工厂未来3年的布局进行规划,同时各部门同事进行了热烈的讨论,为工厂2025规划下一步行动计划出谋划策。
在经过9天的激烈头脑风暴和数据计算后,最终输出到2024年MAE区域面积约:8439㎡,物流区域351.6㎡,支持区域1364㎡。另外,预计要投的2台kardex不需再投资,物流缩减(备库区,翻包区,换型区,易锈区)共958m²。在AGV规划方面:单任务节省523.2m,节省距离约2077.0386km/month。

各个科室精心设计了展板,展示科室绩效目标,有的用手绘,有的用电子屏,有的用拼图,丰富有趣。同时安排了专门的人员进行讲解,解答大家的疑惑。从上午十点到下午三点半,员工手持折页,根据HR安排好的时间有序前往各个科室打卡,填写关键信息,收集印章,绩效目标开放日在活泼又轻松的氛围中结束了。
活动结束之后,大家又通过钉钉群,评选出最佳展台。通过妙趣横生的方式,我们促进了彼此的沟通,加深了彼此的了解,更为接下来一年的努力奋斗确认了方向、明确了目标。我们坚信:心往一处想、劲往一处使,拧成一股绳,没有克服不了的困难,没有完不成的任务!

Each department had carefully designed exhibition boards to display the department's performance goals, some with hand-painted, some with electronic screens, and some with puzzles, which are rich and interesting. At the same time, specialized lecturers were arranged to explain and answer everyone's doubts. According to HR arrangements, employees held folded pages to each department to punch cards in an orderly manner, fill in key information, and collect seals from 10:00 am to 3:30 pm. The KPI Open Day ended in a lively and relaxed atmosphere. After the event, everyone selected the best booth through the DingTalk group.
Through fun and interesting ways, we have promoted communication with each other, deepened mutual understanding, and confirmed the direction and clear goals for the next year of hard work. We firmly believe that there is no difficulty that cannot be overcome, and no task that cannot be accomplished!
绿色家园,光盘行动
People take food as their heaven, and a porridge and a meal are hard to come by; Respecting labor, cherishing food, and being diligent and thrifty are the traditional virtues of our Chinese nation. In today's material abundance, we must not forget our thrifty virtues.
Starting from March 15th, 2022, a weekly clean plate campaign has been held in the cafeteria. The cafeteria displays
the slogan of civilized dining, calling on all employees to actively implement clean plate action, and employees also responded positively to every event. We will also distribute small good quality and low price gifts from time to time to promote the confidence of employees. From time to time, the different types gifts are not only gifts for employees, but also to make everyone contribute to the creation of green plant!
There is a kind of saving called clean plate campaign, and there is a kind of action called clean plate campaign. In the whole clean plate campaign, we should take the lead in implementing it. The campaign operation ends on April 30th,2022, and has been carried out a total of 6 times. Our kitchen waste is also in the gradual decline, the optical disc is not a whim, but a permanent normalization. Practice civilization, start from the clean plate, create a green plant, start from me, start from the side, start from now!

有一种节约叫光盘,有一种行动叫光盘,在整个光盘行动中,我们应该一马当先的去实施,光盘行动截止到2022年4月30日截止,共计开展了6次,我们的厨余垃圾量也在逐步降低中,光盘不是一时的兴起,而是持久以恒的常态化。践行文明,从光盘做起,共创绿色工厂,从我做起,从身边做起,从现在做起!
自2022年3月15日开始,每周一次的光盘小活动,在食堂开展,食堂摆出了文明就餐,光盘行动的标语,呼吁全体员工,积极实施光盘行动,员工们也都积极响应到活动中。我们也会不定时的派发物美价廉的光盘小礼物,促进员工们光盘的信心。不定时,不重样的光盘小礼物给员工们带来的不仅仅是礼物,更是为了让大家为创造绿色工厂,做出的贡献!

5月13日下午公司工作人员早早的来到餐厅,摆好签到台、准备好饮水机,同时给大家分装好营养补给包。考虑到献血后的应激反应,公司还贴心的准备了红豆桂圆八宝粥。
On the afternoon of May 13th, the company staff came to the restaurant early, set up the check-in table, prepared the water dispenser, and distributed nutritional supplements for everyone. Considering the stress response after donating blood, the company also carefully prepared red bean and longan eight-treasure porridge.
Everything was ready, and the blood donation office staff led by Director Zhang Rongrong of the blood donation office arrived at the restaurant on time at 1:30 pm. Taking advantage of the gap between medical staff preparing workbenches and equipment, Director Zhang actively popularized blood donation knowledge and precautions for blood donation to comrades who voluntarily donate blood. After the popularization of basic knowledge, everyone has a further understanding, and at the same time relieves the tension of blood donation.
A total of 78 colleagues voluntarily signed up at the scene. When they came to the restaurant, they filled in the forms in an orderly manner, measured blood pressure, screened, and donated blood according to the requirements. In just two and a half hours, a total of 57 people successfully donated blood at the same time, with a total of 18,300ml of blood, 45 people with 300ml, and 12 people with 400ml. 现场一共有78名同事自愿报名,来到餐厅后秩序井然,有条不紊的按照要求认真填表,测血压,筛查,献血。短短的2个半小时,共有57名同时献血成功,累计献血18300毫升,300毫升45人,400毫升达到12人。考虑到员工的身体健康,当天下午所有参加献血的同事一律回家休息静养。

党总支书记、工会主席张洪明也到现场查看献血的组织情况,查看准备的营养品,询问了同事们献血的感受,并感谢各位同事们的赤诚博爱和无私的奉献!在今后的公益事业上,南京分公司全体同仁会继续保持这种有温度的爱心,积极投身到公益事业中来,践行社会责任和担当。

平凡本色之保安篇
不忘初心,疫往无前
除了日常的安保工作,保安还承担着消防巡逻及消控室值班的工作。他们还是应急响应的中坚力量。是疫情防控的重要保障。冬去春来,春去秋来,保安日复一日年复一年重复着他们的工作,在门岗值守工作中和厂区巡逻工作中,严格按照工作规范操作,以饱满的工作状态和高度的工作责任心,严格要求自己。
编者按:斯卡伊为博世华域南京工厂服务安保公司,保安和大家每个人都息息相关,他们在平凡的岗位上,贡献着自己的力量,是安全生产的前提和基础。
余茂盛为公司的安保队长,在6:40左右达到公司,6:50安排安保工作的交接班,测温并主持交接主要事项。
保安各队员到达工作岗位,此时已经有零星的人员车辆进入厂内。
7:00
保安最繁忙的时候,需要进行人员测温登记,检查场码扫码情况及进行访客登记。
7:00-8:00
保安开始一天的巡逻工作。巡逻2小时一次,一次50分钟,尤其夏天,巡逻结束后,衣服都已经湿透了。

准时列队进行集合培训,确保队员的体能及安保工作符合公司要求。

开始夜班的交接班工作,结束一天的工作。

在东门进行提货车辆登记,测温,查行程健康码,北门进行出门前查验出门证并按照流程拍照。

我认为应该是处于成长期的青少年,从稚嫩走向成熟,成功落地了像smart Log等业内首创的大项目,同时在生产运营各模块也都进行着各类智能项目的推进,创新。

首先,所见即所得。一是越来越少的人,越来越多的机器人和相机;二是更快速高效的信息传递,有效的问题跟踪,快速的问题解决。其次,我们全员思维意识的改变为未来创造不可估量的收获孕育无限可能。
