无锡有容微电子有限公司由多位海归博士创立,在无锡、上海(全资子公司:上海汉容微电子有限公司,是研发中心和运营中心)和深圳(销售办事处)等成立办公室,是一家专注于高性能、高品质射频、模拟和混合信号集成电路研发和销售的高科技公司。
目前公司已完成多个门类的芯片设计和研发,主要有高性能锁相环芯片、高速开关、电源管理等,其中锁相环在输出抖动及环路带宽指标上达到世界先进水平,满足了在各种应用领域中的高速接口时钟及系统参考时钟的应用需求。产品广泛应用于有线通信(交换机和路由器)、无线通信(基站和小基站)、雷达、仪器仪表、航天、精密测量、智能家居以及消费类电子等众多领域。

概述:
GM5528是一个两级锁相环、集成了一个JESD204B SYSREF的时钟发生器,用于多设备同步。GM5528每路输出都可以配置为直接从PLL1、PLL2和内部SYSREF生成器输出。
特点
14路输出可配置成 LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL , HSTL
14路输出最大输出频率可达1.25GHz
Absolute output jitter:<130fs@122.88MHz(12KHz to 20MHz)
Output skew: 20ps

概述:
ASW3410 是一个 2:1或1:2的数据开关,用于高速数据传
输。ASW3410 支持各类高速数据传输协议,如下:USB
3.1 (Gen 2),8Gbps PCIe (Gen 3),SATA 6Gbps,HDMI
2.0 和 Display Port 1.2等。

概述:
GM50301是一款3GHz、10路输出超低附加抖动的差动时钟缓冲器,用于高频、低抖动时钟、数据分配和电平转换。
特点
3:1输入多路复用
· 两个通用输入运行频率高达 3.1GHz,且支持 LVPECL、 LVDS、CML、SSTL、HSTL、HCSL或单端时钟
· 单个晶振输入支持 10 至 40 MHz 的晶振或单端时钟
使用GM5528作为低抖动156.25M时钟源时,LVPECL输出附 加抖动:51fs RMS ( 12KHz 至 20MHz )
