内推政策
满足于以下条件的成功推荐者,可获得推荐奖金:
Employee who successfully recommends a candidate shall be entitled with the referral bonus with conditions as below:
1. HR部门尚未通过其他渠道收到过该应聘者的简历;
2. 该应聘者不能是捷信的在职员工;
3. 由于内部推荐奖金所带来的个人所得税将由员工自己承担;
4. 该成功推荐者与被推荐者在推荐奖金发放之日仍都在职;
5. 该应聘者如果从捷信离职未满一年,推荐者不能获得奖金;
6. 董事长、部门部长、该岗位直属上司和HR成员不能
领取推荐奖金;
7. 推荐实习生成功的,不享受推荐奖金。 .
1. The candidate has not been recommended by other recruitment channels;
2. The candidate cannot be our current employee;
3. The individual income tax brought by the bonus would be borne by the employee himself/herself;
4. The employee who recommends the successful candidate and the employee who is recommended should both stay with the company when the referral bonus is paid;
5. For rehire, no referral bonus within 1 year;
6. Chairman of company, Department Head, Line Manager and HR are not eligible for the internal referral bonus;
7. Your recommendation for intern without referral bonus is also welcome.
