高铝砖

    阳泉正元高铝砖是一种Al2O3含量在48%以上的硅酸铝耐火砖，主要以高铝矾土为耐火原料，加入其他粉料、结合剂，经混炼进入制砖机压制成型，经干燥后进入高温隧道窑内烧制而成的耐火砖。

     我公司生产的高铝砖具有较高的耐火度和荷重软化温度，同时具有较强的耐磨性能。

high aluminum brick

      Yangquan Zhengyuan high alumina brick is a kind of aluminum silicate refractory brick with Al2O3 content of more than 48%. It is mainly made of high alumina bauxite as refractory raw material, added with other powders and binders, mixed into brick making machine, pressed and formed, dried and fired in high-temperature tunnel kiln.

      The high alumina brick produced by our company has high fire resistance, load softening temperature and strong wear resistance.

Fire Clay Brick

      The Al2O3 content of Yangquan Zhengyuan clay brick is about 30% - 48%. Clay brick is made of refractory clay and refractory clinker by semi dry method or plastic method according to a certain ratio and calcined at 1250-1420 ℃. The fire resistance of clay brick is generally 1580 ℃ - 1750 ℃, and the load softening temperature is 1250 ℃ - 1450 ℃.

      The clay brick produced by our company has high fire resistance, load softening temperature and strong thermal shock stability.

高铝质保温砖

      The alumina content of Yangquan Zhengyuan high alumina insulation brick is more than 48%, which is a light refractory composed of mullite and corundum. The bulk density is 0.4 ~ 1.35g/cm3, the porosity is 66% ~ 73%, and the compressive strength is 1 ~ 8Mpa.

       阳泉正元高铝保温砖氧化铝含量在48%以上，主要由莫来石和刚玉共同组成的轻质耐火材料。其体积密度为0.4~1.35g/cm3，气孔率为66%~73%，耐压强度在1~8MPa。

        我公司生产的高铝保温砖具有强度高，热稳定性好，重烧线变化小，导热系数小等优点。

钢纤维耐火浇注料

       阳泉正元钢纤维浇注料是采用特级铝矾土熟料作骨料，以优质矾土熟料及刚玉细粉作基质，以超微粉等多种复合材料为结合剂和添加剂，外加不锈钢耐热纤维(可用耐热不锈钢纤维，含量一般为0.6%~2.5%)配制而成。由于钢纤维的加入，使材料浇注后炉墙整体强度大大增强。

Steel fiber refractory castable

      Yangquan Zhengyuan steel fiber castable is prepared by using super grade bauxite clinker as aggregate, high-quality bauxite clinker and corundum fine powder as matrix, ultra-fine powder and other composite materials as binder and additives, plus stainless steel heat-resistant fiber (heat-resistant stainless steel fiber can be used, and the content is generally 0.6% ~ 2.5%). Due to the addition of steel fiber, the overall strength of furnace wall is greatly enhanced after material pouring.

高强耐磨浇注料

      阳泉正元高强耐磨浇注料以刚玉或高铝矾土熟料、碳化硅等为骨料，并引入多种微粉、超微粉、刚玉粉和外加剂作掺合料配制而成。

       我公司生产的高强耐磨浇注料具有耐磨损，高温强度高，任意成型，整体性强等优点。

      Yangquan Zhengyuan high strength and wear-resistant castable is prepared by taking corundum or high alumina clinker and silicon carbide as aggregates and introducing a variety of micro powder, ultra-micro powder, corundum powder and additives as admixtures.

      The high-strength wear-resistant castable produced by our company has the advantages of wear resistance, high high temperature strength, arbitrary molding, strong integrity and so on.

高铝浇注料

      Based on the traditional proportion, Yangquan Zhengyuan high alumina castable adjusts the particle gradation, adds different admixtures, reduces the amount of cement, improves the medium temperature strength and load softening temperature, and reduces the thermal conductivity. Its good mechanical properties can enhance the furnace structure, prolong the furnace life and save the furnace repair cost.

      The high aluminum castable produced by our company has the characteristics of good thermal stability, permeability resistance, corrosion resistance, impact resistance and wear resistance.

可塑料

Plastic

       阳泉正元生产的可塑料是由70%～80%的粒料和粉状物料，加10%～25%的可塑性黏土、结合剂、增塑剂配制而成的耐火材料。

喷涂料

       耐火喷涂料主要用于各种碱性炼钢炉、镁碳质、镁质炉衬的喷衬。

       阳泉正元生产的耐火喷涂料具有以下特点：

  1. 较强的粘附力，回弹损失小；

  2. 干燥收缩小；

  3. 能够在输送软管内顺畅、稳定 地通过，不发生堵塞管道现象；

  4. 喷涂层材料组成及分布均匀；

  5. 凝结时间短硬化速度快。

Spray coating

      Fire resistant spraying coating is mainly used for spraying lining of various alkaline steel-making furnaces, magnesium carbon and magnesium furnace lining.

      The fire-resistant spray coating produced by Yangquan Zhengyuan has the following characteristics:

      1. Strong adhesion and small rebound loss;

      2. Small drying shrinkage;

      3. It can pass through the conveying hose smoothly and stably without blocking the pipeline;

      4. The material composition and distribution of the spraying layer are uniform;

      5. Short setting time and fast hardening speed.

捣打料

        捣打料是指用捣打(人工或机械)方法施工，并在高于常温的加热作用下硬化的不定型耐火材料。

       阳泉正元生产的捣打料是由一定级配的耐火骨料、粉料、结合剂、外加剂加水或其他液体经过混炼而成。按材质分类有高铝质、粘土质、镁质、锆质及碳化硅-碳质耐火捣打料。 

Ramming material

      Ramming materials refer to unshaped refractory materials constructed by ramming (manual or mechanical) and hardened under heating higher than normal temperature.

      The ramming material produced by Yangquan Zhengyuan is made of certain graded refractory aggregate, powder, binder, admixture, water or other liquids. According to material classification, there are high alumina, clay, magnesium, zirconium and silicon carbide carbon refractory ramming materials.

耐火水泥

        阳泉正元以优质铝矾土和优质石灰为原料，按一定比例配合成适量成分的生料，经过烧结后所得以铝酸盐为主要成分的熟料，再磨成细粉，制成具有耐火性的水硬性胶凝材料，称为耐火水泥。耐火水泥的耐火度不低于1580摄氏度。

Refractory cement

      Yangquan Zhengyuan takes high-quality bauxite and high-quality lime as raw materials and mixes them into raw materials with appropriate components in a certain proportion. After sintering, the clinker with aluminate as the main component is ground into fine powder to make hydraulic cementitious material with fire resistance, which is called fire-resistant cement. The fire resistance of refractory cement shall not be less than 1580 ℃.

高铝质耐火泥浆

        阳泉正元高铝质耐火泥浆主体材料选用高铝细粉，结合剂用软质粘土或化学结合剂。根据所砌筑部位的砖体成分和使用要求决定Al2O3含量。通常以散装干式交货，使用时加水调和使用。

       高铝质耐火泥浆可广泛用于高铝砖砌筑的各种工业窑炉。

    

High alumina refractory slurry

      The main material of Yangquan Zhengyuan high alumina refractory slurry is high alumina fine powder, and the binder is soft clay or chemical binder. The Al2O3 content is determined according to the brick composition and service requirements of the masonry part. It is usually delivered in dry bulk and mixed with water.

      High alumina refractory slurry can be widely used in various industrial kilns for high alumina brick masonry.

      Yangquan Zhengyuan high alumina aggregate is made of raw bauxite through high-temperature calcination, selection, crushing, iron removal and other processes.
