2022届本科学子高度重视毕设学术规范。论文审核工作开展前， 馆员已多次接到关于学术规范的相关咨询。为助力我校本科毕业生在疫情防控特殊时期高效、高质完成毕业设计（论文），图书馆紧密配合学校毕设工作进度安排，积极发挥信息素养教学优势，于云端开展“2022年春季学期本科生毕业设计（论文）信息素养专题培训”，先后为2022届本科生举行了6场毕设专题辅导培训。内容涉及论文模板和排版、学术规范、参考文献管理工具使用等，线上答疑和互动热烈，获得师生一致好评，来自全校各院系的3300余名师生参加了线上培训。
此外，图书馆学科服务部根据本科生毕业设计（论文）不同阶段的具体需求，通过微信推文等形式适时推送图书馆已有的培训讲座资源和网络优质公益学习资源，推出了5个主题的毕设辅导系列推文，“交圕助力—本科生毕业论文进行时”系列推文有8700多人次浏览。

自6月1日至今，图书馆面向全校25个院系开展本科毕业论文学术规范审核，共计审核论文3,225篇。审核过程中，侧重于从论文行文规范和引文规范两个维度，促进本科生毕业论文质量提升。
图书馆以“立德树人、教书育人”思想为指导，根据学校关于本科生毕业设计（论文）工作的相关安排，紧密围绕本科生毕业设计（论文）这门必修课各学习阶段需求开展情境式服务，在毕业设计（论文）环节提升学生信息素养，为学校培养具有学术研究能力、创新能力和终身学习能力的一流本科人才不断贡献图书馆力量。
Various Measures to Elevate Undergraduate’s Academic Standards
The 2022 undergraduate academic standard tutoring training and graduation thesis academic standard review cycle lasted for half a year, and it is now nearing completion. These institutional efforts aim at continuously building SJTU students’ information literacy abilities and steadily improving their academic papers.

进行座位预约哦！
为满足在校师生教研学需求，图书馆服务在现有开放徐汇社科阅览室、闵行包玉刚图书馆阅览室的基础上，自6月27日起逐步恢复闵行校区主馆、李政道图书馆部分阅览室和所有图书馆开架书架区的开放，提供阅览室座位学习和图书的开架借阅服务，现已完成馆内环境、空调系统全面消杀。为进一步做好新冠肺炎疫情常态化防控工作，切实保障入馆师生的身体健康和生命安全，图书馆将实行座位预约制度，严格控制在馆人数和间隔落座，每日对阅览区域进行定时清场消杀，请读者合理安排学习时间。
入馆须知：严格执行座位预约制，预约后刷校园卡或校园V卡自动绑定场所码入馆，无预约不可入馆。因需动态设置开放阅览空间，严格控制阅览室内人数：主馆开放座位319席，包玉刚图书馆开放座位226席，李政道图书馆开放座位56席，徐汇社科阅览室开放座位75席。进入图书馆必须全程佩戴口罩，配合测量体温，体温不符合要求者不能入馆；人脸识别系统暂时关闭，仅用于测温。如办理证件事务、借阅图书等，不需使用阅览座位，可在系统中选择“临时入馆预约”，最长可预约1小时。恢复开架借阅图书，读者可进入书架区自行取书、自助借还、自助消杀。恢复跨校区预约借书，图书预约系统恢复服务，可通过“思源探索”查找图书并预约“在架上”状态的图书，取书地可以选择所有馆舍（包括预约图书所在馆藏地，院系分馆、医学院图书馆除外），收到“交我办”通知消息后取书。请自觉保持安全距离，按照预约座位落座，不得自行移动桌椅。
Announcement on the Resumption
of Library Services
The Main Library and Tsung-Dao LEE Library at Minhang campus will be partially open from June 27th, following the opening of Social Sciences Library at Xuhui Campus and Pao Yue-Kong Library. Disinfection was carried out inside all these libraries, including thorough cleaning of all the air-conditioning systems. In order to implement regular epidemic prevention and control measures, and effectively ensure the health and safety of teachers and students, the library uses the Seat Reservation System to strictly control the number of readers in the library. Readers must sit one seat apart. Reading areas are regularly disinfected every day. We ask readers to pay attention to library rules and arrange their study time accordingly.

