产品简介
防爆特殊型蓄电池单轨吊机车，是一种以蓄电池为动力源，该机车行驶于悬吊单轨系统，不受巷道底板限制，机车具有良好的通过能力。单轨吊车在平品平路或上坡时，靠蓄电池供给能量来主要用于煤完成牵引工作；单轨吊车在下坡时，重力势能转变成电能，向蓄电池充电，实现能量回馈。矿井下辅助运输服务，它不仅可进行材料、人员和设备的运送，还可以完成井下设备的简单提升、吊装任务，是一种多功能、高效率、多用途、维护方便的井下辅助运输设备。
组成部分
◎机头部 分别安装在单轨吊车的两端，作为单轨吊车运行时驾驶人员操作单轨吊车运行和监视单轨吊车运行状况的工位，两个机头部无主次分。
◎驱动部 由驱动架、驱动摩擦轮、防爆牵引电机、驱动减速器和夹紧油缸导向轮、承载轮等组成，驱动部的主要作用是给整个单轨吊车提供驱动力。
◎起吊梁 采用优质碳钢折弯成形，然后进行焊接和加工而成。主要用于井下物料的简单提升和吊装任务。
◎液压电器系统箱 是单轨吊机车的主要核心部件，有防爆电控箱和液压站两部分组成。防爆电控箱主要是用来完成牵引电机的变频驱动、泵站电机的变频驱动以及机车检测控制信号的处理、工作指令的发送。液压站是为机车的驱动夹紧、制动器、起吊梁提供液压动力的来源。
◎蓄电池车是由铅酸蓄电池串联而成，它是单轨吊车的动力之源。

该设备由操作手柄控制，操作手柄悬挂在管路上，紧压在工字型悬轨两侧，驱动轮的行进由操作手柄控制。

Equipment introduction
The DL series explosion-proof lithium battery monorail crane is a coal mine underground auxiliary transportation equipment that uses lithium batteries as the power source and the electric/oil pump drive motor to drive the locomotive. Its operating track adopts the German industrial standard I140E or I140V I-beam The section steel is flexibly fixed at the top of the tunnel by a chain. The locomotive's running load-bearing wheels are stuck into both sides of the I-beam. Braking and parking are achieved by clamping the track web with the brake spring. The action mode is failure braking, and the operation is safe and reliable.
The basic configuration of the locomotive consists of four parts: driver's cab, driving unit, electro-hydraulic control car, and lithium battery pack car.
