October 15th to 16th, 2024, the International Symposium on Regulation and Enforcement of Direct Selling sponsored by the Price Supervision and Anti-Monopoly Bureau of State Administration for Market Regulation was held in Shanghai. In Colombia, on-site meetings with VIP leaders in cities like Bogotá, Barranquilla, Cartagena, and Cúcuta were essential in sustaining our progress. In Mexico, we engaged with leaders in Querétaro, San Juan del Río, Tulancingo, and Pachuca Hidalgo, and the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. Despite the technological challenges, the new marketing plan's implementation has been a great success.
Our leaders particularly appreciate the new open-door policy, which allows them easy access to us with any questions or concerns—fostering even stronger communication and trust.
In Bolivia, we celebrated 15 years with a grand anniversary event and are excited to open a new Tiens Business Center. We were honored to have Leader Javier Perez, who traveled from Peru to join us for this special occasion.
In Ecuador, Maria Fernanda Leon represented the country in China and traveled to the World Federation of Sales after Ecuador received an award from the Direct Sales Association. Additionally, Tiens Ecuador is excited to launch the capillary massage system and is preparing to host a major event for the entire region.
Peru has been leading the region in sales performance, and we’re proud to have opened a new Tiens Distribution Center (TDC) there this month.
Looking ahead to November, we are finalizing plans for a significant regional event to celebrate Tiens and making the final preparations to officially launch our expansion into the United States. This next phase promises to be an exciting one as we continue to grow and strengthen our presence.

Tiens fueling Ganshukh’s dream
Ganshukh Batiargal was born in an ordinary family in Mongolia in 1992. His wish for a happy and hopeful life was denied by the fate: he was unfortunately born with congenital cerebral palsy.
This cruel reality made his life full of thorns from the very beginning. Congenital cerebral palsy brought Ganshukh many physical difficulties such as weak legs and arms and hard movement.
But Ganshukh did not surrender to fate. Deep in his heart, he always kept a hope for life, eager to be like normal person and to have a healthy body to chase his dreams.In a flash, Ganshukh had grown into a determined young man. One day in 2015, with the support and encouragement from his family, he bravely stepped into the gym and was determined to write his legend. It seems that all devises in the gym are telling a story of challenge and perisitence at that moment, and Ganshukh is the protagonist. He steps into the gym resolutely to train his body, demonstrating his resistence against the cruel life.
However, this experience became a big strike for him. He could not even lift a small dumbbell because of his feeble legs and arms. Looking at others' easy and agile action, he was indulged into depression. Physical pain made him even had the idea to give up.
Just when he was deeply buried in despair, the turning point quietly came: his family obtained a Tiens Nutrient High Calcium Powder from a friend. At first, they were all skeptical.
