Working principle, the capacitor fit transfers the charge mover, the equalization board is connected to the battery, and the equalization is started. The original new ultra-low internal resistance MOS, 2OZ copper thickness PCB
Equilibrium current 0-5.5A, the more balanced the battery, the smaller the current, with manual sleep switch, sleep current mode is less than 0.1mA, the balance voltage accuracy is within 5mv!
The quiescent current is about 12 mA. It is recommended that the battery capacity is 60-300AH.
With under-voltage sleep protection, the voltage will stop automatically when the voltage is lower than 3.0V, and the standby power consumption is less than 0.1mA.

Equilibrium current:
Adjacent pressure difference is 0.1V or more (current is about 0.5-0.7A);
Adjacent pressure difference is above 0.2V (maximum equalization current is 1.2A);
The smaller the differential pressure, the smaller the equalization current.
Principle of equilibrium:
This module is adjacent to the differential pressure equalization, and the adjacent battery voltage difference reaches 0.1V or more. The internal trigger balance is working until the adjacent battery voltage difference stops within 0.03V. There is an adjacent differential pressure when charging and discharging on the battery pack. Trigger equalization, the battery pack voltage error will be pulled back to the ideal value, reducing battery maintenance costs.
Balance indication:
1. When the equalization light is on, the equalization work is turned on.
2. The equalization light goes out, the equalization circuit sleeps,
3. The equalization light flashes, the string indication is lost, or the circuit is faulty.

There are 5 kinds of string numbers.
Namely: 4 S, 8 S, 16 S, 20S, 24S. The number of strings is backward compatible, such as a 24-string equalization board, which can balance 4-24 strings of battery packs.
Packing method: plastic case package.
4S 8S are packaged in a plastic case. Size: 120*60*25mm
16S, 20S, and 24S are packaged in a plastic case. Size: 150*120*35mm
4S and 8S equalization boards, with a voltage difference of 0.1V, the equalization current is 1.5A.
16S 20S, 24S equalizing board, for every 0.1V voltage difference, the equalizing current is 1.2A.
Heltec battery equalizer is an energy transfer equalizer that can compensatethe battery in both directions. When the voltage difference between the batteriesconnected in series exceeds 50 millivolts, the battery equalizer starts to work,and the current will flow from the higher voltage battery to the lower voltage.Thelow battery will eventually balance the battery. It can be connected to the batteryconnected in series for a long time to automatically maintain the battery balancewithout maintenance.
