   In order to promote the company's corporate culture, and show the company's good scene, we have created an electronic magazine, which is scheduled to be published on the 15th of the first month in each quarter. So we deeply need everyone provide materials to us.

1. Time limit and quantity

①Submissions: Each functional department at least 1 articles per quarter and each subsidiary should submit at least 2 articles per quarter,the article subjects are not limited (optional);

②Internal activities: If there are important matters or activities, please write the relevant content and submit the materials before the week of the event;

③Submission time: one week before the quarterly publication date (the second issue ends on Jan 8, 2020).

2. The content

①Professional articles on company management, production management,and technology development;

②Small stories, experience sharing or innovative ideas;

③Major news and work achievements in various departments;

④Content showing the personal or team spirit of the employees and active life;

⑤Other news, photos, videos, deeds, awards, conferences, and honors that reflect positive energy.

3. The subject

①Message class (recent events and activities.): it should include six elements: time, place, person, event, passing, and the result, it should contain more than 100 words.

②Communication class (small story, sharing, etc.): it should contain more than 200 words.
