一、2023年度领导力培训

 2023 Leadership Development Program

为了提升中层领导的职业技能，加强领导力管理，西伟德中国于2022年5月份开启了针对中层领导的领导力培训项目。

经过了一年多的线上课程和线下课程，此项目于2023年8月12日圆满结束。培训师用丰富的经验及大量的实例让学员们学习到什么是领导力、怎样建设团队，为团队设定绩效目标，并让学员们学会自我剖析，从对自己的认知中学会怎样与他人共事、激励他人等等。

培训结束后，培训师又对学员们进行了一对一的辅导，给此次项目画上完美的句号，学员们可以将所学运用到实际中，发挥他们的才智。

In order to improve the professional skills of middle-level leaders and strengthen leadership management, Sievert China started a junior leadership development program in May 2022.

After more than one year of online courses and offline courses, this program was successfully concluded on August 12, 2023 . The trainer used rich experience and a lot of examples to let the participants learn what leadership is, how to build a team, set performance goals for the team, and let the participants learn self-analysis, learn how to work with others and motivate others, etc.

At the end of the training, the trainer conducted one-on-one coaching for the trainees to bring the program to a perfect conclusion, so that the trainees could apply what they had learned in practice and give full play to their talents.

二、职校教师暑期实践活动

Vocational School Teachers' Summer Practice Activities

2023年合肥市职业院校专业课教师暑期到企业实践活动在合肥市现代职业教育集团以及合肥市现代职业教育公共实训中心的领导下如期举行。西伟德中国作为合肥市现代职业教育集团成员，从2016年开始就一直参与其中。今年7月13日，有来自合肥经济技术职业学院、安徽城市管理学院、合肥科技职业学院、合肥工业学校四家职业院校的7位优秀的建筑工程、设计类专业的教师来到西伟德中国，开启了为期18天的实践活动。

The 2023 Hefei Vocational College Professional Course Teachers' Summer Practice in Enterprises was held as scheduled under the leadership of Hefei Modern Vocational Education Group as well as Hefei Modern Vocational Education Public Training Center. As a member of Hefei Modern Vocational Education Group, Sievert China has been participating in it since 2016. On July 13th this year, there were 7 excellent teachers of construction engineering and design from four vocational colleges, namely Hefei Professional College of Economics and Technology, Anhui Vocational College of City Management , Hefei Science and Technology College and Hefei Industrial School, who came to Sievert China to start the 18-day practice activities.

老师们先后在产品市场部、工厂、技术服务部、研发部门进行实践，实践内容从产品认知、技术指导到项目实操，我司的指导老师们用对市场需求的敏感度、丰富的技术施工经验让老师们由浅入深的对符合现代建筑市场的新型技术、产品和规范有更加深刻的了解，学习到了课本上没有的知识。老师们还参观了我司在合肥市内的经典案例、悍能经销商展厅以及与合肥学院创建的联合实验室，多维度立体呈现不一样的西伟德中国。

Teachers have been in the product marketing department, factory, technical service department, R & D department for practice, from product cognition, technical guidance to the project practice. Our company's instructors let teachers in line with the modern construction market, new technologies, products and specifications have a more profound understanding of the knowledge that is not in the textbooks. Teachers also visited our company's classic cases in Hefei city, hahne dealer showroom and the joint laboratory created with Hefei College, presenting a different Sievert China.

This activity was successfully concluded on August 3. Teachers returned to schools with their harvests and re-taught what they had learned to their students, which well illustrated the significance of school-enterprise cooperation, and also promoted the school and enterprises to carry out more cooperative projects in the future to achieve a win-win situation.

三、英语角第一期

在学习英语的过程中，如何提升口语表达是每个学习者都会遇到的问题。举办英语角活动，给同事们提供一个沉浸式的语言环境，纯英语的环境中大家可以畅所欲言，无痛提升口语水平，积累词汇和表达方式。在练习中提高英语日常沟通能力，在交流过程中提升口语表达。

In the process of learning English, how to improve oral expression is a problem that every learner will encounter. Organize an English corner activity to provide colleagues with an immersive language environment, where everyone can speak freely and painlessly improve their oral proficiency, accumulate vocabulary and expressions in a pure English environment. Improve daily English communication skills through practice and enhance oral expression during communication.

