     本机采用全伺服控制，可印刷材料厚度0.3-0.0125mm，采用了恒张力自动换算，轮转式匀速走料，网版和刮刀通过伺服精准控制，全伺服电机凸轮机构控制压力，解决了传统式气缸压力的不稳定性，提高了员工便捷式的操作和恒定的压力，让印刷跳距更精准稳定;采用高精度纠偏定位，真空吸风匀速运行加吸风箱张力走料，从而更好、更稳定的适用印刷界多种特殊材料印刷。

     This machine adopts full servo control, with a printable material thickness of 0.3-0.0125mm. It adopts constant tension automatic conversion, rotary constant speed feeding, screen and scraper are controlled accurately by servo, and full-servo motor cam mechanism controls pressure, which solves the instability of traditional cylinder pressure, improves the convenient operation and constant pressure of employees, and makes the printing jump more accurate and stable; It adopts high-precision deviation correction positioning, vacuum suction and constant speed operation and suction box tension feeding, so as to better and more stable apply to printing of a variety of special materials in the printing industry.

        本机采用运动控制系统，CCD精准二次套位，伺服马达控制印刷、回墨速度；升降横梁采用铸铝加工工艺，立柱采用进口滑轨，保证升降顺畅，配备离网功能，印刷大面积底色与水胶时防止粘网、三段式吸风装置，可根据材料印刷进行调节、真空吸风拉头配置可让材料走料更平顺、烤箱匀速收卷，让材料在收卷时不会停顿，收卷更加整齐，方便二次套位印刷

        This machine adopts motion control system, CCD precise secondary positioning, servo motor control printing and ink return speed; The lifting beam adopts cast aluminum processing technology, and the column adopts imported slide rail to ensure smooth lifting and lowering. It is equipped with off-screen function to prevent screen sticking when printing large area of background color and water glue.
