一、校企合作-与合肥工业学校合作新进展

我司自2022年5月份与合肥工业学校签订了长期合作协议，疫情原因很多工作都未及时开展，但期间一直保持着密切的联系。2023年3月份我司与合肥工业学校共同为现代学徒制班挂牌，为建筑装饰技术专业的学生提供更多的帮助。2023年12月份我司终于迎来合肥工业学校2022级建筑装饰技术专业的学生，开展了一场深度的参观学习活动，沉入式体验了公司文化氛围。

Our company has signed a long-term cooperation agreement with Hefei Industrial School since May 2022, many work has not been carried out in time due to the epidemic, but we have kept close contact with them. in March 2023, our company and Hefei Industrial School jointly listed the modern apprenticeship class, which provides more help for the students specialized in architectural decoration technology. in December 2023, we finally welcomed the students of 2022 grade architectural decoration technology from Hefei Industrial School to visit our company. They carried out an in-depth visit and learning activities, immersed experience of the company's cultural atmosphere.

二、合肥市建平实验小学与奥斯纳布吕克Pye小学“集装箱计划”

合肥市与德国奥斯纳布吕克市互为友好城市，奥斯纳布吕克工业文化博物馆与当地的Pye小学的学生们合作制作了关于奥斯纳布吕克市、合肥市的儿童画作。馆长找到奚韦德教授，希望奚韦德教授可以在合肥市寻找一家小学，完成他们的“集装箱计划”。

Hefei and Osnabrück are friendly cities. The Museum of Industrial Culture in Osnabrück worked with the students of the local Pye Primary School to do a lot of paintings about the cities of Osnabrück and Hefei. The director of the museum approached Prof. Sievert, hoping that Prof. Sievert could find an elementary school in Hefei to complete their "Container Project". 

所谓的“集装箱计划”就是博物馆把Pye小学的画作、音频等物料放在一个大的集装箱，飘洋过海来到合肥，给合肥的小学生们介绍奥斯纳布吕克这个城市以及他们自己。奚韦德教授非常乐意，并联系了经开区管委会，在管委会的牵头下，合肥市建平实验小学与奥斯纳布吕克Pye小学建立了联系，德国寄来了Pye小学生的部分画作，双方还在我司人员的见证下进行了一次友好的视频对话，“集装箱计划”也将全面展开。

三、英语角活动总结

Summary of English Corner Activities

随着同事们对英语技能要求越来越高，听、说逐渐成为学习英语的关键。英语角活动的开展是为了构建一个英语学习和交流的平台，创造一个良好的英语学习氛围。

As colleagues become more and more demanding in their English skills, listening and speaking are gradually becoming the key to learning English. The purpose of the English Corner is to build a platform for English learning and communication, and to create a good atmosphere for English learning.

小伙伴们无论英语水平的高低，都或多或少的分享了自己平时怎么学英语的。比如某App，某种材料，怎么利用时间.......，其中印象最深刻的是看美剧，去营造语言环境，一开始是听不清，跟不上其中的角色，但是最主要的是记得里面说话的腔调，整个句子的声音，以及要非常熟悉内容情节。这样快乐学习的方式能够很快的提升口语能力。

四、人力资源分享小贴士之修改个人所得税专项附加扣除信息注意事项

子女教育

修改时请注意-受教育阶段

根据相关规定：

纳税人的子女接受全日制学历教育的相关支出，按照每个子女每月2000元的标准定额扣除。

年满3岁至小学入学前处于学前教育阶段的子女，按接受全日制学历教育的标准执行。

学历教育包括义务教育（小学、初中教育）、高中阶段教育（普通高中、中等职业、技工教育)、高等教育（大学专科、大学本科、硕士研究生、博士研究生教育）。

住房租金

纳税人修改时，请核对确保租赁时间起止正确。

继续教育

根据相关规定：

1、纳税人在中国境内接受学历（学位）继续教育的支出，在学历（学位）教育期间按照每月400元定额扣除。同一学历继续教育的扣除期限不能超过48个月；

2、职业资格继续教育类型分为“技能人员职业资格”和“专业技术人员职业资格”。纳税人接受技能人员职业资格继续教育、专业技术人员职业资格继续教育支出，在取得相关证书的当年，按照3600元定额扣除。具体可扣除的证书名称请参照人力资源和社会保障部发布的《国家职业资格目录》。

大病医疗

根据相关规定：

在一个纳税年度内，纳税人发生的与基本医保相关的医药费用支出，扣除医保报销后个人负担（指医保目录范围内的自付部分）累计超过15000元的部分，由纳税人在办理年度汇算清缴时，在80000元限额内据实扣除。

住房贷款利息

如果发生贷款提前还清或房屋转让等已不符合享受扣除条件的情况，请及时修改贷款信息。

修改时请核对确保“首次还款日期”正确并修改“贷款期限（月份）”。例如2015年1月1日首次还款，贷款期限240个月，2023年12月31日发生房屋转让，则需将“贷款期限（月份）”由240改为108。

3岁以下婴幼儿照护

根据相关规定：

纳税人照护3岁以下婴幼儿子女的相关支出，按照每个婴幼儿每月2000元的标准定额扣除。

父母可以选择由其中一方按扣除标准的100%扣除，也可以选择由双方分别按扣除标准的50%扣除，具体扣除方式在一个纳税年度内不能变更。

赡养老人

根据相关规定：

1、纳税人赡养年满60岁父母以及子女均已去世的年满60岁祖父母、外祖父母的可以享受税前扣除。

2、纳税人为独生子女的，按照每月3000元的标准定额扣除。纳税人为非独生子女的，应当与其兄弟姐妹分摊每月3000元的扣除额度，每人分摊的扣除额最高不得超过每月1500元。

3、一个纳税年度内，如纳税人的其他兄弟姐妹均已去世，其可在第二年按照独生子女赡养老人标准3000元/月扣除。
