二、校企合作-技术人员走进课堂

School-Enterprise Co-operation - Technicians in the Classroom

1月3日、12日西伟德宝业快可美建筑材料（合肥）有限公司（以下简称“快可美”）技术服务部门受合肥工业学校邀请，为合肥工业学校2022级建筑装饰技术专业的学生进行技术指导。

学生们1月份进行了内墙部分的理论知识课程，为了配合教学计划，快可美专业技服人员丁之敏结合自身多年实践经验，给同学们上了两堂生动有趣的实践课，不仅让他们对刷墙、贴瓷砖有更直观的感受，产生了极大的兴趣，更深入了解了快可美严格的施工标准及工序，并纷纷要求动手尝试。

On 3rd and 12th January, the technical service department of Sievert Baoye Quick-mix Building Materials (Hefei) Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "Quick-mix") was invited by Hefei Industrial School to provide technical guidance to the students of Hefei Industrial School majoring in 2022 architectural decoration technology.

The students were given a theoretical course on interior walls in January. In order to complement the teaching programme, Quick-mix professional technician Ding Zhimin combined his many years of practical experience to give the students two lively and interesting practical lessons, which not only gave them a more intuitive feeling of wall painting and tiling, but also gave them a deeper understanding of Quick-mix's stringent construction standards and procedures.

这次技术人员进校园实践指导是快可美校企合作历史上一次大胆的尝试，未来我们还会参与更多合作院校的课堂教学和技能指导，完善校企联合育人培养机制，加强现代学徒制建设，提升学徒岗位技能，培养出适应社会发展的人才，履行企业的社会责任和社会担当。

三、人力资源分享小贴士之5个医保小常识

1、激活医保码更方便快捷

医保码，由国家医保信息平台统一签发，是为全体参保人员生成的医保身份识别电子介质。参保人可通过医保码享受各类医疗保障服务，包括业务办理、医保账户查询、医保就诊和购药支付等，一部手机就能实现“一码在手，医保无忧”。

医保码最方便的地方就在于它脱离了实体卡的束缚，只要有一部智能手机，就可以随时随地去定点医院就诊，去定点药店买药，不怕丢也不怕偷，在方便快捷之外，还可以有效杜绝盗刷情况。现在不少地方还可以通过医保码直接在医院里预约挂号，省去排队的烦恼。

如何激活医保码？

参保人可以通过“国家医保服务平台”APP激活医保码，扫码下方二维码下载“国家医保服务平台”APP，注册后根据提示进行实名和实人认证，即可领取医保码，完成激活。

小病可不去大医院，常见病和多发病之类的小病尽量就近社区医院就诊，医保的起付线更低、报销比例更高。同样的病症，在社区医院可能能够报销90%的钱，在三甲医院可能只能报销60%-70%，非常不划算。

同时，买药一定要去定点药店，买的药品在医保药品目录才可报销。如果我们买的药品不在医保目录，或者不在医保目录的限定报销范围之内，就只能自己掏钱了。

4、异地就医先备案

先备案、后就医，这个流程大家要记好。因长期在外地居住、工作或随子女居住等原因需要到外地就医，及时办理异地备案手续，就能享受相应的医保待遇。如果没备案就异地就医了，很可能你的报销比例要降低，自己就要多掏钱了！

如何在线申请异地就医备案？

通过国家医保服务平台APP“亲情账户”功能，可代家属申领激活医保电子凭证，直接在手机上查询家人的年度医疗费用、个税大病扣除金额等信息。

当家中老人或小孩需要看病时，可以拿出自己的手机，调出已绑定亲人的医保电子凭证，实现就医、购药等展码支付。
