INSTALLATION AND ADJUSTMENT
1. After receiving the goods ,please check the box and take
out the machine and spare parts,the machine is provided
with a screw bag for installation use,pay attention to the
size of the four wheels are same;
2.Install the machine wheels；
3. Put the machine body on the machine frame;
4.Fix the machine body with screw
5.Install the motor frame;

6. Install the motor pulley on the motor shaft;
7. the electric motor pulley and the machine pulley should on the same level;
8.Pull t he belt i n a straight line
9.Install the safety cover,feeding hopper, Baffle.etc
Blade and hammer replacement:
1.The total mass difference between the two groups of hammers with opposite radial direction is not areater than 5 grams when installed；
2.Remove the opening pin at one end of the upper rotor pin shaft, gradually withdraw the pin shaft,remove the pin sleeve and the hammer piece,and place the prepared hammer piece on the pin shaft in its original form;
3.Replace another set of radiallv opposite hammers in accordance with the
above method.Note that two sets of radially opposite hammers must be replaced simultaneously to ensure the balance of the rotor
