Xinshun Energy Group Co., Ltd. was founded in 2005 with a registered capital of 120 million RMB. We hold a prestigious Class I qualification for power transmission and transformation engineering contracting, as well as a Class I license for the installation, maintenance, and testing of power facilities. Furthermore, we possess the second-class general contracting for power, mechanical and electrical, and construction projects; the second-class professional contracting for fire protection facilities, steel structures, architectural decoration and ancient construction projects; the third-class general contracting for water conservancy and hydropower, municipal public works; the third-class professional contracting for foundation, environmental protection, urban and road lighting projects, etc.
At our core, we specialize in power engineering (transmission and distribution) contracting, as well as the construction of new energy power plants (photovoltaic and wind power). Our services encompass the operation, maintenance, inspection, and pre-trial testing of power facilities. We excel in power engineering survey and design (transmission, distribution, photovoltaic power plants), project management, and cost consultation. Located in Chicheng County, Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province, the 60MW village-level photovoltaic power generation project in 2018 covers an area of over 7,000 acres. It has a power generation capacity of 60MW, with 9,100 sets of installed photovoltaic brackets, 273,000 modules, 35 box transformers, 1 110KV boosting station, and 1 110KV outgoing line. The project began construction in June 2019 and was fully connected to the grid by the end of November of the same year. This project is part of the national poverty alleviation program. The company allocated outstanding professional and technical management personnel to establish a project department, organized efficient construction teams to carry out high-quality and safe construction, completed the project on schedule, connected it to the grid, and received high recognition from the owner.

Chicheng County's 12MW Village-level
Photovoltaic Power Generation Project in 2018
This project is located in Huanglianguan Town and Zhongba Town, Xichang City. The total installed capacity of the wind farm is 205MW, with individual units having a capacity of 2500KW and a total of 82 units of direct-drive generators.
Official and comprehensive construction commenced on December 20, 2016. The project exhibits three prominent characteristics: an extremely tight schedule, with plans for the first batch of units to start generating power within just three months (excluding the Chinese New Year) of construction; significant challenges in land acquisition compensation coordination, as the project is situated in the prosperous Annin River Valley of Xichang, and it's influenced by the concurrent construction of high-speed rail and extra-high-voltage transmission lines, resulting in complex local sentiments and exceptionally difficult land acquisition coordination; and a wide scope of specialized operations, leading to significant management difficulties.
Addressing these characteristics, the company meticulously organized the project and deployed a substantial number of key management personnel. A massive task force composed of ten specialized land acquisition coordination personnel was formed. Through substantial investment and arduous efforts, the project overcame numerous obstacles to ensure its completion on schedule. The first batch of units was completed and put into operation on April 20, 2017. Subsequent wind turbine installations were completed in August 2017.
Huanglianguan Wind Farm Substation and Collection Line Project
The Huanglianguan Wind Farm has become the wind farm with the shortest construction cycle in Sichuan Province. Our company has earned high appreciation from the owner, general contractor, supervisory unit, and Sichuan Provincial Electric Power Company. The construction of this wind farm project has brought our company a stellar reputation.
Guizhou Guanling County 1050MWp Photovoltaic Plant Project
This project is located in Guanling County, Guizhou Province. The project's legal entity is Panjiang New Energy Generation (Guanling) Co., Ltd. It involves the construction of a 1050MWp ground-mounted grid-connected photovoltaic power station. The construction includes the installation of 1050MWp photovoltaic generation capacity, collection lines, one 220kV boosting station, and one 220kV outgoing line, spanning approximately 36 kilometers. The projected land area is around 15,770 acres. The project is planned to commence on June 20, 2023. Within the first 150 calendar days after the start of construction, a grid-connected capacity of no less than 400MWp should be achieved. Within 300 calendar days after the start of construction, the full capacity of 1050MWp should be integrated into the grid.
Changdu Mangkang Angdo 1800MW Photovoltaic Power
Project Photovoltaic Plant Zone Section I EPC Turnkey Contract
This project is situated in Mangkang County and Gongjue County, Changdu City, Tibet. The legal entity responsible for the project is Changdu New Energy Company. The total installed capacity of the project is 1800MW, with a direct current capacity of 2112.7392 MWp. It is planned to utilize 540Wp monocrystalline silicon bifacial photovoltaic modules, with a total of 3,912,480 modules. The inverters selected are string inverters with a capacity of 225kW (derated to 210kW), totaling 8,580 units. The average annual on-grid electricity output over 25 years is estimated to be approximately 3,557,855.5 million kWh, with an average annual equivalent utilization hours of the system being 1974.6 hours.

200MW Photovoltaic EPC Turnkey Project
This project is located in Gualang County, Wuwei City, Gansu Province. The legal entity responsible for the project is Wuwei Jialv Energy Saving Technology Co., Ltd. The project is situated within the Huanghuatan Million-Kilowatt Photovoltaic Power Generation Base. The construction involves a large-scale ground-mounted grid-connected photovoltaic power station with an installed capacity of 200MW, covering an area of 5,700 acres. Complementary constructions include a 40MW/80MWh energy storage facility, a boosting station, outgoing transmission lines, and other related works.

