Ultrasonic cavitation refers to the dynamic process of growth and collapse of micro bubbles in liquid when the sound pressure reaches a certain value.
When ultrasonic wave acts on liquid, it can produce a large number of micro bubbles. One reason is that there is a local tensile stress in the liquid to form a negative pressure. The reduction of pressure makes the gas originally dissolved in the liquid supersaturated and escape from the liquid to become micro bubbles. Another reason is that the strong tensile stress "tears" the liquid into a cavity, which is called cavitation.

Introduction:
Some micro bubbles are more or less dissolved in the herb materials, and vibration is generated under the action of ultrasonic, which is the cavitation effect of ultrasonic. When the bubble is closed, it will generate a pressure of thousands of atmospheres around it to form a micro shock wave. Introduction:
Ultrasonic dyeing has been widely used in printing and dyeing industry. Ultrasonic dyeing of polyester knitted fabrics has been studied and compared with conventional dyeing without ultrasonic treatment. Introduction:

Introduction:
Traditional mechanical stirring and ultrasonic mixing belong to physical stirring.
