在实际使用中，采用陶瓷内孔锁紧裸光纤，陶瓷件不会由于长期受压而下陷，也不会因长期受尾部弹簧力而造成对接处弯曲变形，稳定性好。

陶瓷插芯做为连接器的核心接插件，其寿命得到长期的验证。

陶瓷插芯材料通过“高压蒸煮”、“双85”等试验。其表面无异相、不变形，满足孔内光洁度、平整度和精确的对接要求。

产品现场装配简单，配有专用的定长切纤夹，同时由于内孔能管正光纤前进的方向，使得穿纤十分顺畅，确保装配成功率。