Development Zone Green Power Supply Project
—Tuoketuo Photovoltaic Power Generation Project (Phase One)
This project is located in Tuoketuo County, Hohhot City, Inner Mongolia. The legal entity responsible for the project is Inner Mongolia Power Mengxi New Energy Co., Ltd. The photovoltaic land area for this project is approximately 7,326 acres. The designed total photovoltaic installed capacity is 236.6MWp, with a 30MW/120MWh energy storage system. For this phase of the power station, 49 units of monocrystalline bifacial photovoltaic modules with a peak power of 560Wp and a total of 422,500 modules will be employed. The project is projected to use 625 inverters, 15 units of 2900kVA box transformers, and 49 units of 3200kVA box transformers. A new 220kV boosting station will be constructed to transmit power to the energy storage aggregation station through a single 220kV line. The boosting station includes 220kV distribution equipment, 35kV distribution equipment and supporting devices, station power systems, and a comprehensive building.

This project is located in Daofu County, Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture. The legal entity responsible for the project is Three Gorges Group Sichuan Energy Investment Co., Ltd. The project employs a "photovoltaic + rural revitalization, animal husbandry, tourism" "1+N" compound development and utilization model. The Yari "1+N" Project of Three Gorges Daofu County comprises a 500MW photovoltaic power station with a rated capacity of 500MW. Section I of the project has a DC-side installed capacity of 208.1677MWp and an AC-side capacity of 182.468MW. This includes 22 flat single-axis arrays, with 10 of them using 580Wp modules and 12 using 550Wp modules. Additionally, there are 36 fixed-support array schemes, of which 1 fixed-support array uses 550Wp modules, and the remaining 35 fixed-support arrays use 580Wp modules.

This project is located in Huangjiaoshan, Guangyuan City, Sichuan Province. The legal entity responsible for the project is Sichuan Guangyuan Huadian New Energy Co., Ltd. The project includes the following components: (1) Baozhu Temple 220kV Convergence Station New Construction Project, (2) Baozhu Temple Hydropower Station 220kV Boosting Station Retrofit Project, (3) Sandui 110kV Substation Retrofit Project, and (4) Line Projects: Huangjiaoshan Wind Farm 220kV Boosting Station to Baozhu Temple Convergence Station 220kV Line Project, as well as the Baozhu Temple Power Station Outgoing Line "π" Connection to Convergence Station Line Project.
Tianmen Shennergy Wind-Solar-Storage Integrated Project
Construction Phase II - Wind Power 35kV Collector Line Project
This project is located in the southeastern part of Tianmen City, Hubei Province. The legal entity responsible for the project is Tianmen Shenhe Energy Technology Co., Ltd. This project involves the construction of the Wind Power 35kV Collector Line for the Tianmen Shennergy Wind-Solar-Storage Integrated Project. The wind power project has a capacity of 200MW, with a future plan of 250MW, and the current phase focuses on 200MW. The intended turbine selection for this phase is 5.0MW per unit, with a total of 40 turbines. The wind farm is connected to a newly constructed 220kV boosting station through an 8-circuit collector line, which feeds into the 35kV side of the station.
CGN New Energy Guanping 100MW Wind Farm Project
This project is located in Jiange County, Guangyuan City, Sichuan Province. The legal entity responsible for the project is CGN (Jiange) Wind Power Generation Co., Ltd. The installed capacity of this project is 100MW. The project, along with the Ximiao Wind Farm, Wanzhuan Wind Farm, and Yunfeng Wind Farm in Jiange, collectively connects to a 220kV boosting station, which transmits power to the Shicheng 500kV Substation in the western direction. The project includes the installation of 22 units of wind turbines, each with a capacity of 4550kW. The project's collector line consists of a combination of underground cables and overhead lines, composed of three 35kV collector lines. The overhead line portion has a total length of 60.309 km, with a single-circuit length of 32.95 km using JL/G1A-240/30 type conductors, and a double-circuit length of 21.315 km. A single-circuit length of 6.044 km uses JL/G1A-120/20 type conductors. The underground cable portion consists of the following lengths: YJLV22-26/35kV-3×70 for 6.2 km, YJLV22-26/35kV-3×95 for 3 km, and YJV22-26/35kV-3×240 for 2.2 km.

Project Outgoing Line Construction Procurement Project
New Energy Vehicle Charging Infrastructure Construction
This project is located in Tacheng City, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. The legal entity responsible for the project is CGN New Energy Tuoli Co., Ltd. As part of the supporting infrastructure for the 75,000-kilowatt-hour/30-kilowatt-hour storage project and the 300,000-kilowatt wind power project of CGN Tuoli Lao Fengkou in Tacheng, the 110kV outgoing line of the wind power field starts from the 110kV outgoing framework of the CGN Lao Fengkou Wind Farm's boosting station and extends to the 110kV framework of the Huaneng Tuoli Lao Fengkou 220kV convergence station. The newly constructed overhead line has a path length of 2X14km and both circuits are erected on the same tower.
Xinshun Energy Group (formerly Sichuan Xinshun Industrial Co., Ltd.) collaborated with Chongqing Wanchong New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. and entered the Chongqing market in July 2017 to undertake investment and construction of new energy charging station projects for Chongqing Public Transport Group.
The initial projects included the Longtou Temple Charging Station, Yubei Chengnan Charging Station, and Nanchuan Chaibao Factory Charging Station in Chongqing. The designed installed capacity for four stations was 1250kVA. Additionally, the low-voltage direct current charging piles were designed with a total capacity of 120kW, comprising 35 units with a capacity of 62kW each and 20 units with a capacity of 120kW each. The project's general contract was signed in November 2017, and by February 2018, all the stations were completed, operational, and handed over. In April 2018, our company undertook the construction and installation project for new energy electric vehicle supporting facilities invested and built by Chengdu Jinsai Automobile Service Co., Ltd. in Guangyuan.