英语角第一期的话题是 "谈谈最近的生活"。分为四个小话题，每个话题都能让伙伴们有可以分享的空间。在活动开始之前，鼓励大家去分享关于自己的任何经历，伙伴们提前准备好话题分享的内容，达到每个参与者都可以开口说英语的目的，在分享和讨论的过程中，以轻松有趣的形式开展活动。

The first issue of the English corner is "Talking about Your Recent Life". Divided into four small topics, each of which provides space for partners to share. Before the event starts, encourage everyone to share any experiences about themselves. The partners have prepared the content for topic sharing in advance, so that each participant can speak English. During the sharing and discussion process, carry out the activity in a relaxed and interesting manner.

在分享最近的压力这个话题时，每个人都在认真倾听，并及时给予分享者鼓励和安慰。这不仅仅只是话题的讨论，更是伙伴们之间互相了解的过程。在分享过程中，大家都在努力练习口语，不熟悉的单词及时记录总结在黑板上，活动结束后汇总至微信群。共同交流之后的复习反思能让每个参与者拥有更大的收获和成长。

When sharing the topic of recent stress, everyone is listening attentively and providing timely encouragement and comfort to the sharer. This is not only a discussion of topics, but also a process of mutual understanding among partners. During the sharing process, everyone was working hard to practice speaking, and unfamiliar words were promptly recorded and summarized on the blackboard. After the activity, they were summarized in the WeChat group. The review and reflection after joint communication can enable each participant to have greater gains and growth.

平分秋色一轮满，长伴云衢千里明。从盛夏到金秋，从新月到满月，又是一年的花好月圆，千百年来，花好月圆人团聚，是中国人心头温情的期盼。在这个美好的日子里，我们迎来了第三季度中秋主题生日会。

五、人力资源分享小贴士之

《公积金贷款、提取新变化》

1.支持购买居住类绿色建筑。缴存职工使用公积金贷款购买一星级及以上居住类绿色建筑（新建商品住宅）的，计算最高可贷额度时上浮20％，上浮后贷款额度不得超过合肥市规定的相应档次贷款额度上限标准。

2.调整贷款计算基数。支持新市民、青年人刚性购房需求，省直住房公积金缴存职工在合肥市购买首套自住住房的，在省直分中心租房提取额纳入公积金账户余额合并计算贷款额度。

3.延长二手房贷款年限。二手房住房公积金贷款年限最长为30年且贷款年限与房屋年限之和最长不超过60年。房屋年限在10年以内的，首付款不低于房价的20%；房屋年限超过10年在20年以下的，首付款不低于房价的30%；房屋年限超过20年在30年以下的，首付款不低于房价的40%；房屋年限超过30年在40年以下的，首付款不低于房价的50%；房屋年限以房产证或房地产主管部门相关材料为准。

住房公积金贷款方面

1．推出偿还公积金贷款、商业贷款、组合贷款提取事项“随心取”服务举措。将还贷提取次数由每年一次放宽至每月一次，缴存职工在累计提取额不超过实际已还贷款本息时可随时提取公积金。

2．扩大加装电梯提取支持范围。将缴存职工提取公积金用于加装电梯提取政策的支持范围，放宽到本人、配偶及双方父母自住住房加装电梯。

3．缴存职工每年可按不同提取类型申请提取公积金。缴存职工家庭公积金贷款未结清的，按原政策执行。

本政策自2023年10月8日起施行。

安徽省公积金提取指南

1.下载并登录“皖事通”APP，在“皖事通”APP首页找到“安徽省公积金专区”，点击进入，选择您的公积金缴存行政区域。

2.以省直公积金为例，选择您支取公积金的具体原由，以“购买新建商品房支取“为例。点击进入后按提示选择购买地区。

3.以合肥市区购买新建商品房支取为例，点击进入后，仔细阅读“住房公积金提取承诺书”，填写相关提取信息后即可完成申请。
