CTF1000 has an integrated design structure. It consists of an RF generator, semi-automatic sample holding platform, tip forming mold, and high precision pressure regulator. The tip forming process involves mold heating, sample feeding, tip formation, stabilizing and cooling, and sample removal. Sample feeding is driven by pneumatic actuation. All actions are controlled by a PLC. The machine is simple, fast, and easy to use.