The library book reservation service has been completely upgraded!
1. Anytime: The library is open for reservations all year round.
2. Anywhere: It is no longer compulsory for you to pick up reserved books from different sites. All book reserved can be picked up from either the collection or from a different site. All branches are open for pickup.
3. Anybook: All books available for loan in all branches are open for reservation.
Note: Since some readers are unable to return books on time, reservations for loaned books are suspended.

Welcome the Opening of the Library, and the Library Accelerates the Processing of New Books
To ensure progressive and orderly book processing, on the premise of strictly implementing the school's epidemic prevention and control requirements, starting from June, multiple business departments of the library coordinated librarians, booksellers and shippers to successfully receive more than 10,000 new books in four shipments. Among the books received, "Birds of the Americas" from the iGroup Group's special collection was included. This title came in a set of four volumes, each volume being a special edition, measuring 100cm long, 68cm wide, and weighing more than 40 kilograms. This book set will enrich the special collection literature resources of our university. The smooth arrival of these books signals a promising start for subsequent book processing and collection11,000 volumes of books have been collected as of early July, and a total of 35,000 volumes have been processed and collected throughout the year.

为保障图书加工工作有序开展，在严格落实学校疫情防控要求的前提下，6月份开始，图书馆多个业务部门协同，组织馆员和搬运力量，协调书商顺利接收4批次、1.7万余册新书运送入馆。其中包括了iGroup集团赠予图书《美洲鸟类》特藏图书。该书一套四卷本，每卷大小为特开本，长100cm，宽68cm，重达40余公斤，为21世纪珍藏复制版，全球仅印行100套（我馆此套编号为58号）。该套书的入藏将进一步丰富我校的特藏文献资源。这些图书的顺利进校，为后续图书加工入藏进度的推进提供持续保障。截至7月初，完成图书入藏1.1万册，累计全年完成加工入藏3.5万册。

According to the Notice of Shanghai Jiao Tong University on the Work Arrangement for the Summer Vacation in 2022, the library will carry out the time table of summer vacation from July 18th, 2022 (Monday) to September 7th, 2022 (Wednesday), which the opening hour is from 8:00 to 22:30.

你在哪里，图书馆就在哪里！
第一种方法：VPN
1. 在浏览器输入网址sslvpn.sjtu.edu.cn或访问文末“链接汇总”，下载交大VPN客户端。
2. 通过jAccount帐号登录，连接校内资源。
第二种方法：CARSI
目前，我校33个电子数据库已开通CARSI服务，包括Web of Science、Science Direct、ACS、ACM、“中国知网”等。图书馆主页“数据库”Tab -> 常用数据列表 -> CARSI可访问数据库。
1. 获取列表后，点击该数据库“CARSI访问入口”。
2. 跳转至交大统一身份认证界面，登录后即可访问数据库。
Access the Academic Resources at Home
During the summer vacation , you can access all the academic resources provided by the library and learn happily in your staycation. Here are two ways to access resources off-campus.
Method1: VPN
a. Please visit sslvpn.sjtu.edu.cn or click “end -link”to download the SJTU VPN client.
b. Use your jAccount to connect the VPN and access the academic resources provided by the library.
Method2: CARSI
CARSI currently covers 33 databases available at SJTU, including Web of Science, Science Direct, ACS, ACM, “CNKI” etc. Click on "Databases" on the SJTU library homepage, and find "CARSI Access Database" in "Featured DB".
a. Click on "CARSI Access" in the page of the database.
b. Log in with jAccount to access the database.
