6月11日，第三批新入职消防员集训队正式入驻徐圩大队营区开展第二阶段训练。“兵不闲习，不可以当敌”。新训队在组训施训上由“常规型”向“系统型”转变，坚持“统训”与“分训”相结合，区分层次、区分类别，有的放矢组织施训，着力磨炼意志品质、锤炼强健体魄、强化业务技能、提升专业素养。
