Basic points for operating and maintaining pneumatic tools

   1. Correct gas supply system.

The inlet pressure of the tool (not the outlet pressure of the air compressor) is generally 90PSI (0.63MPa), and both too high and too low can damage the performance and service life of the tool. The intake must contain sufficient lubricating oil in order to provide sufficient lubrication for the power part inside the tool (during inspection, a white paper can be placed at the tool exhaust to check if there is any oil stain discharged, which is normally a visible oil stain phenomenon)

   2. Do not dismantle the parts on the tool at will, as it may not only affect the safety of the operator but also directly cause damage to the tool during use.

   3. If the tool malfunctions slightly or cannot achieve its original function after use, please stop using it immediately and check.

   4. Regularly (about once a week) inspect and maintain tools, add butter to rotating parts such as bearings, add pneumatic tool oil to the air inlet, and run for half a minute.

   5. When using various tools, be sure to follow various safety regulations and instructions.

   6. Choose appropriate tools to work with. Tools that are too large can easily cause work injuries, while tools that are too small can easily cause tool damage.
