Hua Hui Construction & MEP (Thailand) CO., LTD., established in 2014, is a comprehensive construction enterprise which integrates construction engineering, architectural design, engineering consulting, and project management. Our company specializes in various fields like water and electricity installation, mechanical installation, civil engineering, steel structure, fire protection installation, and environmental landscaping. We are qualified for general contracting for residential, factory, and commercial buildings. We have an experienced professional team including designers, engineers, project managers, and construction workers, ensuring quality and efficiency of each project.

The One 9 Five Asoke-Rama IX high-rise residential condominium is located on Soi 5, Rama IX, Bangkok, Thailand. This project consists two 61-floors buildings with a height of 248 meters, comprising 1,911 units, with approximately 148,500 square meters of total areas. The installation of the internal water supply, electricity, high-voltage systems, air conditioning, ventilation, fire protections, and other related projects are completed by our company.

TC Green Condominium Rama IX一期及二期工程位于泰国曼谷Rama IX路RCA附近，其项目构造为四幢34层建筑，项目总面积约120,000平米，其内部水、电、高压、空调、通风、消防等水机电设备安装工程均由本公司完成。

The TC Green Condominium Phase 1 and 2 are located near RCA on Rama IX Road, Bangkok, Thailand. This project consists four 36-floor buildings, with approximately 120,000 square meters of total areas. The installation of the internal water supply, electricity, high-voltage systems, air conditioning, ventilation, fire protections, and other related works are completed by our company.

Sapphire Luxurious Condominium Rama III高层建筑公寓位于泰国曼谷Rama III路普密蓬大桥旁。该项目拥有一幢44层160米超高层建筑，共设住宅700余套，项目总建筑面积约53,000平米。该项目由本公司开发，内部土建、水、电、高压、空调、通风、消防等水机电设备安装均由本公司完成。

The Sapphire Luxurious Condominium Rama III high-rise building is located next to the Bhumibol Bridge on Rama III Road, Bangkok, Thailand. This project features a 44-floor, 160-meter-tall building with over 700 residential units, and a total area of approximately 53,000 square meters. This project was developed and constructed by our company, including civil works, internal water supply, electricity, high-voltage systems, air conditioning, ventilation, fire protections, and other related works

This project consists two standard factories, with a total area of approximately 7,000 square meters. This project was designed and constructed by our company, and it is expected to be completed by the end of 2024.
