环形叙事和多角度视角昆汀是一个不按常理拍电影的导演，他非常擅长非线性叙事。在《低俗小说》中，更是采用环形叙事和多角度视角。本来是一个直线发展的剧情，经过精心处理后成为三个紧密相连、互为解说的故事，到影片尾声又和影片序幕相呼应，形成一个完整的环形结构，有一种让人有醍醐灌顶的畅快。
