时间管理是人生一辈子的课题，对于高中生而言，学习做好生活管理及培养良好的时间管理能力不仅能提升学习效率，还有额外的时间探索自我潜能。尽管时间管理看似是强调训练个人生活组织和规划技巧，但更多的是，我们想与学生分享如何透过经营生活提升个人幸福感。
Time management is one of the main issues in everyone’s personal life. For High school students, developing time management skills can not only help them improve their learning efficiency but also get more time to explore their potential. Some people might think time management is more focused on the skill of training personal life organizing and planning ability. Moreover, we would like to discuss how to improve personal well-being through life management in FP Advisory sessions.

时间管理四象限法
时间管理的首要条件是学习如何将必要完成的生活任务进行分类，FP Advisor与学生分享时间管理四象限概念，希望能帮助学生在安排行动计划之前，以合适的方式将生活任务进行分类，并按照任务轻重缓急程度依序完成。
One of the most important conditions of time management is learning how to categorize life tasks properly. The Eisenhower Principle could help students how to arrange life tasks by relative importance and finish them in an appropriate order.

选择困难
有些学生执行时间规划时，总会认为时间不够；除了没有为意外事件预留弹性时间以外，生活中的隐形时间成本也常被忽略。选择困难也是其中一个会花费大量时间的行为。FP Advisors也与学生分享立场分析法，协助学生面对那些难以抉择的情境。
When students implement time management, they always feel that time is less than they thought. The possible reasons might be that people don’t schedule enough flexible time for unexpected events or ignore the time cost of specific life tasks; therefore, they make unrealistic management. The difficulties in making a decision would also cost o lot of time. Based on that, FP advisors share the Force Field Analysis-Steps concept and hope it would help students to deal with difficult choice situations.

We specially invited Mr. Wesley, board director of CWA and UWC Changshu China, to share his experience on "How IB help me find my way? How IB help me write this essay of life?" For everyone to sort out the context and find the right direction in IB learning.

FP杨梓涵：作为一名新加入usad的fp成员，这段时间我从学识渊博的学长学姐们身上学到了艺术绘画技巧，了解到美国奴隶时期的生活，美国创国的重要历史事件与战争，科学知识等等。这些不仅增长了我的学识，而且还拓展了我的视野，让我对过去的历史有了更深刻的理解，对未来的发展有了更清晰的目标。
FP张钧皓：学到了抽象的艺术，高深的科学，内涵丰富的文学等等，了解到面对困难时的应对方案，体验到小组学习的乐趣。I learned abstract art, advanced science, rich literature etc. I learned how to deal with difficulties and experienced the fun of group learning.
DP1武文博：参加USAD是我人生中最抽象的选择，这代表着我选择了一条不合乎常理的学习方式。面对广泛的知识领域，个人的努力还尚且不够，感谢Nicole老师为我们队伍做出的积极指导和鼓励。自我怀疑，啥都学不懂，不要选USAD，不如多看几本相关领域的书。
美国学术十项全能全称为United States Academic Decathlon，简称USAD，是由美国非赢利性组织(USAD Association)举办的面向高中生的学术性竞赛。
得到世界名校广泛认可的全球主题研究与通识学术团队挑战项目，迄今已拥有50 多年的运营历史及学术积淀.每年都有来自全球各地的数万名优秀高中生参与其中。USAD已成为高中生首选的通识学术活动。

Although the fragrance of sweet-scented osmanthus has dispersed, but the sky is still clear and blue. The great basketball game just finished and the football match on the green field is about to start!
在解压之夜，华华子们灵活应用了在化学和stem课程中掌握的知识。
On the pressure relief night, CWAers smartly applied the chemical knowledges and skill in STEM course to set colorful flame, stunning and shining!
华华子们抛下平时的压力，“枕头大战”将当晚的活动氛围迭入高潮 ，羽毛棉絮如雪花飘落，欢声笑语中，抒发压力与紧张。
CWAers let go of the stress that they have, “Pillow Fight” brings the atmosphere of the night's activities reached a climax, feathers and cotton falling down as the fluffy snow, in the laughers and voices of cheers, the pressure is well released.
活动结束后，华华子们展示了自己良好的素养，与老师们一起将活动场地收拾得整洁如初。
When the activity finished, CWAers show their good habits and clean the space toghether, let the space become tidy and clean.

焰色反应的主要原理是溶液中的铜离子在点燃的情况下被激发放出的颜色
这次的绿色火焰主要是焰色反应, 物理社团上有过实验, 第一次实验并不是很成功, 跟老师谈论之后分析了原因后第二次就比较成功了, 然后今天是第三次, 也是在所有人面前展示的阶段. 我跟武文博做过许多假设,比如倒在地上点燃,或者放在铁条里, 最后综合考虑安全因素才形成了这样的形式
