Yangquan Zhengyuan high alumina brick is a kind of aluminum silicate refractory brick with Al2O3 content of more than 48%. It is mainly made of high alumina bauxite as refractory raw material, added with other powders and binders, mixed into brick making machine, pressed and formed, dried and fired in high-temperature tunnel kiln.

产品描述
阳泉正元粘土砖的Al2O3含量在30%-48%。粘土砖是以耐火粘土和耐火熟料按一定配比以半干法或可塑法成型，在1250-1420℃温度下焙烧而成。粘土砖耐火度一般在1580℃-1750℃，荷重软化温度在1250℃-1450℃。
我公司生产的粘土砖具有较高的耐火度和荷重软化温度，同时具有较强的热震稳定性。

Fire Clay Brick
The Al2O3 content of Yangquan Zhengyuan clay brick is about 30% - 48%. Clay brick is made of refractory clay and refractory clinker by semi dry method or plastic method according to a certain ratio and calcined at 1250-1420 ℃. The fire resistance of clay brick is generally 1580 ℃ - 1750 ℃, and the load softening temperature is 1250 ℃ - 1450 ℃.
The clay brick produced by our company has high fire resistance, load softening temperature and strong thermal shock stability.
高铝保温砖
The alumina content of Yangquan Zhengyuan high alumina insulation brick is more than 48%, which is a light refractory composed of mullite and corundum. The bulk density is 0.4 ~ 1.35g/cm3, the porosity is 66% ~ 73%, and the compressive strength is 1 ~ 8Mpa.
The high aluminum insulation brick produced by our company has the advantages of high strength, good thermal stability, small change of reheating line, small thermal conductivity and so on.

阳泉正元生产的可塑料是由70%～80%的粒料和粉状物料，加10%～25%的可塑性黏土、结合剂、增塑剂配制而成的耐火材料。
我公司生产的可塑料具有良好的韧性、热震稳定性、耐磨性，能够抵抗高速结焦颗粒和烟气的冲刷。

喷涂料
耐火喷涂料主要用于各种碱性炼钢炉、镁碳质、镁质炉衬的喷衬。

Ramming material
Ramming materials refer to unshaped refractory materials constructed by ramming (manual or mechanical) and hardened by heating.
The ramming material produced by Yangquan Zhengyuan is made of certain graded refractory aggregate, powder, binder, admixture, water or other liquids. According to material classification, there are high alumina, clay, magnesium, zirconium and silicon carbide carbon refractory ramming materials.
