PBAT is a type of second generation fully biodegradable aliphatic dicarboxylic acid diol polyester. It has excellent toughness and heat resistance, good processing performance, and can be used to make packaging materials, catering utensils, agricultural films, disposable products, sanitary products, etc. It is also expected to be applied in high-tech fields such as medical materials, optoelectronics, and fine chemicals.

PET belongs to the category of polymer compounds. It is produced by esterification and condensation of terephthalic acid (PTA) and ethylene glycol (EG) to produce polyethylene terephthalate (PET). Fiber grade polymer chips are used to manufacture polyester short fibers and polyester filaments, and are raw materials for processing fibers and related products for polyester fiber enterprises.

The SSP device has advantages such as fully automatic control, low energy consumption, flexibility, and functionality. The intrinsic viscosity of polyester chips can be increased from 0.6-0.8 DL/G to 0.9-1.0 DL/G. The overall device is safe, stable, and easy to operate.

application

SSP is a condensation reaction of polyester chips in a solid state. Heat the polyester prepolymer with a certain molecular weight to a glass transition temperature below its melting point (usually 10-40 ℃ below the melting point), and remove the small molecule products through vacuum or inert gas protection to continue the condensation reaction. Due to the spherical region and effective collision, condensation reactions occur.

SSP装置具备全自动控制、低能耗、柔性化、功能性等优点。可将聚酯切片的特性粘度由0.6-0.8 DL/g增粘到0.9-1.0 dL/g。整体装置安全、稳定、易于操控。

The continuous PA6/PA66 polymerization device has advantages such as fully automatic control, low energy consumption, flexibility, and functionality. The overall device is safe, stable, and easy to operate.

application

PA6 is made from caprolactam monomer (CPL), which is hydrolyzed at high temperature to obtain amino caproic acid  (EPCA), and then condensed under high temperature and pressure. It is a opalescent translucent to opaque crystalline thermoplastic polyester.
PA66 is a crystalline thermoplastic polyester formed by the condensation of hexamethylene diamine (HMD) and adipic acid (ADA) under high temperature and pressure. It is milky white, semi transparent to opaque.

物理法聚酯再生装置,以PET聚酯废料 (瓶片、膜片、泡泡料、低粘度浆块)为原料,进行品质提升,可以生产档次较高的聚酯长丝短纤、打包带、再生切片、聚酯薄膜等产品,能做到瓶到瓶,丝到丝,布到布,提高资源的再生利用率和品质。
化学法聚酯再生装置,以废弃的废旧纺织品、服装厂边角料等为初始原料,通过独特的化学分解技术将废弃聚酯材料还原成化学小分子,经过精馏、过滤、提纯及聚合等技术手段,重新制成新的具有高品质、多功能、可追溯、 永久循环性的聚酯纤维。

application

The physical method polyester regeneration device uses PET polyester waste (bottle sheets, membranes, foam materials, low viscosity slurry blocks) as raw materials to improve quality. It can produce high-grade polyester filament short fibers, packaging belts, recycled chips, polyester films and other products, achieving bottle to bottle, silk to silk, cloth to cloth, and improving resource recycling efficiency and quality.
The chemical polyester regeneration unit takes waste textiles, clothing factory leftovers, etc. as the initial raw materials, reduces waste polyester materials into small chemical molecules through the unique chemical decomposition technology, and reproduces new polyester fibers with high quality, multi-function, traceability and permanent circulation through rectification, filtration, purification, polymerization and other technical means.

A universal three pot/four pot device can be used for various polymer polymerization experiments simultaneously.

The polymer polymerization testing device developed by KAImikE based on years of engineering experience can complete intermittent/continuous processes, with a production capacity of 1L-1000L. The intermittent device adopts single or double reactors, while the continuous device adopts three or four reactor processes, which has advantages such as reasonable layout and small footprint. The overall device is safe, stable, and easy to operate.
