INSTALLATION AND ADJUSTMENT
1. Unpack the plastic package, make sure the parts are complete install the machine's floor wheels and fix them to ensure that the machine is stable and sturdy to reduce vibration
2.Install the motor under the red shelf
3.Loosen the red round hole baffle screws so that the baffle is tilted as shown below

4.Install the belt, make sure the motor wheel and the host wheel are on the same balance line, and adjust the position of the motor and fix the screws.
Special Attention
1. Before use, all the bolts should be tightened and checked whether there is any foreign matter in the machine.
2. When the machine is working, people should not stand in the position of the discharge port to avoid splashing corn kernels.
3. make sure that the motor cable is not reversed before use, the motor cable is reversed, the machine can not work in the opposite direction of rotation
4. When starting the machine, if there is excessive noise and vibration, you should stop immediately to check the machine.
5. when feeding materials, make sure there are no sticks, stones and other hard objects, so as not to damage the machine
6. debugging, after powering on the machine, run it for 1-2 minutes with no load, check whether the machine is running normally, make sure there is no abnormality such as stagnation, bumping and so on.
