PELLET MACHINE
Special notes
1.The feed used must not contain foreign matters such as sand, stones, steel nails, etc.
2.It is strictly forbidden that the press wheel and the grinding disc are in direct contact with idling without raw materials in order to prevent the wear between the press wheel and the grinding disc
3.If the particles are broken or pressed, the crude fiber formula should be reduced to less than 30%.
4.When pelletizing does not appear, not out of the case, should unload the grinding disc, check whether the mold hole is blocked, such as plug should be one by one dredge, or add oil-containing material grinding dredge, properly add some fiber feed can be re-pelletized
4.The speed of each roller should be the same, can not be pressed too tight, otherwise the roller shaft easy to fracture
5.Grinding plate to reverse the use of both sides to prevent template deformation, is conducive to extend the service life of the template
6.Add 46 # anti-wear hydraulic oil to the gearbox before use, add oil to the oil tank scale 2/3, no idling without oil is strictly prohibited!
7.After the machine has been working for a total of 100 hours, lubricating oil should be added to the roller and vertical shaft bearing to extend the service life of the bearing.
8.Six months after the use of the machine, the gearbox, roller, shaft and other internal replacement of lubricants.
9.Check the tightness of the V-belt after each use of the machine to avoid loosening of the belt and affect work efficiency
10. Select the power line that matches the motor, connect it by a professional electrician, and the direction of rotation should be consistent with the direction of the sign.
11.When the equipment idling, roller support adjusting bolts to all loose, idling time is not too long, otherwise the roller will accelerate wear
12.The first use of equipment, granulation with the grinding disc to do grinding treatment, the first hole polished die, particles are easy to be extruded, otherwise not easy to out particles

3.Grind before use
1.Grinding material formula: 5kg sawdust (corn flour，), 1.5kg fine sand, 1kg edible oil (waste engine oil) can be used. Mix well and start grinding.Water content of 13-15% is the best.
2.Grind for 1-1.5 hours before use.
Finally, it is recommended to put oil material to prevent rust.
4.Install
1. Usually when the pellet machine is delivered, the feed hopper and the discharge port will be disassembled. Please check these two parts and install them with a screw package.
2. Install the feed hopper over the workroom and adjust the spacing between the press rollers and the grinding disc. The spacing is determined according to the discharge requirements.
3. Install the outlet on the machine.
